The store and its parking lot are clean. Employees were helpful and when we needed help in the sewing department an employee showed up in a reasonable amount of time. She was helpful and answered any questions that we had.The shelves were well stocked and the self checkout experience was a breeze. One of the benefits of this location is the adjoining Shop Rite, so you can take care of most of your home needs in one trip.

I like this store how is organized. However, my experienced a weird decision was taken by one of Walmart staff. I wanted to take three bottles of milk for my baby daughter, but the lady told that I can’t take three because they have only three lol. Is that my issue if you have only three?

It has been 14 yrs since moving from my old neighborhood. Ive noticed there had been a lot of changes to the area. Anyway, when I went in the Walmart on Jerusalem Avenue. The store was bright and clean.it took me a while to find the grocery section. Also, I couldnt find water until I finally got a store clerk who told me the cases of water was in front of the store which turned out to be disappointing because I didnt see the Walmart brand that Im use to getting in the area Im living in NC....Otherwise my experience at this location was okay and the store clerks were helpful.

Nobody knows anything. I placed an order for photos. It was supposed to be ready in an hour. Nothing.I came back the following day. I was told nobody can help me. I waited for an associate to return from lunch and he could not find the item. I asked for a manager. I was told he/she was coming. Never show up.

It was not to good of a customer service experience from one employee that had an audience that he didnt want to stop entertaining. I asked for a roller pen and the plastic cutting sheet. He didnt take the time to listen so he sent me to the wax paper section.. I went back to the baking section and it finally found it. I was ready to put it down back and walk out.

This Walmart is my fav to visit. Always well stocked, clean and even though there arent always a lot of cashiers, the self service registers are all working & usually quicker anyway

The place was ratchet absolutely nothing on the shoe/sandal rack. No soil for potting. If plus size this is store for you very accommodating. If your 0-12 dont waste your TIME.

No customer service poor communications and wasted my time locking for a item and was directed redirected. I ran into bodies of people filling a space at work LOOKING CONFUSED wishing I would go away and I did and found the item near by in another local store. Oh well Ill know what to do next time.

No grocery, no water refill, area shared with separate adjacent grocer but also lacks water refill, relatively small parking lot is shopping cart hazard mostly because people dont return them & else, among few places this actually an issue causing vehicle damage to Lexi.

Nice,but the technology area dont sell any computers,its only there for display,if your willing to buy a device there,its better in Best buy than Walmart,trust me

Mr. Mark helped me last night making sure there were all the parts were in the box for a walker for my wife, he was very helpful and even helped me tape the box which was tore up. Thank you Mr. Mark for helping me last night we are both dealing with pain but in spite if that you came to work and provided excellent customer service, I called to speak to a manager but could not hold any longer after being in hold for over and hour but I am determined to compliment you sir, God bless.

This Walmart is probably one of these best one I have gone too. Especially if you early enough, theres not that many people in line. And can defnitely shop at your leisure. Staff is friendly and helpful. Plus you might find a few golden nuggets in the clearance section and aisle. Definitely worth looking.

You must go at 6 or 7 am for a perfect get all you need in and out quickly. Otherwise at night...... Sooooooo crouded!

Great store but SUPER CROWDED ALWAYS! Luckily theres no insane line to get in anymore, but if youre not a fan of lines & youre just try shop and go its probably better to order online and pick it up in the parking lot at the designated spots. They do have self check out which is a plus. Overall, I would say go here on a day where you dont have to rush to be anywhere else

You can never find a parking spot or shopping cart. Its always absolutely packed, shelves are always empty. Youre guaranteed to spot someone wearing a shower cap or bonnet.

I placed an order a day before, i checked to see if the item was on hold in the store, it was so I drove 25 mins to the store to pick up the item, when I arrived they told me they had just cancelled the order, its too late and far for me to come back to the store. I am very upset for this mix up. They should check the items constantly to let us know before driving to the store for nothing.

Its proximity to Stop N Shop makes for an excellent shopping experience. Whatever you cant find in WalMart (and that doesnt happen too often to me) you can walk next door and pick up in Stop N Shop.However, WalMart is quickly becoming a one stop shopping destination, allowing me to purchase housewares as well as go grocery shopping in same place. The price points are great and you can get some of your favorite name brands for a bargain.

Walmart is always a decent shopping experience, but if your disabled or have mobility problems like walking you may want to think twice about going to Walmart. Reason why, they never have enough shopping scooters or they are broken. For all the money we as the people spend in Walmart and the huge franchise that it is, this is inexcusable!!!!

Called a single product, after 20 minutes of waiting they finally picked up the phone...then got put on hold for 2 hours only for them to hang up on me. Absolute waste of time and just worse than mediocre customer service. Im going to Target instead.

Overall not bad, has most things, but when I ordered online for pickup, 1 item was out of stock eventhough it was confirmed in the order. In the parking lot, there should be better visible stop signs and crosswalks for customer safety.

Carts never work, staff is beyond rude and customer service is a joke.

The security officer at this location does his job the way any discriminating employer would want. He stopped me when I was walking out with my pick up order and promptly stopped me because according to him, every item needs a pick up sticker, regardless of what the Walmart policy is! He did such a great job in detaining me before walking to customer service and requesting help from the dedicated employees at the pick up center. Not even an apology, not that I would accept it.

They need more staff took a good 7min to get help on a basketball hoop that I didnt bother to purchase due to the lack of help.

No one ever wants to be helpful here. I asked three different employees to help assist me with paint and I got the oh I dont have a radio. Well no one is working in that section. What was I supposed to do, stand there until someone came by and ask ME if I need help? Only reason I go to this location is because its closer to home.

Clean, well organized, friendly & well mannered staff, disinfected surfaces 🧽 between transactions💳, self checkout is fast and efficient. Customers at this store are more civilized and actually know how to park their car as opposed to the patrons at the Walmart in Valley Stream😤. This walmart is so far the best one Ive been to hands down.
