Didnt have the vacuum boot I needed. Its not their fault it is obsolete. Ill fashion a step down fitting to make it work.

Most of my auto parts come from here. Ive always had good luck with them. As far as tools, the lifetime warranty is a 1 time replacement... Do not waste your money on their tools!! Youll get a better tool for cheaper from Harbor Freight... and the lifetime warranty is indeed a lifetime warranty

These guys are great! The prices are very affordable, but more importantly there happy to do minor things to your car. If your like me and have no clue how to do any of that, it makes a heck of a difference!

The purpose of my going out on these snow covered roads was not to visit this store...I just would like to be clear on this point. we had run out of cat food and i was on my way to another store when my windshield wiper flew apart...It was cold, and snow was falling and the wind was blowing...I went to Advanced Auto Parts right away. Leigh W. was coming in from installing another customers wipers. I said, Wanna do me next? He wasnt even behind the counter yet and with a smile on his face he said, Sure, what kind of car ya got? I told him that I had a 2004 Pontiac Montana and I needed a driver side wiper blade. He looked in the system to see what kind and sized it took and pulled it off the shelf returned to the counter, and rang up the sale. I paid him and he said, still with the same friendly smile, Ill be happy to install this for you. He went out in the cold and snow with a genuine smile on his face and installed the wiper...I asked for his name, he said Leigh. I thanked him. he politely said, Youre welcome and i got in my van and drove away...this is what customer service is all about.

A standard auto parts store, has just about everything you could need. Sadly when I visited they were very understaffed and had long lines of people. Ill shuffle to know I can get the parts I need to, I dont really want to take an hour or two to get to talk to someone.

They werent very knowledgeable about the products that they sell.
