I ordered part online and it was ready for pickup. Part was the correct one. Website was easy to order from.

Of all the choices for auto parts on Pat Booker, and theres a lot, NAPA is the only store that gets my business these days. The staff is far beyond knowledgeable and friendly, the store is clean and well kept, and if they ever dont have parts in stock (which is rare) they can get them delivered in very short order. Kudos to these guys, I always walk out of this store satisfied.

I go in there several times a week all I get is great customer service. They always help me find what I am looking for. There is time they are really busy but they still get to me. Great place to go get parts keep up the great customer service.

Horrible service I literally sat in front of an employee that was supposed to be helping me but for some reason he was multitasking and putting me on the back burner for 20 minutes... Coming from out of town where Napa was a valued auto parts store I thought it would be the same here but I was obviously wrong... I learned my lesson and will not be wasting my valuable time here or money here again.

Told what kind of battery and I had a trade in. He jammed on the computer, it seemed slow. After a while he said $139. I had already gotten credit card out . I also had brought my old Napa battery in. I asked him was this the only option, how long warranty and could you explain it. Did I get anything out of the okd one. Other places would have tested old battery. OReilly s looks better

For starts there is only 1 person I know thats ok ross but jeff and that other guy at the end is bad for business sometimes you can go in there and smell pot when your talking to jeff and the other guy dont have a clue about car parts but there all rude it seems and dont keep help very long always new people and prices are just to high but ive done business with them a lot over the years its just convenient and they mostly have what you need

Not very helpful. Called looking for a part, gave them car info and they wanted to know specific engine. My car only came with one engine, shouldnt be that hard.

My problem got some with the expertise from the attendant who help me...He went the extra 2 miles to have a certified customer,me, ot ..the door.
