Every-time I go here I have always had a great customer service experience! The workers there are so polite and they make sure that they can help you in any way they can. The manager, Terrance was so helpful! I thought I lost my phone and he immediately went into the back to check the cameras! Every-time I go there everyone is so quick to help and they all treat me with respect! I really appreciate this! 5 stars for great customer service!

The pharmacy lacks customer service and organization skills. The pharmacy expects customers to keep up with their inventory with certain manufacturers! I know you are busy, but customers depend on and pay you to have their medications available!

Excellent customer service in the pharmacy. The pharmacist promptly returned my phone call upon my request for early refills for upcoming vacation, then called my insurance company for approval! It might take a while to get prescriptions filled here but they have a lot of extra work to do with orders at the drive thru window during the pandemic. Be patient!

I am ending being a customer at this store and moving my prescriptions to another location. City & county mandates to wear a mask. Not only are customers being allowed to walk in mask-free, but the staff person at the photo counter had no mask. Fortunately the cashier at front, where I went to check out, had a mask. Im done. Of all places, THIS one should be making their staff all wear masks to serve the public. Dont Walgreens offer health care & Covid screenings, but - staff, no masks??

I came in today and systems were down, so they told me I could only use cash. That was after I spent 15 minutes in here gathering things. They didnt explain the situation in the nicest way either. I left, went home and then came back to the Walgreens. I see a big line of people who might be upset that they might be waiting in vain. I tell the cashier that and she says, I dont have time to be telling people that. .... YOU CAN AT LEAST TELL PEOPLE WAITING IN LINE THAT YOU ARE ONLY GOING TO ACCEPTING CASH! She then proceeds to tell me that its only buy one get one free if I put my number in electronically through their system..These people do not care about the customer. Im not a big fan of this Walgreens. Not the best service.

The photo machine here does not print pictures onto canvas. The machine says it does and gives you a pick up date. So a large gift I ordered for my wife isnt going to make it under the tree this year.

Can I leave ZERO stars? Lets see the pharmacy doesnt answer the phone! If you are lucky enough for them to answer they put you on hold and usually hang up on you. I was hung up on 4 times and transferred to other departments before someone answered my question. Oh and then they answered my question with either a lie or simply bad information. Going to the store isnt much better, unless you feel like getting eyes rolled at you, people walking away and then telling you something completely different than what the other person told you. By the way the first person was the pharmacist... What a joke of a place. By the way this is not the first time this has happened. I will be moving my prescription and dont know why I havent yet.

I always have great experiences at this Walgreens. I mostly use the pharmacy, and they are quick over the phone, quick in store, and quick to refill. I just wish there was a drive thru, but at least its 24 hours. Some of the workers here are so bright and kind, they have made my day.

I do agree with everyone elses comments about answering the phones. Seems like you have to wait 30 minutes for someone to answer the phone. I would like to add that Alexis is very bubbly and always has a smile on her face. She makes me feel very welcomed.

Have been on the phone for 25 minutes and then they pick up the phone and hang up on me!! There is no way they have this many phones calls and/or each phone call should take this long. 25 minutes on hold when there are 2 callers ahead of you. Is anyone even working?????? They obviously need more help.

This Walgreens is such garbage! The staff is trash. Don’t you even dare thing of asking for help cause you will get all kinds of attitude. Don’t even get me started on those “pharmacists.” Rude for no reason! If you hate your job that much, leave. Cause you just ruined my whole day.

This is the worst pharmacy Ive ever had to put up with. Unfortunately there are not a lot of options in the area but they just pushed me over the edge and I will be taking my business elsewhere, despite the inconvenience. As everyone else stated, it normally takes up to ten minutes to get your phone call answered. They consistently fail to notify you of an issue in processing your RX. I dropped off an rx Friday, and called today to see how much it was going to be and they just told me that its not covered by insurance and they had to contact my dr. for a new rx. After calling my insurance and finding out it was indeed covered in generic form, which is what my dr. wrote on the rx, I called back and told her to fill it as written. She refused saying that they had to wait for the doctor to write a new rx, despite the current one being written FOR THE GENERIC ALREADY. She refused and got upset. Im sure theyre going to screw it up and refuse to give me my written RX back when I go to retrieve it tonight. Aside from that, the guy who works always looks miserable and is rude.

The most unprofessional pharmacy I have ever encountered! I have gone days without my prescription because they are so negligent, on a few occasions. I have transferred to the new Walgreens on Delmar, a huge difference. Goodbye!

If I could give this Walgreens a zero I would. I was on the phone on hold for 25 minutes and when someone finally did pick up, they were rude and not helpful. I am transferring my prescription and hope that whoever owns and/or manages this location sees all these awful reviews and makes a change. So unfortunate!
