Oct 23rd, i took in my broken window to get it fixed. Paid upfront. They put a temporary single pane in because they had to order the piece. They said theyd call when its ready. 4 weeks go by, no call. So i called them. They said it had been in since nov. 6 and that they called me. They absolutely did not call. So i take the window back in. Its the wrong size and they have to reorder it. Ok not their fault... at this point im STILL patient. So we wait again, its only about a week after this time. No one called me yet AGAIN. But this time i was calling every single day.i Take it back in, wrong size AGAIN. They reorder it. december 23rd rolls around ...they actually DO call and say the piece is in. I took it in at 330 and they said they should have it done that day. They close at 5 so we go down about 5 or 10 minutes til 5. Doors locked up tight. We have no window at all for 2 days now which is really super NOT cool. I finally got my window today. December 26th. Over 2 MONTHS after paying for it. He did give $50 back for the trouble which is the only reason im giving 2 stars instead of 1. Ill never go back there for anything.
