We having been ordering our truck signs for a couple of years from Fast Signs. It is helpful that they can look up previous orders to go by for new signs. It would be nice if I could look up previous orders as we have changed fonts and colors and I cant remember which was on what truck.**After posting this review, I was contacted by the owner of FastSigns and there is a way for me to look at previous orders, so that makes it even better!!

They did a beautiful memorial/veterans flag for our dad! They were very responsive ...their was miscommunication on our part and the flag was put up in a place that family was not happy with...they responded right away and flag was moved! They are doing an awesome job with these flags with a picture of loved one who served and what war! If you haven’t gotten one you need to!! These are hanging throughout Uniontown! We recently purchased outdoor illuminated channel letters for the front of our medical office. The ease of the order and promptness of the installation was excellent. The craftsmanship is very good. We could not be more satisfied. Fast Signs would come highly recommended by us!!!

Quality products and pricing is fair but customer service is horrible at best. Arrival & pickup times for services is never as scheduled, they assume you have all day to wait to hear from them, then get ignorant days later when you notify you went elsewhere! I WAS still waiting to hear back from them from 1/4/19...trust me their in no hurry to service you, we’ve moved on!
