I have to go back here, because they did a terrible job. They kept saying they couldnt get the paint, the manufacturer was taking forever to ship it to them... Finally they got it and fixed the damage on my car and it looked great. 10 months later my bumper started peeling! PEELING! A brand new car! Not pre-owned or anything. So I went to Hyundai where i purchased it and told them it must have been defect paint from Manufacturer because it’s a new car the paint shouldn’t be peeling... They looked into my papers and saw that the bumper was replaced when i got the car fixed after they had vandalized “hit and run” my car.They examined my car and said “this is not paint? They deff just wrapped it, because I can pull this and it comes off... It shouldnt peel, call your inssurance, because they payed a lot for this to be done properly and call them, because as a business this is unacceptable.”

The owners have absolute no respect for their customers, never accomplish the expectations and use second hand pieces at original prices.Save yourself a headache and don’t go there!

Willy & Miguel are the best... they explained everything in detail, handle all the paperwork for you, and contact the car rental place for you. They keep you updated on the progress of he work being done and they do awesome work. They keep it 100% real with you and their prices are competitive. Wouldnt go anywhere else. There auto body repair is superb. I got my car back on time. Customer care was very good. My car came back clean and I got a good price for the work done on my vehicle.

The owners have no respect DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE .....10 months of telling lies also they will run up your insurance for money.....they need to be shut down MIGUEL AND WILLY TERRIBLE BUSINESS OWNERS

Brought my crashed Jetta here. At first the owner was showing me all his show cars (which made me believe they did good work. They had my car for 3 months on top of that when I ordered a new European bumper and euro rad support they didn’t know how to properly put it on. What body shop doesn’t know how to put a front end on?!?! On top of that I clearly stated I needed my fenders rolled. They never did it -there reason was that I don’t need them rolled cause my tires fit (keep in mind I had snow tires on not my summer wheels). My rockers on my car were rusted instead of cutting them off and welding new ones on they painted over the rust and it was peeling. I could’ve brought my car the Maaco and had a better experience. On top of all this when I went to pay balance with my credit card they said they don’t take credit cards, yet when I first went there the owners said of course we take credit cards! So they didn’t want me using a credit card for there terrible service. Last but not least when I opened my two front doors it would hit the fenders. Stay far away from these clowns. All they care about are there show cars. I also put this on all car forums to stay away from this chop shop .

WARNING!!!!! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! They had my car for 28 days didnt start working until day 23!!!! They took my car in an attempt to squeeze money out of insurance company. They held my car, went on vacation, never call me or returned calls. Never followed up with insurance company in regards to rental and repairs . Nothing but excuses. They job took 3-5 days.

I had an accident in my car(Mercedes), the damage was extensive, from the passenger door(on the passenger side) to the end of the bumper. The craftsmanship of the finished work was impeccable, when I picked up my car it looked as though it was back on the showroom floor!The experience from the beginning to end has reassured me that excellent customer service still exists! Miguel was professional, attentive and passionate from the start.
