Sadly this Sallys more training in hair color. Their customer service also, needs more people skills. If zero was an option its the best option

They are always willing to help answer our questions. My daughter frequently dyes her hair bright colors, and they are happy to make suggestions to make things easier for her. A little pricey, but they have things you cant get anywhere else.

The workers here are extremely rude. When I walked in they didnt even say hi, they just looked at me and when I tried asking for help the worker seemed like she didnt want to be bothered and rolled her eyes at me. she didnt even help me with what I needed. None of them did. lazy people they just stand around all day. Go anywhere but here

I dont like going to this Sallys. The staff is incredibly rude, not interested in helping and immature. Try asking them to help locate an item and they either look at you with annoyanance and dead eyes or they just walk walk away and I cant tell if they are going to get the product, if I should follow them or they are done assisting me.

Honestly this is the Worst Sallys Ive ever been to !!! the WORST! the staff is So RUDE! and unprofessional they really need to improve on there customer service !
