Mykayla helped me very quickly. And while she was helping me, she explained to me the possible issue. As well as the possible remedies. What I found most impressive is the fact that she was helping 3 other people simultaneously. And didn’t miss a beat. She also made sure to tell me to feel free to visit again if the issue continues. This is the only location I will go to. And the only rep I want to deal with.
Jeffrey is awesome. He helped us out, and we are not even a customer. Our debit card # was stolen and used at the St Ann boost-t-mobile store and nobody there could help, or wanted to help. We called this location and Jeffrey took the time to help us and get a district manager involved. Please see this man if you need a phone or help. He is awesome!!!! This store has the absolute best customer service that I’ve experienced since getting my first smart phone years ago. I’m so grateful to Jeffrey, Store Manager for his expertise, depth of knowledge and fantastic customer service. He was generous with his time and always made me feel comfortable. This is the best experience that I’ve ever had when buying a new phone it made me very happy they were awesome.
I initially went to the Creve Coeur store when I was switching from AT&T to T-Mobile. I got set up at the Creve Coeur store and the following day was adding my brother to my account and we went to the Delmar store which was closer to his house. The store manager Jeffrey greeted us and was incredibly helpful and informative in getting us set up. He also noticed that I was put on the wrong plan at the Creve Coeur store and he switched us to the correct plan. Jeffrey was awesome he was incredibly informative, pleasant, and really knew his stuff. Way to go Jeffrey, awesome job.
Visited the store on Delmar to have sim cards for T-Mobile put in replacing Sprint ones. Jeffrey waited on me and he was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I was very pleased with the service he provided.

I just spoke to Anthony about changing my service to T-Mobile, and he was great. He understood what I was looking for, and, after we spoke, he very honestly told me that T-Mobile probably wouldnt be the best service for what I need. These guys work on commission, which makes that kind of honesty even more rare and valuable. Its nice to know that there are still people who put customer service first! My current provider could learn a lot from these guys.
The employees that work at this location are kind and helpful, but seriously their customer service phone number blows. If it was somehow productive I would choose a paper cut on my tongue over talking to their customer support line. Their phone staff are undertrained and it seems you have to call at least 3 times before they figure out what they are doing.

I came in to ask some questions, and ask around. I know very little about phones, and the employees attempted to take advantage of that and steal from me.They asked for my drivers ID and so I gave it to them, and without even asking me they attempted to charge me on a plan for $150. I refused to give them my social security number and left.Do not go to this location! They will steal from you!If any management is reading this. Please contact me!
I bought Sim Card here, and after a couple of hours I tried to use it. but I cant call and sent messages. When I came back seller told me that I should refill my account although I paid first month.My wife and I went to the AT&T salon this week so as to get sim card. The service was excellent. They checked all and we neednt to came back and fix something.
Very bad customer experiencie. They try to sell what they want, no matter what you need or even what you want. Youd better look for another store or another operator

This location is always busy. Be prepared to wait in line. Staff are helpful and do take their time with helping you, but it just takes some time.
I really needed a new phone this weekend. I wanted the new iPhone 6s Plus in Gold. I called around to different stores and this one claimed they had it. I went to the store and they opened a new line for me and then to find out they dont even have the phone I asked for. They call a nearby store to see if they have the phone and they supposedly had it. They bring back the wrong phone. I have waited patiently for an hour and then to be told I can get the space gray and return it later. So I refuse the space gray and was told to come back tomorrow and we will have the gold for you first thing in the morning. I call this morning and the manager says I wont have it til 4pm. I said ok and I called customer care and cancelled the line. You guys will not get any commission off of my line smh. I worked for this company so I understand the hustle but if you cant keep your promise Im not giving you any credit. I will be trying another store today.

I switched from sprint & Ive been with T-Mobile for a week. The company is fine but the employees at this location are horrible. Rude, impatient & dont remember what they told you. So whatever they say, get it in writing and have it signed by them. T-Mobile customer service solved my issues but all they did was shrug their shoulders & said I dont know what you want me to do..
Its better than others near by, but selection is sometimes smaller.

Danny is the worst customer service guy tmobile have in that store.I went there to port/migrate my old number to a new account with t-mobile instead of him saying he cannot be able to do that and refer me to someone who can help; he started bragging about how he has worked for t-mobile for 3yrs and that Its impossible to port a number and that customer service cannot help me even if I try calling them.I told him thank you,and stepped outside to my car to call customer service.They were really nice and within 10minutes my number was ported successfully with a max of 24hr wait time.I feel sorry for the T-Mobile customers that Danny has chased away with misinformation and failure to let pride off and refer customers to a more knowledge associate about the subject matter.I still love my t-mobile.

The service is very irresponsible. Except for opening an account, other businesses are not allowed to do it, all of which are to let them call customer service. If I can call the customer service, I will come back to the store! At the end of the customer service, you are going to the store. Once you enter the store, you have not finished talking about the problem. You are asked to call yourself.
