This is my go to Walmart. There are quite a few around where I live and RBI’s is the one I end up using more frequently. They rarely disappoints and usually have what I need when I need it. I appreciate that I can go into the bakery/cake section and choose a cake already made for the birthdays I’ve been celebrating. The ladies willingness to put what I ask them to on a cake right then and there is greatly appreciated. Whipped frosting icing cakes are my favorite from Walmart. It’s delicious! I recommend this Walmart!!!!

I LOVE THIS LOCATION! They are a little smaller than your average Walmart but the staff is so friendly and helpful. Mobility impaired accessible and lots of space in the restrooms. Lots of carts were available on a late Friday afternoon.

First time customer at this store. The place is huge! It is clean and well arranged. The fruits and vegetables are fresh and plentiful. That is what I stopped for but needed a new water bottle and found a nice one for 10 dollars. Checked out with a cashier. Did not see any self check out but am sure there must be one.

Buyer beware!Price on shelf does not match price at register and it has been six months or so. Not a small difference, about $3 per twelve pack!Sometimes they have been willing to correct the price at register, today they told me that would be illegal because it is alcohol & tobacco... so correcting the price is illegal but false prices on the shelf are fine?

I was just walking around looking for a cordless carpet and upholstery cleaner and doing my regular shopping when an employee named Gilbert came up to me and asked if I need any help or anything!!! He was so polite and very respectful!! I was actually in the wrong isle and he showed me where I was actually suppose to be. Definitely a good reason to post a five star review today!!

Store is clean & staff is polite. Many items are in the incorrect spot, so shelf prices dont always match. Price check machines have all been removed. Often items ring up for a higher price than expected. Its annoying having to remove stuff at the register or return it on a later date.

Ordered a cake last week and they waited two hours before pickup to notify me they didn’t have all the pieces. The cake decorator called and asked for me to call back, but the store number kept dropping call. I went to the store and the decorator was rude when I asked about the cake issue. When I got the cake that I needed that day but not wanted because of design, she amazingly had the “fresh” cake ready and decorated in an hour. The cake was either over baked or old. It did not have a fresh taste. Never buying from them again.

Usually I have a great experience at this Walmart but todays trip was the straw that broke the camels back so to speak. So I went this evening at around 6pm solely to visit the garden center and seasonal outdoor section located just inside the store. I grab what I needed and went to check out at the garden center. There was an employee there who told me the cashier just went to lunch so he couldnt check me out, not even on the other register. Ok fine, I go inside to the self check out and when I finally am next the attendant told me its card only. I didnt bring my card inside because what store doesnt take cash am I right? The lines for the regular cashiers are all at least 5 people deep with loaded baskets. I gave my items to the attendant at the self check out and walked all the way back to the garden center since thats where I parked because I only planned on shopping at the garden center. Tonight wasnt the only time that either myself or my husbands has been told right at the last minute right before we check out at the self service line that its card only. You guys should put a sign out (that yes I realize only half of the people would read) or have someone tell people as they line up to use the self check out that its card only. Or better yet, have the garden center cashier at her position with back up/a floater scheduled to allow for breaks and have your self checkout registers stocked with cash. But its Walmart; I dont know why I expected anything other than an inconvenience.

They have a whole display of Jerkey and it’s months expired….I guess they’re not checking the product they’re selling anymore. Today is 10/30/21 and Jerkey expired 8/25/21.

My review is specifically for the Walmart bakery pertaining to Audrey. She is an exceptional employee and a vital asset to your organization! If more employees were like her Walmart could be even better than it is. My husband and I placed an order for our wedding cakes one month before our wedding (12-31-2020) with a different associate. However, when my husband went to pick up the cakes the morning of our wedding, not only were they not made, but the order didn’t exist!!! We had our receipt and the text confirmation as proof. Evidently the association that took our order didn’t follow all of the steps!! WE WERE FURIOUS!! This was our wedding day, so emotions were already running high!! BUT thanks to AUDREY who came to our rescue and prepared our custom order just in time everything turned out perfect! She even added some complimentary wedding cupcakes as an apology and everything tasted amazing!!! THANK YOU AGAIN AND AGAIN for all you did to make our special day even more special!!! FYI whomever is in charge needs to promote Audrey and just so you know- If you ever get your own bakery we will be loyal customers!! 😉~The Smiths

Excellent place to shop in evening hours 2-5. Every time we have comes can rarely find a scooter to shop . Im 65 and disabled. Need help/service during this for older people with items and questions. Especially at garden area/ electronics/ clothing/

I was. Help by a young lady at the pharmacy was very nice being I was from Oklahoma and forgot one of my meds very helpful.

This is a pretty nice place I went to because it had food,items and even toys

I went in looking for an iPhone charger and thought Id found it but to be safe I decided to ask a young worker. He was stocking shelves and stopped to help me which I am so grateful he did because I picked up the wrong one. He found the correct charger and was very sweet about helping me. I really appreciate his help and have been able to find more help from staff at this location than at any other in the last year. I really thank the manager for hiring such great personnel. The pharmacy is fantastic too and Chris is the best pharmacist. He goes out of his way to learn his customers needs and is very friendly. I really enjoy shopping at this location and think you will too.

Anthony was a great great waiter and took time to check on us and kept our needs fulfilled. The management went an extra mile to ensure we were happy with our meal and service. It was so nice to eat in a beautiful new and clean restaurant. All the serving dishes were glass, none of that cruddy scratched up plastic stuff. It has been over a year since we have eaten out and UC Longhorn gave us a wonderful time. Thank you and thank you Anthony.

One of our favorite Walmarts. Its just the right size to have all the essentials (including a Claires) but not so large as to make it exhausting.

I have had multiple positive experiences with this Walmart. Staff has been consistently friendly and helpful and I have always found what Ive needed. Online order pick-up was also issue-free for one experience. Overall, very good.

This Walmart is huge and clean. Plenty of staff around. Nice clean aisles. Plenty of mask wearers and did I mention really big?

A whole lemon pepper rotisserie chicken $4.50. Garlic bread $1.00 thats a quick dinner cheap and delicious. I will be back !

We was stopped by Carmen, a door person, and scolded “you can’t bring THAT in here!” She made my family member show proof via a necklace service dog tag, that the service dog was in fact just that. That violates the ADA and staff there should be trained better to know that they are putting their company at jeopardy by violating the ADA not to mention the embarrassment she inflicted on my whole family. Another family was walking in the door also and yelled out to the door greeter “hey that’s illegal, you can’t ask that”, while attempting to comfort and support my family and I. Quite a mortifying and unethical experience I had at Walmart.

I live next to a Walmart but I feel like 3009 Walmart has more selection, so I always make the drive to this one. Got two black scrub tops they are comfy

Had to RUN after Rudy the Team Leader to track down a product shown online. Told where the product was supposed to be. It wasnt there. Ordered online. Arrived the next day. Ran down Rudy again. It took 5 people an hour. Product still not found despite being pulled for pick-up delivery. Kate- team leader, Joe, assistant manager, Key - an associate finally tracked them down.

The employees there are very nice and one of the head ppl at the service center was very kind and helped me when I really needed it. Hard to find ppl like her anymore.

Produce is TERRIBLE. Moldy organic bell peppers, black onions, mushy oranges, shriveled mangoes. My packaged ham was discolored, despite not being close to the expiration date. Idk whats going on at that location, but its not good.

Friday bought small carrot cake in bakery. Truly disappointed, tasted more like a spice cake. There were no traces of carrots, no pecans/walnuts, no nuts whatsoever, no raisins, no pineapple, etc. It was very dry.

Its Walmart. What more do you expect? Employees that dont want to be there. Guests that refuse to wear masks because they know nobody will enforce it. Everywhere I went was fairly organized with the exception of hair care. That place was an unorganized mess and impossible to find anything. All in all. Its Walmart.

Their hand sanitizer was out at entrance doors. I did report to very nice lady at the doors. They did have the wipes for the carts.I could tell they were working on restocking items and they did have posted notes in areas that they were out of.All in all pretty good shopping experience .

My first time here - very clean and organized. The staff was helpful. I asked two different employees a question and they both responded with a smile and gave me accurate information. We also had a return, which was a smooth process. And the checkout line was short and sweet. Im not sure if this particular Wal-Mart gets busy, but I would suggest you go during the early hours if you dont like crowds. Its not my preferred Wal-Mart, but itll do for when Im in a rush. The Wal-Mart I usually go to is a bit cheaper and has more to offer which is why i gave 4/5

Was shocked as big as that store is when I went to this since I moved over the weekend how there was only one type of office chair. The store is San Marcos is smaller and they had a few different types of chairs there should have bought it then. Dummy me thinking all Wal-Marts had the same items.

Walmart is my store I love the staff, they greet you at the front door with a big smile. Help you find whatever you want in the store.

The store was nice and clean but we could not find any help and than when we got help the employee seems like we where bothering him. So no ditend like e mployees aditude

Placed an online order that was supposed to be delivered from this store. Never showed. They never called, emailed...nothing. Two hours later I contacted Wal-Mart through the online chat. Their response was basically, Oops, sorry. Better luck next time. And they cant figure out why they are losing retail to Amazon?

WORST customer service! If the corporate office monitors the calls at this location they would learn that on May 23, 2021associates didnt answer the phone for up to 30mins, they drop calls purposely, or they transfer calls only to leave the customers on hold for another 45mins. Then still no one helps. Terrible!
