The one star reviews are completely fake. This is the ONLY place you should go in the Inland Empire West area for service & parts if youre a classic Jaguar owner. The crew at Exotic is beyond knowledgeable, genuine parts priced fair & service rates competitive, and they build customer relationships that last the lifetime of Jaguar ownership. Cant recommend highly enough.

I dont understand the negative reviews. Ive used Exotic for 20 years and always been happy with their service. As to the quality of parts, it seems that there has been a general decline over the years. Ive bought parts with official Jaguar labeling that were defective, from other reputable Jaguar parts suppliers as well as Exotic. The truth is Jaguar, and probably every manufacturer these days, makes nothing themselves. They simply source it from the cheapest supplier and slap a label on it. At least Exotic takes it back for full refund.

Pretty pricy for parts you should be getting genuine name brand parts for the price,kits were missing parts,the show room was not impressing at all just some junk crates to make it look used not happy
