The staff is always pleasant every round. QuickFriendly, courteous and they stay open a Lil later than expected. They now have Oat Milk which has a niceTaste to it. One of my top 10 places to visit in the city….Cookie Cookie

Ben & Jerry’s is a great place to get ice cream with the family. Outside eating area is pleasant on a quiet day. (There are other stores nearby, so this area can fill up.) The staff are always friendly and the ice cream tastes delicious.

Very disappointing. Employees want to make you pick everything, if I knew how to make it I wouldnt come here, youre supposed to have a perfect recipe! Ice cream was subpar and didnt had anything unique about it. Would be same as if I went to Kroger and got a pint of vanilla and some off-brand chocolate syrup.

Reused spoon used to scoop icecream. Store was full of trash all over. Ice cream was melting when they gave it to me. Ice cream looked freezer burnt in some places.

I really enjoyed coming here recently. There’s so many different options for people to choose from. Unless you’re lactose intolerant like me. There’s only like three or four lactose free flavors on the menu, but a ton of regular flavors. But it’s not that bad I guess, since dairy-free people can still get the sundaes and other specialty items.Overall Rating: 3 starsIt’s great but there could be a little more variety in the dairy-free section. I appreciate the wooden spoons.

Excellent customer service and products

I am horrified to receive thevdelivery! The ice cream was tolerable but there also was an order of a brownie dessert that was not wrapped and completely uncovered. Simply placed in the bag on top of the ice cream! Even the carrying bag was not taped, stapled or anything!!! This is HIGHLY unacceptable during COVID-19. Your business should be shut down! Then I called 4 times and no one answered the phone. I called between 6:25pm and 6:35pm During Business hours And No Customer Service!!

Excellent service and good products

Once you get up to order, they put your order through quickly. But, I’m positive it is crowded all the time. Always a long wait in line, gets on my nerve sometimes. But overall, amazing ice cream, great and friendly staff. The only other complaint would be that it is very pricey. Cost a lot, especially when you bring in a family, other than that, though, it’s my first choice for ice cream because of the variety and flavor.

Staff were courteous and helpful. Decor was fun and the place was clean, bright and cheerful. The walnuts for the topping were kept in a cooler, which I appreciated since they go bad right away if kept out. I ordered a hot fudge sundae which came with maybe two teaspoons of fudge. The waffle bowl cost extra, had no taste and appeared to result in getting about 60% less ice cream. Very expensive.

The people behind the counter are friendly, and speedy. They were patient with everyone trying to figure out what they wanted. Ive never had anything I didnt enjoy, and they allow you to sample flavors. Things can get a bit crowded by the line, but its fine to deal with.

Its Ben & Jerrys. Need I say more? Customer service is great and they have an excellent and unique selection of flavors. I am lactose intolerant, so I stick to the vegan flavors, and even those are very good. You cant tell its different.

I typically have loved many of the Ben & Jerry’s ice cream flavors but ‘Chubby Hubby’ completely missed the mark. It claims to have vanilla malt ice cream with peanutty fudge covered pretzels with fudge & peanut buttery swirls. First there is absolutely NO peanut butter flavor whatsoever. Second the pretzels were chewy/soggy with a waxy chocolate coating. The vanilla ice cream was, just vanilla. I’m very disappointed and will probably be checking out different brands, especially for the cost.

Family friendly ice cream store featuring premium ice creams with many options. A must visit after local games, warm afternoons, or following lunch/dinner at the wonderful restaurants on the street.

Been to this location twice so far since moving to NE ohio. All the workers are courteous & on task! Both times my family was assisted by Andrew!

Great 2 level location (party room in the basement). Has fresh made waffle cones and a great selection of flavors. Plenty of seating.

Everyone knows Ben & Jerry’s. Just off-campus from John Carroll University, this ice cream shop offers some truly original flavors. I like American Dream, a favorite of Stephen Colbert.

Terrible business waste of your time show you a video and give you a small sample waste of time and long lines.

Its Ben and Jerrys. Tasty ice cream, on the pricy side, but worth every penny. The staff seemed less than impressed to wait on us, but our ice cream experience made that fade away.

Absolutely the best! I love their fudge brownie ice cream, but also every other flavor i try. They dont mind giving you taste tests. Its very hard to decide what to buy. Their chocolate chip cookies and brownies are equally excellent. Unfortunately, i always spend much more here than i intend to when i walk in, and come away with too many delicious goodies! Not a place to visit if you dont have a lot of will power and are on a diet. I like that they have a list of each flavor and whats in it so i dont have to keep bothering them asking what is in each.

I purchase Ben & Jerrys at my local grocer. Love the Half Baked (my new favorite). Its full of flavor with chocolate cookies, cookie dough and chocolate ice cream.

Im very disappointed anddissatisfied with the manager at this establishment. IIv called 3 different times and no return phone call. She is never there, her hours are 10-6 i just called and its 1:19p.m, I bought 2 pints of banana split, both were freezer burned..
