This is the paper Mike Kelly Toyota handed me, after they said they went over the truck, second picture is what my sensors read soon as I got in the truck. My sensors are correct. Straight lied. This isn’t the only problem I had with this place, it’s just the only problem I have proof of. This place is very expensive and they could care less about their customers, just the money.

Just got my wife a 2021 4Runner Jim Jones my salesmen was great and even the finance guy was great to deal with. I analyzed the sales contract and everything was straight. No hidden fees or pressure to buy extras. Will be back if we decided to get another new vehicle. 👍🏽

I absolutely can not say enough about my experiences at Mike Kelly Toyota in Uniontown! My purchase was seamless and amazing. My salesman, Hayden Connor, was super knowledgeable and I highly recommend him. The finance manager was friendly and made signing enjoyable and quick. Today, three months after my purchase, I went in for my tire rotation. The service department was also amazing! I took my Tacoma in for a recall for them to inspect and either undercoat or replace the frame. The technician said my truck was done the next day and had me sign saying that work was completed without me even getting to inspect what they’ve done. They explained that they sprayed “inside the frame” for anti corrosion. They did absolutely nothing to the truck. And they didn’t spray inside the frame or anything at all. They are crooks. I took my truck there for AC repair and paid almost $200 for them to put a vac on it and charge it. I was told it was blowing cold air and was fine. Yesterday it was almost 80 degrees and I had the AC on full blast and I had to roll my windows down. They are lying thieving crooks and you shouldNever give them your business.

My 18 Highlander was having issues with brakes and since I was in this area, figured Id get the work done at Mike Kelly Toyota. Overall, had an excellent experience from start to finish. Jeff in service was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything in great detail in terms of what went wrong with the brake pads and rotors and all the work they did to correct the problem. Pricing was also very reasonable. Will go here again.

Went in just to look around mostly for a newer rav4. Ha the typical sales pitch told me my trade in would be worth what I wanted and brought a 2018 rav4 limited out. Was a little out of my maximum budget I gave myself for monthly payments. I asked the actual price and refused to tell me. They brought out a 2018 dodge journey with low miles and gave me a fair monthly price however still refused to tell me the actual price. Well me knowing they were around 22k new I figured why not the misses loved the 3rd row seat for the kiddos. After driving home I got to thinking abd whipped put my papers I was baffled they were charging 21500 for this car yet there site had it 2500 cheaper. Also the rav4 they showed for only like 50 more bucks a month had every bell and whistle while this was a basic journey. I also noticed it was a 2.4l and not the 6 cylinder awd I was told. My fault on that as I should of honestly doubled check. All in all it was a ok experience not a horrible one just seemed like they hiked the prices up and refusing to tell me the prices seemed a little shady. With that being said that is why I gave 3 stars. Not great but not a horrible experience just mediocre. Wish they were a little more truthful though

Complete incompetence. Ive been getting letters for months about a very important airbag recall that needed repaired. I was finally able to set up an appointment and when I got there I am told that they didnt have the necessary part for the repair. How did they NOT know they didnt have it before I showed up at an appointment they booked and pestered about? I had to arrange child care and I had to borrow another vehicle after being told the repair took 3+ hours and they wouldnt honor the rental cars advertised with the letters due to covid. Very unhappy and would not recommend this place to anyone. What a joke and waste of time.

Purchased a brand new 2021 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro in April. 126 miles and 5 days later the check engine light came on. Yes, the vehicle is under warranty and yes, Toyota was obligated to fix the problem. However, with a $56,000 price tag I expected that the dealership and Toyota would go above and beyond to rectify the issue. This simply is not the case.I opted to take the vehicle to a dealership closer to my house for service mainly to avoid driving an hour. After several hours, the service department was unable to identify the problem and suggested that it may have been a loose gas cap. They reset the notification and said to call if it happened again. Two days later it did.I contacted Uniontown Toyota and asked if they would simply buy the truck back and I would move on. No worries. After several days of back and forth, they offered me $49,100 for a truck with less than 300 miles on it. Thats a $6,900 loss for me (excluding taxes and fees) and they would have made money on the initial sale and the resale. They sell a faulty product, I lose, they make money twice!So I decide to take it back to the service department and give them another chance to fix it. 5 Days later, they cannot identify the problem but claimed that it passed 7 tests without failure. No problem identified but its miraculously fixed. Notification reset, call if it happens again.Fast forward 2 months, I feel good, no issues, installed a Retrax bed cover, tinted the front windows, Ceramic coated the paint......check engine light comes back!!!!Toyotas response, sorry youre having issues, take more time out of your life, bring the $56,000 lemon 🍋 back to the service department, we will try to fix it, no promises.Keep this in mind before you buy a new Toyota. Keep this in mind before you deal with Uniontown Toyota in particular. I would avoid both!!!

The employees were very professional and friendly when I brung my truck in to under go a recall for my 2001 Toyota Tundra SR5. The frame was in pretty good condition for its age with very little surface rust. So they had applied a coating to preserve the frames condition along with replacing fuel and brake lines. The service department had my truck in and out of there within 3 to 4 business days. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a nice Toyota vehicle and with a large inventory, there is always something to look at. Thank you Toyota for the memories made and for the memories soon to come.

Working with Roy was a great pleasure. It made the buying process great, no pressure. Update after taking delivery of the car I noticed acid rain spots in the paint. I told Roy and he made arrangements to get them fixed. They could not get them all done in one day so I had to bring it back the following week. I went to pick the car up and the dealership lock the keys in it. Rather than have them use a lock out tool I told them I will go back home and get the second set of keys. Brought the car back the following week and they were shut down for Covid-19 . Came back the following week Brandon told Roy to call me to set up a time. One month went by and no call. Stop by left a message with the receptionist still no call back. Finally seen Roy on the lot and ask why he never called me. He told me that Brandon told him to put me off. I asked why and he said you need to talk to him . I told him that I was able to get my car financed at a 3% lower interest rate than there finance department got me and saved $30.00 a month on my payment. In the end this dealership maybe only 4 miles away but I will not go back or recommend it to anyone else.

Came in to buy a car that was listed online for $37,000 drove over an hour to find out that they false advertise and tried to charge us $39,000. Told us it was a mistake on their website and wouldn’t honor the advertised price. I don’t recommend going here, shop anywhere else! If I could give zero stars I would.

I purchased a new 2019 Toyota CH-R from Alex Cable at Mike Kelly Toyota and I could never recommend that salesperson enough! I drove from over 1 hour away so I could purchase my vehicle specifically from Alex! Not only did Alex go above and beyond to make sure I got everything I wanted out of the vehicle but he was able to get my payments where I wanted them to be for the timeframe I wanted in my loan! He got me a killer trade in amount for the vehicle I had at the time, and it’s been a little over 1 year since I purchased my CH-R and I haven’t had 1 issue with my vehicle! If it wasn’t for Alex I couldn’t imagine what I’d be driving right now! If I ever decide to purchase another vehicle it’ll only be through Alex Cable hands down! 100/10

Im usually a subaru guy. Have had many subarus in the past and never thought I would make the switch. After just coming to see and give a chance, these guys here treated me well and gave me the opportunity to purchase the best vehicle I have ever owned at a lower cost than I could find anywhere within 50 miles of my residence. Although it did take a little longer than expected to get the process finalized, they spent that little extra time getting my vehicle ready for me and gave it to me spotless. Even gave me a free hat. Anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, I would recommend this toyota dealership. Worth the 50 minute drive for sure.

I Contacted the main Toyota customer service about the ac blowing mold from our Toyota Camry. They told us to contact the dealership where we bought it, so we contacted Mike Kelly’s Toyota. We were charged $160 to just look at the car even though they did nothing to resolve the issue. I Recontacted the main Toyota again to let them know nothing was done to fix the problem, so they sent Mike Kelly a request for refund. We’ve heard nothing back from Mike Kelly Toyota. This tells me how important we are as a customer. We will be purchasing another new car soon and was planning on getting it from Mike Kelly but why patronize a place that won’t take care of its customers.Update1 : it’s been a week since the main Toyota contacted mike Kelly Toyota. No call back from them. Guess that means no reruns for doing nothing.There’s a note below saying to call them but no extension number is given. Resolving this is a nightmare.Update 2: I contacted and spoke with the General Manager. Nice Guy, but could not work out a refund for just looking at car. Poor business decision, as we will not be purchasing our upcoming car from Mike Kelly’s. Need a place that takes care of its customers.

Was extremely disappointed that employees who waiting on customers are not required to wear masks. I specifically asked the cashier if she was going to put a mask on to which she replied nope you can stand as far away from me as you want. Will think twice about going back for service for a while. Follow-up: Uniontown Toyota called me and apologized for my experience. Appreciate the fact that they took my concerns seriously.

I have and always will be a fan of Toyota. The local dealerships and their perspective service depts....not so much. I left a Mgtn and Fmt Toyota service dept because they tried several times to overcharge me for services, they lied to me, and that I will not tolerate! So I thought I’d give Uniontown Toyota a try....they are just like the others! Leaking TPMS valve stem I found was fixed today by my locally-owned private garage with an $8 OEM valve stem repair kit for $16 labor. Yesterday Mike Kelly’s mechanic said the entire TPMS stem needed replaced.....$225 + tax! Thank God I’m smarter than they thought I was. Well, I guess no dealer can be trusted! Won’t go back, they had their attempt at gaining my trust! Thank you Ethan at Bruceton Auto! Sad there’s no honesty anymore.-murikanvet74

Update, I am Robs dad, after our terrible experience at Mike Kelly I called Brenden Kelley to tell him of our experience. Two days later was called from the dealerships general manager. He apologized for the bad finance person and said he would try to see if they could fix or help with the fix of the car, was supposed to call me back, its been 3 weeks and no call. We bought another car, do not recommend Mike Kelly for anything but dissappointment

In the past year and a half my family bought 3 vehicles from this dealership when it was under Mike Wood Toyota. We had wonderful experiences in both the sales and service areas, definitely 5 star service. Well have things changed! Customer service was something that would have kept us coming back. Not anymore! The service is horrible! It is obvious that the services reps there now are not well educated with the Toyota line. It appears that customer service is not a priority anymore. The person I talked to was obviously clueless! I tried to call them today to cancel my appointment because when I came home I was able to identify the problem I was having and take care of it my self. I tried to call the service department to cancel my appointment. After 15 rings on the main number and no answer I hung up. Called back and got an answer after the first ring but was transferred to service and sat and waited, waited, and waited! I hung up. I guess they will figure out I am not coming when I don’t show up, or will they? What a disappointment this dealership has become. Will have to locate a dealership more in line with the way this one was when Mike Wood had it!

Service writer named C.J. was very outgoing and friendly. And although I was getting a free state inspection, the dealership also washed my Camry for me at no charge. Self check-in at kiosk was also quick & easy.

I bought a used car from them a year ago. They were pretty friendly, pushy ( which is fine for the business they do).. however, car was not ready for viewing/purchasing: it had bugs in it, it wad dirty, it had a strong odor inside.. therefore, I had to come back next time to pick up the car .. giving them time to clean it and make it ready to sell. By the way, they knew couple days ahead I am coming to check out that specific car.Also, once I came down to do car servicing one of their worked started talking to us trying to sell new car, even though we politely said we do not need any new car! .. in no time they were already letting us do a test drive and making a ridiculously low offer for my used car. Conversation with their sales person started by him saying ‘You can get a new car with the same monthly payment you ate doing for your old car’, I said ‘oh really.... i do not believe it’! Long story short, in couple minutes they were already giving me a payment plan trying to make me pay $450 instead of $250.. yeah! Definable the same .. and when I said ‘nope! This is not what you promised on first hand’ their manager said ‘ok we are not interested in your business’. Way too pushy trying to fool you around and make you pay as more as possible.I never came back to their place after this story, I do my car servicing in another place and I will buy my next car from another dealer.

Mike Kelly Toyota is the only place I will go for service on my 2018 Toyota RAV4. The entire staff is friendly and courteous every time my vehicle is in for service. I will definitely purchase my next Toyota from Mike Kelly Toyota!

My Wife went to get our 2018 Toyota Prius Prime inspected here. Everything passed (including the tires) but they informed her that the tires were going to need replaced in the near future. Okay she says. Well all the sudden about 5 minutes later someone comes back out and says the tires are dry rotted and need replaced now, and it would cost $650.00 for all 4 tires.Really?The car is garage kept and only sees the sun when its out and is always kept clean. I got home from work and there is no sign of dry rot whatsoever.Seems to me they were trying to take advantage of the situation and my Wifes trust in people, something I lost a long time ago..... especially at stealerships.Wont be going back and we posted the same thing on our Facebook pages.
