Target staff is always helpful when you cant find something, or just have a question.

Staff was very nice and had good selection of frames. Doctor was very nice as well

This typically is my Go To Target it stays clean, has a nice parking lot. They also regularly have a good stock on items. Staff here is always friendly.

Efficient and kind service. Very convenient. Plan ahead on what you need to order for drive up/ pick up because sometimes not all items you wish to receive are available for those options, or they arent in stock at your preferred store.

Waiting in line, 8 people infront of me, no other cashiers open. Next in line, and he closes. New cashier opens but doesnt move the line over, lets everyone else go in front of me. I spoke with multiple employees who were in the middle of doing something and they stopped to help me. All the employees Ive interacted with are super friendly, the store is always clean and well stocked.

Would have given a zero star if i could. Went to pay at electronic counter, with an electronic item and other products. Girl at the counter refused to ring me when I made a purchase yesterday with no electronic items at all at the same counter!! She was too busy tlking to another customer about going to gym when she wasnt so sore with them. The lines in the front were so long, i ended up leaving my cart there.

I find everything I need. Its clean and organized. Feels safe to shop in person during Pandemic.

Kenneth is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He helped me adjust my new futon sofa inside my trunk. It wouldn’t fit but he found a way to accommodate it inside my trunk. Their are many sweet employees here. Every time I come here everyone is so polite & friendly. 😃

I didnt find what was looking for but bought a Halloween costume for my dog at an affordable price. Store was clean and organize. There was not alot of people but they were all wearing mask.

So apparently they use age discrimination during a literal pandemic. You must be older than 65 to go in when they open but you MAY not go in if you are younger than that OR even IMMUNE COMPROMISED!! Not just that there was no one who was sixty five or older in the store anyway! It was empty! This is a ridiculous policy and I would be more understanding if it was elders AND THE IMMUNE COMPROMISED in the first hour of opening! I thought Target was better than that. My hopes were too high.

I gotta be honest, the only times I find myself going to Target is when I get a gift card for my birthday. As much as I love target, I would never go out of my way, and spend my time and money there, for one reason; pricing. Now I know maybe it’s not their fault when it comes to pricing their items, but I feel like you could visit other discount stores or other websites to get the item you’re looking for at a cheaper price. That’s the one reason I’m not giving Target a 5/5, other than that, great place to shop, especially for back to school.

Employees at guest service are not knowledgeable of targets return policy . It clearly states that you can return most target owned brand Items in new or used condition within 365 day period . They wouldn’t even scan my item or my receipt . The rude lady intervened when I was talking to another employee and said only cat and jack items can be returned. Today I took my item to another target and returned it with no problem!

Cashier needs to pay attention to one order at a time instead of in the middle of one transaction asking the next person about bags. We had twoorders, she messed up on letting me put my phone number in, which other cashiers have manually put it in. So not only was I charged for an item, so was the next order, as we only bought one, because of her mistake I paid $5 for an item that was $2.49. Horrible when you come home and see this on both receipts

Best way to purchase. Browse and pay on-line and then just show up to the store to pick it up. Dont have to wait for shipping time. Quick and easy!

The pickup was great. As usual your store is not properly stocked and this isnt due to COVID. This store has been poorly stocked for 2 years. The one in Rancho is stocked great but it doesnt make sense going all the way there when this one is literally across the street. Also. Get your employees who do the pickup orders some help. Your employee was so overwhelmed by the number of pickups that came in she was crying as she made deliveries.

Having the drive up option during these times is so important to me and my family.

Target makes online shopping easy and conversant because they offer so many ways to shop and receive your items.

I understand we are in a pandemic which forces the store to take extra precautions to ensure safety of its team members and customers. However, I think that there could be more registers open due to the extra precautions taken so that customers and team members are not subjected to customers that do not understand the meaning of six-feet.

Junk shop! The staff of the electrical department is very garbage, attitude, character, and heart is extremely sick! You can feel it!

The Lego set that I picked up for my sons birthday was an opened unit that was taped back, ruined the birthday gift. The store picker should have noticed that the box had been opened. And it is evident that the store reshelved a return unit to be sold as new. To top it off, I was unable to return it.

Overall i like target better than the competitors. Store staff, cleanliness all good, BUT FROZEN FOODS SECTION WAS GUTTED! I WAS FORCED TO GO TO STATER BROS!

Lately they always seem to have empty shelves no matter what day or time it is. I have trouble finding what I need. Ive tried shopping online and picking up at the upland store but I have to wait a day or two because things are out of stock all the time at this particular store. Employees seem very helpful though!

This Target is clean, and organized. The employees are great there and are willing to go out of their way to help you out. I needed boxes to pack up my things to move and the employee gave me what she had right then, then went to the back and brought me out a basket of flattened boxes. She was great

Went to Target to get desks and chairs and Lucas and Brandon were extremely helpful! They were so nice and they helped me and my family throughout the process of buying these items. They didnt leave until they figured out exactly how to put these HEAVY AND BULKY items inside the car. Me and my family are very grateful to have Lucas and Brandon assist us! If I were you Target, Id promote these boys :)

The Target in Upland is one of the cleanest I have ever shopped. I like the employees at this store they are always more than helpful and very friendly. I only go to this location because of this.

Very nice Target in a nice area. Keep an eye on the clearance sections, as you can often get good deals there. The high number of restaurants nearby make this a good place to run errands and grab lunch. Tons of parking, wheelchair accessible.

Their drive up pickup service is amazing, left me time to do so much other stuff and errands that u needed to do and once my items were ready I just pulled up to the spot and they were delivered for me no waiting in line or having to go inside and pick out each item.

Target has a tendency of Overcharging, and horrible customer service to get issues resolved. Such an inconvenience to get your own funds returned. This is equivalent to theft, very disappointed. I understand people make mistakes, but it should not be so difficult to get your funds returned, costing additional time and then deal with negative attitude.

Tonight and a couple other times I have come in they have only had 1 person working behind the return/online orders counter. When someone did come up to help she took the women in line for an online pickup first, even though me and the guy behind me had come up before her. They need a better system.

I love this Target! Always clean, always stocked, and always the friendliest staff. I recently had back surgery and cant lift heavy items so I have to ask for help whenever I buy my dog food. The other day a young man named Kevin helped me out to my car and he was just so genuinely friendly to me, I tried to give him a tip but he wouldnt accept it! This will always be my go-to Target!

I ordered what I thought was curbside pick up. It turned out it was in the store. An employee Patricia was in the parking lot and saw me looking at my phone. She came over to help me. Patricia ended up going inside and getting my purchase

Extremely over crowded! People were everywhere - it was a literal zoo. No social distancing, no masks on people, and they werent cleaning carts. Employees not doing anything about it either. We walked in and immediately walked out.

I would not recommend the Target store located at 1931 Campus Avenue, Upland, CA 91784 because it is poorly stocked. The shelves seem to be empty all the time. This was not just this trip, it has happened on previous trips. Ive had to leave the store on numerous occasions and go shopping elsewhere because of this problem.

Usually clean and easy to get to. The staff is very professional and charming. Theres this one checkout person (dont want to use negative connotations and call her a checkout girl) who is very attractive, so I often go in and buy stuff hoping she, I mean they, are there. I will even stand in a longer line to be checked out by her... And boy does she, they, have long lines.

Seriously? Target has 18 check out aisles and there are 5 open this morning.Wake up Target. 3 or 4 extra checkers at 9 bucks an hour wont break the bank.

Selection of Transformers, Star Wars and Marvel figures is very poor. It is also nearly impossible to order exclusive items online.

Always clean and well stocked, friendly staff. Parking lot usually is not overcrowded. Customer service is quick and they have self check out. I definitely prefer it over any Walmart.

This is the Target I prefer in the area. Its an extra drive but worth the cleanliness, organization, and display of items. Sometimes they dont have as big a selection as the other Target I visit, but its not that big a deal, I can buy my kids paper cups elsewhere. Staff is generally friendlier here too.

Fast and friendly service.

Ive used this Target several times. Its nothing special but offers a good local source of things that I wouldnt be able to easily find at a basic grocery store like bulk-size paper towels, pillows, plates and pharmacy-type items that are harder to find. I have noticed its hard to find an employee if you have trouble finding something, but the way the store is laid out I rarely have to search.

I placed an ordered for in store pick up. They sent me an email when my order was ready for pick up. When I showed up to pick up my order, all I had to do was just show my ID. Love this service 🙂. Will definitely be using it frequently.

Ive never had any complaints about this place. They have a very wide selection of things and whatever I go there to but, I find and for a good price. Also have an eating area. One of my more favorite places to shop.

Large store with very organized departments. It was easy to spot merchandise and most items prices were visible. One of the best Targets Ive visited.

LUVed the east of ordering online. Nearest Target didnt have 4 of what i needed but 2nd nearest did. paid online. email notification my pickup was ready. Actual pickup very close to front door. Very satisfactory hassle-free experience

This Target is laid out in exactly the same manner as the old Ontario Target used to be. Kinda bass-ackwards from the rest of the Target stores in the area. But I believe unique is usually good. And the store is great.

It was easy to pickup, difficult to return same day. It took a 30 minute wait before I could do the return process. I had to wait for my receipt to show up on my account before I could process the return. Sometimes it could take up to 2 hours for it to show up in my account. Luckily I only had to wait about 30 minutes. I dont have to wait to return online purchases at other stores. Very inconvenient.

Great place to shop with friendly and very helpful employees. One of the cleanest Targets around that is always fully stocked with merchandise and if they are out of something Im looking for, then they will check for it at one of the other Targets nearby.

Is it me or do all women come to target after the gym ? Or maybe they’re getting ready to go to the gym, because it never fails I always see women in their gym clothes a shopping at target & starbucks must be a really good pre-workout because all of them have their ice coffee on deck, am I alone on this ? Or does anyone else out there relate to my observations ?

While Target was usually my go-to place, this Target is TERRIBLE at restocking. To the point that Ive stopped doing my weekly shopping there. I used to go to Target for most groceries, personal items, movies, everything. Now maybe I stop in once a week and spend $10-20 at most. In addition, the lines at the registers are awful. I rarely see more than 2-3 registers open, all with at least 4-5 people in line, backing into the walk areas. And it isnt an occasional problem, its every single time I go. The cashiers are friendly and efficient enough, but there needs to be at least twice as many. I now do pretty much everything I can to avoid Target, when I used to be in there shopping nearly every single day, some days more than once.

Target is my favorite store! I love their products, and I thoroughly enjoy my shopping experience every time.

They are efficient and kind. I went to buy an artificial tree and the price came up wrong. I told the checker, and in seconds it was changed to the correct price. GREAT JOB!

The reason for my answer was because i did an online order on a Friday and it said my order would be ready for pickup on that following Thursday well I checked the store the following day and that same item that i order was in stock in the store that i was to pick up my online order from. So I called online customer service and ask if i can pick up my item seeing as though it was in stock at my pick up store the customer service person told me i could not. So then that following day i checked my online order status and it said it was ready for pick up in the store, only for me to get there and they told me it wouldnt be ready until Thursday even though it was in stock in my pick up store and my online order status said it was ready for pick up.....so NO I will not shop at target ever again to much running around at my expense and Target never takes any blame or gives any im compensation to ease the pain..... all they will say is Im sorry......
