READ THESE STORIES. YOUVE BEEN WARNED. They kept forever, a keyboard that just needed some sticking keys fixed and an overall interior key cleaning. After paying out the a-- for that, I bring it home and find that they wiped out the complete internal memory of the keyboard. All factory sounds gone. I told them this was inexcusable and what are they going to do about it? They said it happens all the time and that I should have known this could happen, and to hit the road. They never offered one single thing to help. Stay far far away from these people.

The people there are really nice to you but, they kept my item for a year, and returned it to me in the same condition, broken. I had to initiate all communications to ask about my item, and paid ALOT of money for a item that was returned to me UN-repaired. Yes they have a short warranty period, but I would rather use my item as a coffee table than to deal with them again. I do not recommend this place.

Took them months to charge me more than triple the estimate without telling me the change in estimate and sort of half do the repair. giving them the benefit of the doubt, theyre surly and incompetent at best -- ill leave you to fill in the blanks. horrible, horrible, horrible. so very sorry i was sent there. dont go. dont know how they stay in business.
