I stopped in to get a quote on my brakes, and was able to go right in and have the work done. The front brake pads, bearings, and seals were replaced in a very professional manner, and at a reasonable price.I will continue to have my vehicle serviced here. These guys are friendly, and know what they are doing.

Paid for the 2 year alignment warranty they never align my truck right is lifted with 35s and the tires were wearing uneven took it back to get it te align 2 times still didn’t come out right went back 2 more times and both times the machine was down manager (Adam) didn’t care I always pay for the best to not have problems but this people don’t care about your car they’ll take your money really quick tho“Go to sunland tire it’s close to this location way better service and professional people working there not like newbies at American tire

Adam went above and beyond with my car. I needed new tires & an oil change. As most women know, its sometimes hard when dealing with mechanics, as we tend to get overcharged quite often, it isnt right but it happens. At least its happened to me often enough to make me dislike going to any car places by myself. However, Adan was honest, professional & kind. Theyre whole staff was absolutely great & my experience was fantastic. I will definitely be going back & recommend to everyone!

I generally had a good experience with American tire depot.Their facility was:- clean- easy to access- no major wait time- easy phone appointment made.My only complaint was: when I talked to the lady on the phone, she quoted me a price. When I got to the shop, I had not been quoted a full price. She neglected to put in alignment. It cost $100 more then I expected. The price was still comparable to other places. Service was good. I would recommend ATD but advise asking about the cost of all services.

I was so pleased with the service I received at American Tire. I was going out of town in just a couple of hours, so I needed my car as quickly as possible. Jonathon had to go to his warehouse to get my tire, which he did as soon as I left my car. Upon his return, he immediately put my tire on, then called to tell me it was ready. Great service! Theyre very pleasant and professional kept in touch with me and updated me in anything that was new or needed to be fixed and asked me if they could so that I like I just got my truck fixed it with a new clutch seems to be working excellent didnt take him that long to do it plus I did have other things I had to do so within the time they had it was reasonable so Im very pleasantly surprised I was going to take it to one of those Japanese auto mechanics since its a Toyota but they seem like theyre going to have a harder time to do it and then should have been the ones that had an easier time I thought I will go back there again definitely and once again thank you American Tire Depot in Upland California I recommend anybody that wants their car to be fixed they should go there if you live in Upland or near I dont even live in Upland I live in the high desert and I went all the way down there to see those guys thanks again guys

This location was such a delight to engage with. The leader here clearly cares about his team and his clients tremendously. Though I bought my tires in the Rancho store, the Upland location is the only place I will go for service. Truly the best experience I have had with any automotive specialist in quite some time. They were, fast, efficient and went above abs beyond to get me the air filter they did not have in stock (and still completed my three services in under an hour). Made an appointment online and ordered 4 Goodyear tires. Came in the day/time of my appointment (3 days later) and was told they dont have those tires in stock!?They said they can give me different tires for the same price. I looked up the model tire they offered and it is about 20% cheaper than the tires I ordered online. I declined their generous offer and said can they get the Goodyears I wanted and reschedule. They then said yes but cannot honor the price I received when booking online and it will be $80 more.I left and ordered from Americas Tire down the street.My hunch is... dont expect this store to honor their online pricing...Worst of all, I had to take time off work for my appointment which is now a loss as they didnt even bother having the tires in stock.

I love this place! Each time Ive had services here, whether it was for brakes, tires, oil changes or axle repair they have done an excellent job! Same day service and the Store Manager, Adam is very helpful and courteous. I would recommend this place for services!

Do not go here! Horrible customer service!Went to get a set of 4 matching tires! Was told it would take an hour and to come back 6pm closing time! 6pm I was given the keys and the attendant said “ You are all set here are your keys!”I walked out noticed two different tire brands from front and rear! I asked attendant why the different tires he’s said “Oh yes we ran out of the same maker so I’ve ordered them they will be here Wednesday”. I said ok please give me a call! Went home and upon second inspection found that the front tires are different size than the rear tires!If I wouldn’t have noticed no one would have said anything- this is their customer service!I returned the tires for a full refund! Was told I would receive refund in 5-7 days! Called on day 14 was told it’s processed and will take another 3-4 days! Called again after day 20 and was told yes it takes up to 20-30 days to process!This place is a joke! Asked for District Manager to give me a call - received no call!

I no absolutely nothing about tires, but these guys made me feel completely comfortable and taught me everything I needed to know, from how often to rotate and when to torque? the wheels! American Tire Depot in Upland did an amazing job on my car. I got an alignment done at a different shop, well.....they just messed my car up BUT THESE GUYS DID A GOOD JOB. My car is running like it used to. Very happy. Their shop was clean. They were friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend this place.

Great service. But we had some issues with them1. The sales rep knew we were from out of town (Florida)visiting my parents here in ontario and he put in the tire insurance which is no good in Florida.2. We had metal valves caps when we left we had 4 plastic one.3. We ask if the tech put the key to unlock the lug nut was put back in the trunk so we could find it again. He told us yes my husband found it laying in the drink caddy.It doesnt sound like much we had breaks done. 4 tires replaced. These little things cost time and money and if they did this to us what have they done to other people?

Purchased 4 new Goodyear tires for my Toyota Highlander. Everything went great except my TPMS or the tire temperature light keep turning on. Went back to fix the problem. And they did the TPMS LIGHT Is off. But on my way home it turn on again so the problem was not fix that why I’m giving them 4 stars.

I wish my experience was pleasant but it wasn’t, made an appointment a day before and even received a phone call to confirm it. However when I showed up at the store they tryna put on 2 different tires than what I ordered and tryna to charge me for the same price which these tires they put on are less expensive that what I ordered. They said they notified me this change through email but I have never received it in my inbox at all, if I know they dont have all 4 brand new tires available I would’ve ordered from else where, plus if u want to make a significant change like this regarding the appointment shouldnt you call me directly instead of emailing me. Should’ve ordered all 4 tires from somewhere else now I only have 2 front brand new tires because the unpromising service from this store.

Got good service when I bought my tires, Came in 2 days in a row about 2:30 to 3:00 when I had a nail in my tire..and told the first time ti leave it..I could not it was rainingand had no ride.The next day brought it again ready to drop it off and would have to leave it overnight..For a tire repair...I purchased the extra warranties...I gave them a shot as they are a local business but cant have my wife getting pushed to the side or driving around with low tires from nails...I took it down the street to Americas Tire and they fixed it for free with a patch...Dropped it off and an hr later a text to let me know it was ready...I didnt even buy the tires there...They got my tire business in the future...Maybe the auto repairs are better...Hope they get it fixed would really like to make a reliable connection to a local shop...

The store manager and his team were outstanding. I had a nail or screw in my trucks rear tire (sidewall) and needed to address it immediately for obviously safely concerns. I went into the office and was helped right away. Unfortunately, they did not have my “oversized” tire in stock, but they contacted their supplier and my tire was delivered to the shop and the work was completed within 45 minutes. The prices were fair and the quality of work was outstanding. Very professional and wonderful customer service. Avoid this place like the plague! Adam is very condescending and unprofessional. Insinuating things and talking down to me like I dont know what Im talking about (Ive worked at mechanics shops), he did tell me how they work their warranty, its scandalous. To top it off, Adam wasnt even wearing a mask inside his own office (enclosed space with other customers as well) or when he got within 3 feet of me. Shame on you!

I needed a wheel alignment and didnt know where to go. So I found this place here on Yelp. I called before going there because didnt want to wait for so long. I spoke with Adam on the phone and he was very nice and helpful. And the best part is he said they have a special on tje wheel aligment. He told me i can go there right away. Thirty minutes later I went there, didnt have to wait. My car waa next in line and waited for about 30 to 40 minutes. I was so happy that I found this place. They also do other services. Try this place for your next car maintenance.

Created an Appointment online,Arrived at shop right on time.Waited about 10 min for a previous tech to finish up with another vehicle. In total I was there about 50 min for 4 new tires.

I like to compare prices with American Tires, and usually I buy tires from there however, seeing American Depot Tires shop here in upland made me compare Tires Kumo venture A/T . Long story short American Depot difference was buy 3 get one tire Free . With installation and road warranty was way less than American Tires . Customer service was A+. I had called American Depot on. Saturday, had Adam the manager help me . Though they didn’t have the tires in stock Adam made sure to put In the order and have them delivered Monday and ready for me to come by for install . My experience there was great ! And a plus is with the road warranty you get tire alignment check included which is a plus ! Again great service all around .

Adam was great got a good deal for what I needed to have done. He didnt try to pressure me into buying things I didnt need. I told him what I needed and he he gave me options and quoted me pricing. I usually got to the Montclair but I would easily switch over to this location.

After having a bad experience with horrible customer service from their manager and being told my tires couldn’t even be ordered after having an appointment scheduled for 24 hours, I called Adam at Upland and within 3 hours, had new tires delivered from Redlands and on my way home from Upland!!

Got some new Continental Extreme Contact DWS06 and they feel great! Hayhurst provided excellent customer service I wouldn’t have normally expected from a tire shop. Tire order came in quick and immediately received a call. Once I arrived he explained what service was being done ahead of mine, which kept me on the up and up.
