Haven’t been jn store yet will have to do to they have my paint color but called and Zak from store was rude. I understand that the question i asked is simple to you, but to someone who doesn’t deal with paint and paint types regularly it is not. A little nicer response would be appreciated.

Jackson and Bryan soooo nice and helpful, helped me with my project.

The problem was not with Sherwin Williams...but the paint team that they recommended...had a paint consultant come over and give us the paint scheme she was great....we called back to ask if they knew any painters and was giving the painter who there (mr. J. R. Not even going to spell out his name).. they did a great job, painted everything with what we thought was a great price (small areas that needed touch up but was good)...in the midst of (Mr. J. R) and his crew competing the job, noticed I was missing two rings, a watch (and go figure a toe nail clipper my wife picked me up from London)...I text Mr. Juan...with the photos of the rings and he said he would ask...heard nothing back...I know in our blame the victim society its my fault that my rings that was in my house didnt stay there.... my only point is please be careful in recommending Your painters... thank you...

Great assistance provided by employees. A little chaotic due to store being renovated, but theyre making it work.

I got the letters on a color mixed up, ended up a white with a hint of green, and was supposed to be a medium gray. My mixup on number and I was fine with trying to make it darker. Guys at this location couldnt be bothered to help.Thankfully Will and Jarrod at the Schertz store spent 5 minutes, added some black to it and I left happy as a clam. Wont be back to Pat Booker, thanks Schertz crew though!

Wrong paint but were helpful

Mike was very friendly and helpful. He was more than willing to mix up a bucket of paint(Sherman Williams) that we found at a house we recently moved in. On top of that he also helped direct in the right direction for the correct brush and rollers that we need. He was able to answer all of our questions. Great experience.

Pretty unorganized and apparently there is no mask standard...both customers AND employees didnt have mask on.

I just walked out of the store without getting waited on. There were no other customers and 2 gentleman working. No one greeted us or attempted to wait on us the entire time we were standing at the counter. No one even looked at us as we walked to the door. The only time we were acknowledged was when I asked for the manager’s name. Don’t bother coming here!

I get great advice from the people who work there. They know their products. The same guys at the location I go to have waited on me for years! I like the quality of paint over other brands.

Store was clean and well organized. However, we were not greeted when we walked in and no one came by to check on us the whole time we were there. I was ready to make a purchase since I need to repaint my living room and I even had a 30% off coupon. I ended up walking out with a couple paint chips but no purchases.

All Sherwin-Williams stores only do business as a paint store, not a variety of various items that most other stores dont know anything about. The associates are very helpful in selecting your paint and what to expect in what you purchased for your painting needs.

Dont be discouraged or intimidated by all the color options there at Sherwin-Williams. Staff is very patient and willing to give their opinion on what color options to choose and ask you a lot of questions about the room you are planning to paint as far as lighting, purpose of room etc..

I prefer SW paint to others. Better coverage and the price is comparable considering the coverage.

There paint is really good, a little more expensive then most places. It has great coverage.

Overpriced extremely!! They asked if i had a KB Home because they have a builder account or some special account when I told them I needed white paint. They told me a gallon would be less than the pint...because of the account. She couldnt explain why. I dont need a gallon of paint for minor touch ups before renting out my house a few days later.
