My delay in response is because we stopped here secondly for dinner. The story is on the other side of 95, same exit.We stopped for gas, 22ft Penske truck--moving my sons family from Miami to Washington, Dc. My daughter-in-law and I got back into the truck after having both doors open for extended periods and using the facilities. Before pulling off I asked where is the cat?. We looked everywhere and concluded that the cat wondered.After looking around, I pulled the truck away from the pump, parked, and we looked everywhere. I traveled the side streets, left my phone number with local residents and pedestrian. My daughter-in-law combed the complex and received the compassion and concern of the filling station. They assisted her search, and viewed video.Up the street, down, through fields, on my knee to inspect street sewers, I searched. Combing the circumference...in the garage, talking to truckers. No cat to find. After an hour, I went back to the truck, opened the door, and there the cat sat on the floor looking at me. I called my daughter-in-law to report my finding, and call off her search.Long story short, the establishment was concern, helpful, and sympathetic. They assisted in the search and watched video. I wish I knew their names. How wonderful!!!My daughter-in-law got in the truck, we drove away and decided to stop here for food. I stayed in the truck while she sought a meal.

I really enjoy shopping here. Last spring, I was so impressed by the vast selection and variety of flowers and plants they had to offer. I bought quite a few, but my favorite was a rose bush that flourished immediately upon planting at home. I cant wait to get more this spring. We went in about a month before Christmas and again, I was thrilled with their selection of lights and decorations. Any time we need anything for our home, this is always our first (and normally only) stop.

The people at the Pro-Desk deserve a 5-star rating. Weve made numerous large lumber deliveries over the years and their service is top-notch.The rest of the store is basically set up for a contractor. Your basic home owner I can see complaining about not finding things. But a lot of these things if they are having trouble finding the stuff, they probably shouldnt be doing that job...All-in-all the store is just your typical Big Box Store. Nothing impressive about it.The garden center is just the same as other stores.The online order pick-up here is pretty good compared to Lowes. At least here you dont need to bring a lunch. Ive been in and out with my online orders on average of 10 minutes. Lowes is always over an hour.The reason for this only having a 3-star is the employees on hand. You can tell theyre very under staffed and the poor people working there are doing the best they can. Im not sure if they cant get enough employees to actually run the store. Or is corporate holding back on how many man hours the store can actually have daily to staff with.
Im a flipper who also has rentals. We went through this Home Depot based on location. I ordered a large order of flooring, kitchen and baths for a whole duplex. Nobody answered the pro desk for me to pay over the phone. Tried for 3 hours, had to leave a job site to come and pay, and when I walked in the employee was sitting at the Pro Desk scrolling through Facebook. Paid for my order and he told me I can pickup the next day. I sent my employee out to pickup, and half an hour before my pickup time they told me the material was out of stock. I got the manager involved and he told me material would be in about 4-5 days and he would call me to let me know when it would be delivered (for free). No call. So when I called in they said they didnt get the material in. I had to go and choose something sub-par that they had in stock to get this job done and had to come in and stop everything I was doing to pickup to ensure I had material for my job. When I go to pick up, they tell me my appliances wont be coming in because they never ordered them. How could that be, because they were already paid for?! Ive lost $$ on labor and had to get the overall store manager involved to compensate me on lost time, paid labor, and material. Ive never had this trouble before with a Home Depot. Definitely do not recommend using them.
One of the better stores in the area employees super helpful and I had an issue with 1 of my online orders but the gentleman customer service worked diligently to get it straightened out and to make sure that I had the best outcome and got the product at the cheapest price possible what more could you asked for another Amazing experience home depot 5 stars guys 5 stars!!!

Sat in electrical for a half hour waiting for someone to come cut a piece of water tight conduit. They never came because evidently the entire store takes lunch at the same time. I cut it myself then continued to wait at the register for them to punch it in. Ive never had this bad of an experience at a home depot store. The next time Im working in the area I will most definitely be shopping at lowes. Absolutely ridiculous, worst customer service Ive ever had.

It wasnt an out of the normal busy day. I went to buy a mower. Several people were looking for assistance in that department, I went to customer service and told them people were in need of assistance. They said, Well see if we can find someone. I was legit dismissed from their presence. I saw a display of mowers on the front wall and after several moments of trying to get anyone to help me load the mower onto my cart, I loaded it myself (49 year old woman with horrible back and health)...From there, I decided to buy a couple more rolling shades for my home. I had been slowly replacing every shade in my home and only needed 2 more. Each one is cut in the store to the measurement of my windows. There were two employees back by the blinds that mumbled something and kept walking when I asked for someone to cut the blinds. I walked to the paint counter and the guy there told me I had to go back to a different department and ask for help there. Nobody was in sight in that department...but, finally there was a woman sitting at a desk that told me she would call for someone and I should go wait by the blinds. Twenty minutes later....the guy shows up...the same guy from the paint counter that said he couldnt help me. He ruined 3 blinds because he didnt know what he was doing. He told me it had to be a new brand of blind that they didnt have the proper fitting for yet. I told him I had bought several and assured him they were the same that Ive had cut right there each time. He opened a 4th blind and tore it all up too....he turned to me and said, welp, I guess your not getting blinds today.!!! I have to travel from a different county to shop this store. I had to use Google to make sure I had the correct oil for my new mower and that there wasnt anything else I needed for it. It was a 340.00 mower!! Everybody I tried to ask for help just kept walking or ignored hearing me. I went into the store feeling upbeat and excited to be finishing a couple of projects and left feeling on the verge of tears and stressed. Not only couldnt I buy the materials I needed, I was treated like I was in everyones way and because of the extended time I was in the store, I was now in an all out rush to get back home before my grandsons bus dropped him off.
Was only here to use the restroom. Very clean!

One of the best things to happen to Uniontown (years ago) was Home Depot coming in and creating competition to their main competitor lol... You can definitely tell quality of everything is MUCH better at HD!! Definitely recommend Home Depot! This has been my main home store since it opened, cause they always have what we need with great quality at a good price!
I went here to purchase garden supplies including blueberry bush, potting soil, moss, and tons of succulents. I usually on get my garden supplies from here, rural king or greenhouse.
Did you ever notice that the people who work there go out of their way to avoid customers. It makes me laugh every time I go in. It doesnt bother me like some people. Youve got to remember that they dont know anything anyway.So they really cant help you!

When they hire their employees. They must tell them, anytime you see a customer. Walk away like you have something better to do. Also when they ask a question act like you dont hear them. Then when you are looking for a certain product, they say to you. It should be in this area, and then they walk away!

Have been painting my kitchen i found a color i thought was what i wanted i didnt pay attention when i was showed the color so i took home and found out it was a blue and i wanted grey so i went back in and kellie aronald was at the paint desk i told her what was going on she helped me so much she explained about under colors and everything i love the colors i now have i went back got a qt of paint for a little project that im doing i took a sample what i wanted matched again excellent help this is at the uniontown home depot doing my living room next and will diffident have her help again again kellie arnorld great job

Ordered and paid online for curbside pick up. Waited at least 20 min and still had to call into store for someone to bring it out. I mean how hard is it. I did all the work!!!!😡 UPDATE: the item I ordered was opened and I had to go inside store to get what I ordered. There was at least 7 people at the service desk all looking like they had nothing to do. I finally got a new item but had a security tag in it that they claim they have no ability to remove so as I go to my car people looking at me like a criminal because alarm went off. This is the WORST shopping experience I’ve ever had. Lowe’s gets my business from now on!!!

Terrible, ordered 3 pallets of concrete to be delivered. The Saturday morning they were to be delivered they called and informed me that the driver had an automobile accident last night and they couldn’t deliver until at least Thursday. I find it hard to believe that because a driver had a car accident (obviously after work hours) they couldn’t get it to me for almost a week. I cancelled my order and will be going with Lowe’s. (I only went with Home Depot because I had to order in person or via phone from Lowe’s so I thought it would be quicker via internet )

I hired them to replace my garage door. Although I had to wait 6 weeks for the new door to come in, the installer arrived on time as planned, completed the work quickly, efficiently and with minimal mess. I was slightly disappointed that he did not take the old door & rails with him, but I was otherwise very happy with the whole process.
I bought a French door, along with Professional installation, for my home a month ago. I was told that the door was currently out of stock but three were set to be delivered three days later. Fast forward a month, still no door and absolutely no idea when it will be in let alone installed. I paid the $1,467 on June 15th for the door and installation and it’s been two days shy of a month ago. I have contacted the Home Depot store two times by phone and was told it wasn’t delivered yet and it’s out of their control. I’m a patient person and don’t get to excited about to many things. I have no other choice but to wait, but, if your reading this, you have options. Beware, Home Depot is only concerned about making the sell and getting paid. They absolutely are not concerned about getting your product installed. The 2020 virus ordeal has benefited Home Depot’s sales and profits immensely! When we come out of this I have no doubts that the company’s name will be tarnished due to their lack of customer satisfaction. Shop around and get it in writing as to when exactly your product will be installed. If they can’t answer that, just leave.Update: It is now July 27th and I am still waiting on my door. A few weeks ago I was contacted by the gentleman that sold me the door, just one day after posting this review. He apologized for the delayed delivery of the door and was going to check on getting the door from another store. He was to call me back on Friday July 17th but I never received a call. I called and talked to someone in the door department on July 22nd and was told my door will now be delivered to the store on July 31st. I’m holding on to hope that it will come in.Update: Our door was installed today, 11/20/2020, and it looks great! The gentleman that installed it wore a mask the whole time he was here and never was within 6 feet of us. He installed the door quickly and did a great job! We couldn’t be happier with the way it looks.

This Home Depot tends to not have a lot of the big ticket items in store, but the staff is so very friendly and helpful in getting you what you need, especially if you bring your patience with you during the COVID-19 upheaval in the world of business. Some people are working in positions in which they arent accustomed in order to stay gainfully employed because their regular jobs are not running, but that doesnt stop them from being kind human beings. Unlike the Lowes next door which has lost my patronage forever, the Uniontown Home Depot has managed to balance busy with compliant and maintained their composure. I ended up paying less for my new appliance than I would have next door, and both the salesman & I learned something new about who manufactures what brand name appliances (not every brand name is a separate company!), which gave me some comfort about the inexpensive appliance I purchased. In the aisles afterwards, I learned a recipe from another shopper for a non-toxic (to people & pets) weed killer - mix vinegar, Epsom salts, and Dawn dish soap! All-in-all, a nice and productive shopping trip! Everyone at this Home Depot tends to make me feel like Im wanted when I go there. No one hangs on you, and Ill admit sometimes they feel short-staffed, but when you do get help, they know what theyre doing or who can help you, or they let you do some stuff yourself like the adult you are, and they support you along the way.
I ordered a refrigerator over a month ago it came a month later then it was supposed to they didnt take it off the truck because it was damaged they took it back and told me I wouldnt get a replacement until August I called home depot only to get hung up on n placed on hold repeatedly when I was told I had to speak to a manager who would help resolve this matter finally tired of being put on hold and hung up on I decided to just got get a refund for the item I had not received upon arrival was told they could only refund me for the warranty of the item because the manufacturer has to receive the item before I could get a full refund Am I mistaken here or did I not purchase my product at home depot they refused me my refund until my product I did not receive reaches the manufacturer I paid well over 1400 dollars for it over a month ago and was dismissed as if it was nothing ... This was not the only thing that has happened as a matter of fact while waiting for my refrigerator I had to make adjustments to my entry doors to accommodate my new refrigerator I purchased a new door from home depot and when picking it up after ordering it online it wasalso damaged they gave me the run around until I finally requested my refund and went to Lowes this store had horrible customer service aweful product handling and very disrepctful to loyal customers I will not shop here again

Bate and Switch coupons. I ordered $5000 windows and doors. I used my home Depot credit card offer that clearly stated only 10% off( Max $200 off) and not the coupon that said 10% OR free financing. Home Depot financing wouldnt honor the 10% off coupon and give me my credit cards 6 mth free financing for orders over $299. So if you get any coupons...No matter if it doesnt say it negates the free financing that is always offered on orders over $299....they will not give the free financing. Corporate office didnt care when I called. I went back to the store and they tried to rectify this shabby corporate service. I even showed them the 10%coupon did not say that it negates the free financing. I had an example of a coupon that I didnt use that clearly stated the either or option. this review would not let me post pictures of these coupons. buyer beware
The store is smaller and its easier to find what your looking for. The staff are helpful but sometimes lacking in the expertise that you may need. There is a great selection of wood and tools and every type of fastener known to man. Its not as busy and makes for a stress free shopping experience.

This location has a pretty good selection for your home improvement needs. The prices are about what youd expect, and Ive never noticed anything on sale that I would consider a great deal. The usefulness of the staff appears to be hit and miss from my experience. There are a few that try to be helpful and take the time to talk to you about their products. But usually they appear to be on the sluggish side and I once had a middle aged female employee (at the self check out) chastise me for only buying one tile instead of a whole case (which I didnt need). I ended up telling her to mind her own business and sent her on her way. As Ive mentioned before on this forum, some customer service training would go a long way with some of these employees. Also, some customer service training for the managers, and an expectation that they enforce positive interactions should improve what Ive experienced here.Who knows, maybe its just the poor quality of the local talent? Training can only go so far in some cases.
