Very organized. Employees were knowledgeable of product location as well basic home improvement. No complaints. I found what I needed and there were beautiful plants but a little expensive for me. Im happy that Home Depot has medical scooters since I am disabled but I think that they should have more than one bathroom in the back of this huge store. Thank you to the guys in lumber for having patience to deal with me and my 87 yr old auntie that needed a long stick of wood cut in four places and helped her figure out what sizes she wanted.

I always am asked if I need help at this location! Lots of the time I actually do need directions or advice on something so its really nice when there are many staff members who are there to help! They have great prices on garden and potting soil. I get a large bag of organic potting mix for about $8. There are other natural and organic gardening supplies there as well.

They sold me a used tracker without letting me know it was used. I purchased it thinking it was brand new and paid $1,200. I took it back because I wanted to return it because the belt kept breaking and it didn’t also wanna start to run. One of the managers didn’t want to help me with the situation and didn’t want to take it back even though I paid insurance, and it was less than their return day policy. I took it back to them TWO days after purchasing it, but yet didn’t want to make the return. The only thing he did was give me a free belt and told me to take it back home and put it on. Never will I be purchasing anything from Home Depot again. And the managers aren’t helpful at all.

I was trying to buy a used chair from them, the ones that some associates use; but after talking to a few employees and the substitute mannager: they choose not to sell it (the main manager, Aileen wasnt there).Even though it was used, I was offering good money for it (my back is in pain, thats why I need a chair exactly like that).The customer supuse to have preference, not buying there ever again.

Will not be buying an appliance from this particular store ever again. Not only am I waiting well over a week for a undamaged fridge to be brought to me after waiting 10 days for todays failed order, but I do not trust the delivery people the UTC Home Depot is using. Had to signal down the only available person in the appliance person to make the initial order.

Ive been working with Kayla in Kitchen Design (HD University Sarasota) for the last two months. She has had to put up with us coming in town on several different occasions plus changes we had to make. Each time she was been a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable and is doing a great job at kitchen design!! Cant wait to see the end product and we are hoping the final product is a great as the beginning has been!!

I have to give a shout out to the guys in the tool rental department. I was remodeling a condo a few minutes away I recently purchased. Being from the north I wasn’t able to bring a lot of tools with me. Needless to say these guys were awesome and accommodating renting me vehicles, miter saw and other various tools. If it wasn’t for them it would’ve been difficult to get this project completed thank you for all your help you folks were great!

Its a very well stocked store. Staff are friendly and helpful. Prices a bit high for what I wanted.(Peel and Stick back splash tiles. There was a good selection But you pay Per Square, $12.00 and Up. Really wanted to do so updating in my kitchen but cant afford those.So iff to the ReStore Store-Habitat for Himanity. Great deals there and close by. Give both places a look through 👍🌞

Good afternoon I didnt buy anything out of there I went with a friend but its a nice place to shop and some of the price are very reasonable I have been there many times before and I also ordered something offline I had to pick up something in the store and some of it I had delivered to the house blessings

I just have to rave about Christine at the customer service desk. I had an issue with a refund on an online order and was told to go to the store. I talked to her and she found an issue on her end (100% not her fault) and spend almost 40 mins on the phone and talking to me to find a solution and get it taken care of for me. It’s out of her hands now but she was extremely helpful and I was very impressed by her dedication to getting a solution!

One of the better home depots with a good selection of most of their items that seem to be in stock more often than not. This particular location is my choice for buying appliances of any kind. They have several of their appliance associates that seem to know their job very well, whats in stock at the various warehouses, and problem returns have had with any of their models. (Not read ing the label next to the appliance back to me)They also have a tool rental at this location that is no longer standard at all of their locations.

People were friendly and helpful. Store was clean and well organized.

They always have exactly what I need at great prices.

Had to pick up some supplies for a job, and the ladies at the register helped me by having me pull my vehicle up so they could help me load it into my car. :) I was very happy and appreciative that they were willing to go the extra mile!

DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM HERE. Not only did the first delivery man come to our house at 7:30 in the morning without even ringing the doorbell and attempting to give the fridge to us, he damaged our fridge taking it back to the warehouse. On the second delivery, we vigilantly watched and waited for the fridge to come just incase we missed it again, and when it finally does come, the fridge comes damaged and they have to wheel it away and tell us that they would order a new one.This happened in a span of two weeks and it will take approximately another two weeks for the new fridge to come. Didnt know it would take about a month just to get a fridge or I wouldve went somewhere else to purchase a fridge.

Out of the three local stores the store appears to be clear, well-managed, well-organized, of the three. Of course Im kinda partial because I used to work there and my wife used to work there so we know a lot of the management and worker bees in the store.

Staff in lighting department were unwilling to aid customers who had questions. Poor service means I will never go there again.

Always has friendly associates about to help you find what you need. Met someone who was hired three days ago, I forget her name but she was lovely and helped us find the salt for the water filter.

I’ve had good experiences and bad experiences. I shop there a lot and I’ve spent a lot of money. The only bad experience I’ve had is when I bought all new appliances a couple of years ago and my washing machine has never been right and Home Depot would not help me in any way. After I bought the washer they just sent me to GE and they didn’t help me. I just wish I lived closer to Lowe’s.

Sal in hardware/fasteners was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and deserves 5 stars for himself! I would definitely consider him an asset to your Home Depot.I almost gave a 4star rating due to the aisles being very cluttered with lots of merchandise stacked on the floor, however I believe that the most important aspect of a retail store is its customer service.

Found all out door items for our garden. Everything was priced with every customer in mind.

ATTENTION VETERANS: Please look at all of your receipts before leaving the cash register. Today notice upon returning to our car that we were only given a veteran discount on 4 of the least expensive items we purchased and the more expensive 10 items none was given. The customer service, which was rude and then an assistant manger said none was given because those items were on sale THEY WERE NOT. Then we do not control that corporate does!!! Then told seasonal..but all items were Christmas items with none on sale. Had this happen before seems like HD is getting selective on what they give discounts on to Veterans....have not found this at many other retail stores...just wanted to advise to watch receipts...maybe better at closer locally owned stores.

Fast friendly service. It is all well organized. There so much it might be hard to find but as I said, the staff is great.

This store seems cramped vs other locations but its still home deport none the less. I like the fact that they have several self check out lines but like I said this location just feels a bit more packed and other locations.

Never buy anything online from the HD. We purchased a dishwasher a month ago to be delivered within a week and the day before delivery we got contacted by the manufacturer to let us know that it wasnt going to be delivered as it hadnt been built yet. That it would take a month before they could deliver it. Fast forward to a month later and as the date approaches we get a delivery confirmation email saying it would be delivered today April 7, 2021. We couldnt be home today so last Friday I called to change the delivery date to tomorrow and got confirmation that it would be done. Today when we didnt get a call for the delivery window tomorrow, we got the surprise that its not coming again, it will come by the end of the month. When we complained and ask for a manager as this is the definition of a scam. We were told we were not the only ones in this situation and that to be honest they dont even know if it will arrive on the 28th of April. Buy from anyone but this scammers.

Fun Home Depot!

Had a few questions at the paint counter and they were not terribly helpful. Got to self checkout and had trouble with a coupon. Upon asking for help the associate scoffed and openly laughed at me when I asked if they could help or maybe had another we could use? If I didnt feel bad about wasting hundreds of dollars in mixed paint I would have walked out and went to Lowes to spend my money. Terrible attitudes from different areas of the business. Very disappointed. Dont expect help or common courtesy at this location.

Next stop to scout initial carpert choices and install. Syliva F is the great Flooring Specialist to see there. Personalable customer oriented and product knowlegeable. Walked out with a quick qoute and samples. At self check out staff person jumped in to quickly utilize my post card discount promo on my order. Very nice shopping trip to HD today.

Ive worked for and recommend home Depot. Home Depot has a multitude of things to fix your home and other things they cannot have everything and when I shop there and I cant find what I need employees apologize and I tell him that you have a lot of things you cant have everything

One of the best experiences at this store ive ever had, the employees are very friendly and willing to help you with everything. They didnt just give us an isle number but walked us over and showed us where the items we were looking for are at and went through the differences between brands with the pros and cons. Over all an amazing experience
