The store was very nice and clean the staff was very kind and helpful. I feel like they should have had a warning sign that says that they hit golf balls in there because someone such as myself that goes in there, would not expect to hear a loud bang when it hits the outer wall. And I got startled a few times! Other than that I really enjoyed the store they had a lot of tennis shoes that some stores that arent just golf stores dont have so their tennis shoe selection is very large. There close for men women and children was large. And everything was very color coordinated to look very nice.

Very friendly, very helpful experience. Not pushy and understood what I was asking. Didnt try to sell me something different just because they wanted to push it. Very reasonable prices. The test ranges were very nice. Being tall didnt help, as I almost hit the sensor bar up top.

Purchased a hat that had a 34.99 sticker on it and I didn’t have a problem until I got in my car and noticed that the store put a 34.99 sticker directly under a previous sticker that was 29.99.I went back in and asked the manager about the stickers and he informed me that the 29.99 sticker was for suggested retail, and the 34.99 sticker was what they sell it for. I have spent quite a bit of money here in the last couple months. This is the last time I will ever do any type of business with this company. I feel the situation was very unprofessional and could have been handled differently. This place is willing to lose a long time customer over 5 dollars.

Love this store! Long story short Jeremy is above and beyond helpful! I needed to exchange some clothes for size. This location didn’t have, but Jeremy helped me find online and order with the in-store marked down price. All the staff was friendly and really helpful. Even tho the store was kind of busy. I was treated kindly.Also the sale rack in the back is wonderful!!! Great deals/bargains.

I just returned from a 3 week golf vacation and left my clubs overseas. I went to the PGA Superstore in Sarasota which looks like a very nice store. I was in the store looking to buy a new set of clubs, however I spent 30 to 40 minutes wandering through and examining the clubs and no one asked if I needed any help. I know I could have asked for assistance, but when I am looking to spend $1000+, I should not have to beg for you to take my money. Somebody missed a nice commission, since i can get this much or more assistance on the internet. Why should anyone bother going here.

Not a real helpful staff! Reminds me of a grocery store....pick up your items and come pay! Very limited selection of ladies golf clubs (unless you are left handed??). Good selection of ladies clothing but not much selection in sizes. If most people buy mediums, why not order more of that size rather than XS and XL? Who does your merchandising?

Drove in 5/28/21 mid-day to check it out, seems like a nice store with lots of equipment to choose from. Was wanting to buy some wedges but couldnt get anyone to at least introduce themselves. Nice store and all but no hungry salesmen here. Felt more like a Walmart, pick what you want, check out and leave. Ill be back sooner or later but Ill buy my wedges somewhere else.

Holy moley! If you are looking for anything golf this is the store for you. I spent over an hour wandering around this store looking through the aisles and aisles of golf apparel, tech, balls, and clubs. You name it they have it. They had to have had over 500 different shoes all at amazing prices. They even have literally aisles of different golf gloves. I would recommend to any golf enthusiest, but be aware you will spend more money than you thought you would walking in (because there is so much to buy.10/10 would recommend this store to any golf enthusiest and will be back anytime Im in Florida. Best golf shop I have ever been in.

The PGA Superstore on University (Sarasota/Bradenton area) is awesome! They have incredible customer service. My son cracked the shaft on his driver and needed it replaced. They did an excellent job and regripped it for us, as well. This was 3 days before a tournament, and even though they were really busy, they had it done for us the next day! Not only in time for his tournament, but also in time for practice the day before. If you need golf club repair, regripping or any kind of service on your clubs, I would highly recommend the PGA Superstore. If its time to buy new ones, they have everything and do custom fittings. Also, they have a huge area with astroturf, setup like a practice putting green - fun to try out new putters. 5 stars.

Professional Indeed! Always readily helped by extremely friendly, polite and knowledgeable staff. Employees are low pressure and permit you to browse throughout the store for as long as you want (which is strangely the common theme for negative reviews on here). The store itself is superb and a pleasant place to spend time shopping for all your golfing needs regardless of your skill level.

Again, what can you say about a place where all the employees treat you like family? I always and I mean always have the most wonderful time coming to this store; essentially it’s a great time all the time! Just got fitted with the new Callaway driver by John Cooper; not only is he incredibly nice, but the guy bought me an extra 5 mph ball speed average on my club!!!! BRAVO JOHN!!!! And Bridgette the manager always has a nice smile and will help you in anyway possible! Wish I could give them 100 stars!

Went in to PGA Superstore looking for a new iron set. Met with Brian and Kyle who were great and set me up in the back practice booth with a variety of different iron brands and styles I wanted to try. They allowed me to swing different clubs, shaft types, and brands and PGA Superstore even has electronic swing data to determine the proper club fitting for you. After about 30-45 min, I settled on my favorite iron set and was out the door. Staff was helpful and friendly. Will be back for all my golf needs and recommend this golfer paradise to anyone.

I recently broke my driver. We were in the Sarasota area and I saw the store and decided to check it out. It was an hour before the store closed on a Saturday night.The store is MASSIVE and has a very impressive selection of all types of clubs, gear and apparel. For the clubs (the only area I walked through) there are sections for ladies, left handed, right handed, drivers, hybrids, and irons as well as a really good selection of Used clubs.Upon entering the store I was greeted kindly by two college aged men at the club fitting and checkout areas. I walked in and out most of the aisles where the clubs were to get a feel for the layout and price ranges. I figured someone would ask me if I wanted help, but nobody ever approached me. I finally found the drivers, and then discovered the Used options. There were a lot of choices and I wasnt sure what would be best for me.The employees through the gear, apparel and club sections seemed more preoccupied with playing on the golf simulator together at the back of the store. At one point they saw me while I was looking at the golf bags and smiled and said Hi. Then they went back to their game.I looked at clubs a little longer, and then left after about a total of 20 minutes at the store. I was cheerfully told to have a great day by the two men who greeted me on my way in.Im looking forward to visiting the store again some time during the day when the staff is hopefully in more of a mood to help. Either way - the selection is quite impressive.

Thank you to Gary Parisi for providing outstanding service during my club selection/fitting. Being a fairly new golfer shopping for decent clubs can be a bit overwhelming and intimidating, however Gary made me feel very comfortable. His knowledge of the technology as well as swing mechanics made for a stress-free and informative shopping trip. Cant wait to get out on the course with my new Callaway Big Bertha Reva (or as Gary dubbed them, Diva) clubs.

2nd time ive tried to order something online with problems. I placed an order for new head covers on 3/23 and still no update on my order. Customer service is a joke, on hold forever and they never respond to emails. As soon as i get through i will cancel my order and never shop from here again.

Excellent service, they showed me where the products were and made sure I purchased exactly what I needed.

Not Good. I had $800 worth of clubs in my hand and could not get anyone in the store to seem to care whether I purchased or not. I might as well as been online. Either way, I just hopped in my car, went across the street to Golf Galaxy,, had a much better experience with nicer, friendlier folks and spent my $800. I won’t go back to this store.

I just wanted to drop a few lines to show my appreciation of how I was treated by this company. I recently took in my 3 iron for a shaft repair and the repair was made faster than I imagined. On top of that, I was told that if I wasnt satisfied with how it performed after the repair, bring it back and well figured something out performance wise. Well, I didnt like how it performed (no fault of the PGA store mind you) so I had a new shaft installed. Rudy help me by offering to change out the shaft into what I used throughout my irons (dynamic gold s300 metal shaft) and didnt even charge me for the repair. Thank you Rudy, Bob and the entire repair staff at the PGA store...Awesome customer service!

Horrific Experience - Mocked and ridiculed by the staff.My wife and I are new to the game of golf and went to PGA Superstore at UTC to get started. We needed guidance and lots of gear. After working with one helpful attendant, we each had a set of golf clubs in our hands and headed to the checkout counter. I found a Cobra set for $900 and my wife a Tour Edge for $500.When we got to checkout we asked how they could help us get the clubs fitted to our height. The fitting attendant stared at us blankly for a while.... then barked at us saying they DONT FIT CLUBS THERE - you must order them to length!.....??? I asked why they have an entire wing dedicated to Club Fitting and he began to yell at me saying that changing the length of clubs ruins them and that no one in their right mind would extend a club shaft.This sounded asinine, so I asked for another attendant. Another employee joined in with the first and began mocking us. Saying things like you guys are going to hold up other golfers and you arent ready to golf and you should not be buying these clubs if you dont even understand that fitting them ruins them.Our jaws hit the ground as we were so incredibly offended, confused, and seeking help from anyone. While the two attendants proceeded to banter back and forth about how they are PGA Pros and they know a thing or two and we arent worthy to be on a course until we PURCHASE LESSONS FROM THEM, an elderly woman stopped over and asked for assistance in checking out to purchase her new putter.Apparently they were too busy being mean to my wife and I, because one attendant yelled at the elderly woman saying go stand in line and wait your turn while pointing toward the counter.We were so horrifically offended, we sat down our $1600+ worth of merchandise and left.My wife was so upset and said if this is how all golfers are, I dont want to play.Well never set foot in this shop again, and I recommend you dont either unless you are a certified pro with a massive budget.

I happend to be there at the day of the opening and let me tell you - It was spectacular! The size of the store is impressive, the staff is knowledgable and friendly, the merchandise selection vast. This is not just a store, its an experience. People were waiting in tents in front of the store since Thursday (Opened Saturday in the morning) and were very excited! The giveaway were spectacular. Very positive memory.

Shopped for a new set of irons last week. Been playing Callaway Apex cf16s for a few years but swing speed has slowed (getting old) and distances were inconsistent.I spent about a half hour with Taz, one of their fitters. He suggested I return with my 7 iron and hit a few different clubs. So, i did. They had a special on trade ins on Mavrik and Sim by Taylor Made. I gravitated towards the Mavrik pro, because it looked very much like my Apex. Long story, short, Taz recommended the regular Mavrik, reg flex graphite. Hit several shots with all the clubs but the difference was remarkable, as I picked up from 150 with the 7 iron to 165-170- with the Mavrik 7 and as you might imagine, very forgiving.I spent time with Taz and then the General Manager Bridget Zuri, who assisted me with the trade value of my clubs.If you want to deal with Pros, in every sense of the word, Go to PGA Tour Superstore. Thet GET IT!
