We went to the Uniontown store to purchase a new bed. Our salesman was great! The experience was awesome and easy to complete. Our new bed is being delivered on Monday-8/30..fastest delivery and it’s free!

We made an in store purchase and ordered a new Queen mattress. A couple of weeks have passed and I notice a sale online that is/was running during the time of my purchase. A free adjustable base. We returned to the store and Noah was quick to make the necessary corrections to the order with no problems. Great customer service! We even made an additional purchase to chill with, lol.

When I tell you this was one of my bet experiences while buying a mattress I’m being 100% honest. Amber made the process painless and simple, my boyfriend and I had 1001 questions and she answered each one . She took the time to take care of me and the other customers that had come in efficiently and in a timely manor . She went above and beyond for us even when we couldn’t find anything in store she didn’t hesitate to go online and get us squared away with the best price and matters for us . She made our bed experience more than pleasureable. We actually caught ourselves staying after we made our purchase just to hang out and get to know her more . Amber Stewart was amazing! I went to get an adjustable bed for my 90 year old mother. She knew exactly what I needed and didn’t try to push anything on me. She had the whole thing taken care of in just a few minutes. Even called to get a Saturday delivery when her computer showed her a full schedule. The guy on the delivery end of things was great as well! We will be going back there for another bed soon!

Do not buy anything from mattress firm, I purchased a mattress and boxspring in Uniontown, first of all they delivered it to the wrong Street and house, instead of them calling to see if they were at the right house they took it back to the wareho6 on Pittsburg delivered it the next day no boxspring the manager at the Uniontiwn store sent me a cheap boxspring which is falling apart and promised to give me a $100 credit which I never saw now the mattress is sinking and filing for the warranty is a very big pain if you need a mattress goElsewhere

ASK FOR AMBER STEWART @ UNIONTOWN STORE!!! I was hesitant to purchase something from here not that it wasnt worth it, but I already heard before how pricey it could be for a premium bed. I can confidently say that whatever you spend you will get your moneys worth. At least I can verify that this store has great workers who know their stuff, honest, and will work with you to the best of their ability. They listened to my family talk, and ask questions for 2 hours with no guarantee of a sell, and no pressure of one. The next day we ended up getting one, and its been a great experience every step of the way! If you would ever need a new bed. I would recommend going there even if you have to save for alittle bit to get it, because your buying way longer lasting products then those bed in the boxes, or etc. UPDATE: the delivery was also a great experience! The guys were nice, fast, and amazing at what they do. They wear masks if anyone was worried about that, and they treated us with alot of respect, so I had to tip them, because they made sure everything was taken care of. The only thing we had to do was put our bed spread on and enjoy it. The whole experience was worth every penny. To the team at mattress firm thank you everything, and Ill tell anyone interested that its worth it!!

Dont buy a bed online.. The customer support afterward sucks! I finally called the Uniontown, pa store and was treated well. The lady there helped me with an exchange for a bed that I ordered online. That bed wasnt the one I originally ordered. She helped me. The website is good to choose the mattresses that you want to check out....but dont hold your breath to get an agent in chat mode. Go to a mf showroom floor to try and buy.

Amy was above and beyond a great sales person! She listened to what we were looking for and helped us out tremendously! She took her time and showed us multiple bed/bases, very friendly and over all 100% great! Would definitely work with her again for a bedroom furniture needs!

I did not get the mans name. I should of asked. He was busy with others but he kept coming back to us to see if we needed anything. I liked that. He was there to ask questions but didnt bother us either. He was friendly. We bought a bed that day. I was going to buy a bed at sleep number. They were very rude and uncaring with me. So I canceled that order and bought another bed that I think is even better than Sleep number. And my Husband likes it too.

Great place and awesome sales experience

Looked for months for mattresses online and just couldn’t decide, especially with the prices they were asking.. I thought it was best to actually go to a physical store and look at them and actually get to talk to someone. Fortunately we got the help of a wonderful salesperson, Ron, who helped us look through different different models and materials while keeping our price range in mind. Overall great experience and very happy with the mattress I received and for the price!

We had a wonderful salesman who gave us the best service. He had us try different matresss. He also showed us different price ranges. We chose one with the cooling properties. He then showed options that could save us money. The delivery day is 5 days out. They will set up new bed and remove the old one. If you shop there ask for Rich.

We just finished our purchase at Mattress firm and couldnt be more pleased. Richard and Ron were very helpful and friendly. Richard was our sales person and he was very patient with our children and with me taking forever to make up my mind.

No. No. No. Overpriced, HORRIBLE delivery service. Was able to get my bill reduced from almost $1200 to $700 after about 5 phone calls. Not worth the hassle though. Go in, try out the mattresses, & when you find what you want order from that company direct.

Will not buy from this mattress firm. The old guy that makes it clear that hes been in the business for a long time, is an absolute ass. Constantly talking and not hearing a thing. I made it a point to buy from the mattress firm right down the road and pick the item up at his store so he knew what happened.

Please save yourself a nightmare. These guys are so unprofessional and all they care about is making a sale and that’s it. Literally my purchase from this store was literally the worst mistake I ever made. We bought a 4000 dollar mattress from them and waiting a week and a half for the wrong mattress to arrive when it was supposed to be 6 days for us to be able too pick it up. The guy said if we did delivery it would come faster and we could change that later well that was just another lie they told us. So like I said after waiting a week and a half delivery guys come with wrong mattress was hitting our walls all through the house the frame had a hole in it and the guys that delivered it pants were falling off. Now after giving us the wrong one we are still stuck waiting another week and half for new one. And in the mean time we are stuck sleeping on our couch when my fiancé has health problems so yes total NIGHTMARE!!!!! If I was you please save yourself the headache

I made several trips into the Uniontown MattressFirm while researching what mattress I would like to buy as well as where. Rich, my salesman and Ron were very knowledgeable and helpful in my final decision. MattressFirm offered a wide range of mattress types and manufacturers, and even though I was sure I would buy a TempurPedic, there was still a lot to consider. They not only worked to make sure I made what seemed to be the best selection at that time, they also made sure I got the best deal possible. I recently purchased and received delivery (which was flawless) of my new TempurPedic. I have contacted the store since to follow up on minor concern. I could not be more pleased. From start to finish I have been treated as a valued customer. VERY HAPPY.
