Always great customer service and a one of a kind experience! Love it. First time for me at this store front in the loop very spacious compared to prior alley front. For me, being from here but, living out of town Im not downtown often. Always hometown love when I come in. Highly recommend. Staff is the best and always super helpful!!

Wow they moved into a bigger place with so much more to collect or whatever with stuff. Nice calm atmosphere. Sage helped me out & was well knowledgeable about the specific items I had questions about & showed a smooth quick hospitable experience from start to finish. Went into this location 2 days ago and had fantastic customer service. I knew what I wanted but didnt know what style or kind and was helped super quickly by Melina.Melina asked me all the right questions regarding my price range, frequency etc. And I asked them numerous questions.Melina was able to help me make an informed purchase from a local artisan and I love my piece!Will most definitely be back!

Nice people, shop, choices etc. Make sure to return products that are defective day of or no exchange will be given (disposables). Totally understandable business practice.Frustrating nonetheless when money is continually wasted. Was looking to buy an actual unit with any “exchange” given, but took my business elsewhere. Again, it’s a nice shop, just disappointed.

I love ❤️ shopping at this store. I always ask for Erin Dempsey. Every time I visit the store she is always friendly and remembers me. We might even have some laughs before I head out the door. She lets me know about the latest deals and trends. I could go to other stores in the loop and shop but I like coming here because Erin works here honestly. I work in the headshop business, and let me say all the sunshine locations I have visited are amazing! Always friendly staff and a nice vibe to the stores. Sage helped me on my visit to the Delmar store and she was truly a pleasure. She showed me almost the entire store and was extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend you ask for Sage if you are stopping in.

The legendary head shop of the loop. Smells heavily of incense, but what head shop doesnt. One of the only places left in the loop where you can buy cigarettes. You can also purchase detox kits, CBD related products, and glass *tobacco* pipes.

I went there yesterday and bought a dirtbag(hacky sack) and a hemp bracelet. The dirtbag is awesome so far but the bracelet, that I paid almost $10 for, didnt even get to wear for over a hour. Cheaply cheaply made. The string that was holding the bracelet together was frayed already and worn out before I could even wear it for a day. So if you buy any sort of bracelets from there or necklaces. INSPECT THEM! Theyre over priced especially for cheap material.

If i could give it no stars i would, the staff were not nice at all. They demanded an ID and we had a drivers license to show it was us but they wouldn’t take it and they still demanded ID, one lady said “i think that will work” but the one lady demanded for an ID, like the picture was on their to show it’s us!! ridiculous.
