Store owner manually disables BP rewards and the BP app contactless pay abilities on the pumps. Frequently the credit card readers do not work at the pumps. Often the line inside is jammed up because someone decides to buy lotto and is not courteous enough to allow customers to pay and the staff choose not to say anything to the lotto customers.

STAY AWAY!! This shop has nothing but thieves and liars. Upon leaving my car for an inspection for 10 MINUTES I was told I had a check engine light on Funny I have never had a problem before that 10 minutes. After bringing it to a REPUTABLE mechanic I was told the was nothing wrong and that these crooks caused the check engine light in order to charge me for work not needed. They never even took the old inspection sticker off and just allowed me to drive off. I cant warn everyone enough to STAY AWAY!! A complaint was also filed with NYS as well as BBB.

I went to this shop to have my car repaired. My car was leaking a lot of oil, and i explained the problem to them. They found the problem to be valve cover gasket and seals that were worn. I let them order the valve cover gasket and seals to replace it. They were nice and talked to me while they worked on my car. I also had new spark plugs with me, so i got them replaced along with this work. I was charged $220 for the labor and parts.The next day i found that my car leaked even more oil. I took it to another shop and they told me that this shop had replaced the valve cover and gaskets with the wrong parts that were not compatible. I had to get the work twice and i had to spend twice the cost to fix the problem.They should have put the right parts. They should have also checked and made sure that the car wasnt leaking oil afterwards. They also have a difficult time understanding you if you dont know spanish. They dont speak english fluently. I would not recommend going to this shop.
