Jordan he works in pharmacy and he is wonderful, a pleasure to talk to, very polite and calm. The same goes for Ryan the pharmacist, when you ask if you can talk to him he is very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. These two guys are the best!!

Very clean store. Fully stocked with tons of food, medicine, cards, personal hygiene items, makeup, and more! Courteous customer service. Nice location. Ample parking.

The technician Laury in the pharmacy is extremely rude, and leaves you with an extremely unprofessional taste in your mouth.

Love this place, is my favorite CVS store in the area. Always clean with disinfectant wipes ready for you at the entrance. The staff service is outstanding! I don’t mind driving a few miles more to have the great shopping experience. Thank you for helping us! Especially thankful for Sarah and her superior customer service👍

Today around 6:15 Pm I encounter one of the most rude Farmacy tech, she was terrible at the phone and hang up on me, I keep calling back to transfer my prescription from Publix to here but she keep hang out each time i call.Terrible terrible customer service, someone like her shouldn’t work attending people.

Hard working staff. Provides the best level of service at this very busy location. Commited to professional level of service.

I can’t review for the rest of the pharmacy but I can say that one of the techs here in the pharmacy is one of the rudest people I have ever met.

The store itself isn’t that nice, but the pharmacist Kevin is the true definition of a class act. I’ve seen him handle many hostile situations with a calm composed demeanor. I’d recommend this pharmacy to anyone!

We have gotten nothing but great service from this location. The pharmacist and staff care about you and your family. I look at these negative reviews and they make me laugh. People who are in patient and only care about themselves. Keep up the great work everyone.

Awful, will be switching pharmacies, unorganized, was just charged without insurance, yet has been file for over a year, no change. Now have to go back in person and straighten out, which will take an hour.

Three times today trying to reach pharmacy I had been put on hold and each hold lasted over 10 minutes. It is obvious this CVS has serious staffing number issues. Probably need one or two more staff to alleviate the pressure. It is not a critique of staff just not enough of them.

There shouldn’t be this much frustration trying to have a simple card dose-pack prescription filled. One was called in from an emergency care doctor and we’ve now been here twice this evening to try to pick it up. The pharmacist on duty is complaining that he will have to “type it up” and asked that we drive around for a half hour and come back right before 9 PM when they close. (Do you have to have it tonight?) It’s finally ready however he wants us to pay cash even though we have insurance that will cover 100% of the $30+ cost. Shame on this CVS location’s management and shame on the pharmacist on duty. There needs to be better training. This isn’t the only time there’s been an issue but it is the final straw. It’s a completely different story with our regular CVS 20 minutes across town. Shame on me for expecting a better outcome once again.

This place is a a waste of time and money. I never ever write a negative review unless it was that horrendous of an experience. Came in an early morning on a Tuesday to get my toddles passport photos taken, waited around for ten minutes before we received some assistance. He took her pictures a few times before realizing the camera was out of battery and then retaking it again. Brought the photos in for her passport to be applicated, the photos were unacceptable as there needed to be a gap between her head and the edge of the photos. Had to complete redo everything at the clerk of court.

Extremly slow pharmacy. Plan on waiting 30 minuites inside and outside.

Slow. Rude. Now have been waiting 2 and a half hours for prescriptions that were supposed to be ready in an hour. Received call, went to pick up desk, still not ready. But the lecture for how much longer it takes when you go to the pick up desk without a call was free.

They dont have diapers for newborn, but have vide variety of un necessary stuff.

Avoid this place. No other cvs is slower. Prepare to have 20 people in line ahead of you.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!Count your meds at the counter when you pick up your prescription. Theyve shorted me twice at the drive thru and basically say tough luck were right and you have to live with it. Dont trust them!!!!

Slow service. Lots of old folks. If you are patient, then this is the place for you. Beware of the ladies with boxes of coupons and hundreds of prescriptions in front of you.
