We don’t usually use a mechanic... husband is pretty good with vehicles, but in case of emergencies.... this is my trusted spot.Second time I have taken a vehicle here, both times were great. I have complete trust in these folks and most definitely will not be going anywhere else.I took my vehicle to get the front end looked at before vacation, they literally could’ve told me 8 different parts were bad and I would’ve paid hundreds to get it done at this moment, for safety reasons. They had an opportunity to take advantage of me (which most local garages will absolutely do) but they literally took the day, out it up on the lift, went over every part thoroughly and told me I had no issues and was good to go, and charged me pennies for the complete “look over” AMAZING!Again... this is the second time, both wonderful experiences. Service like this is very hard to find anymore.Thanks so much guys!!!

I scheduled an oil change for my diesel pickup. I requested oil conditioner be added. Becky and Lenny are personable and knowledgeable. The tech was good, but dont remember his name. My appointment was for 0900. I arrived at 0845. They were prompt in starting. Getting the conditioner was more of a problem as they couldnt find a local supplier. I was ok with skipping it, but Becky persisted and did find it for me. Highly recommend EQ MUFFLER for service

On vacation and the exhaust broke open. These guys were super competent and accommodating. Agreed to take a look on the spot. Ordered the parts and booked us in for 2 hours later. Were waiting for us when we returned. Straight onto the ramp and all done in 45 minutes or so. . Including welding. Showed and explained what he was doing and why. Receptionist Becky friendly and efficient. All time best car repair experience.

The staff are really nice and well oriented. Instead of just aligning my car, they did a thorough inspection. Although they couldn’t align it because my rear springs were broken, they explained to me and even took the time to show me the problem. Definitely will be taking my car back soon.

EQ has been the garage I used for my cars for over 15 years. They know what they are doing, do great work, no BS or imaginary issues and at a fair price. I would recommend to anyone in the area who needs competent and expedient help with their vehicle.

I had my truck towed to EQ from Ohiopyle. The service was very quick, very friendly, and very reasonably priced!

Besides the nice receptionist, I would never refer anyone to this place. After the appraisal of my car (which cost $21), I was told it would cost $1000 to replace the entire exhaust system. I was smart enough to get a second opinion......I got it fixed for $75!!! No, the whole exhaust was not fixed for 75, but only what really needed fixed (flex pipe). While the rest of the exhaust is not perfect, the other mechanic was honest enough with me to tell me that it will last another couple of years (which is all I plan on keeping the car anyway). My car drives (and sounds) like new again. EQ should be ashamed of trying to get someone to fix what really wasnt broken at $1000! I was even considering trading in my car for what turned out to be a $75 fix! Thank you Jim West Auto!

I was there last week my truck was making noise from the front end they called and said everything was fixed but it was still making the same noise and charged me for a part I didnt need I went home and fixed my self in half hour with a part from napa never again
