We were so fortunate to be helped by Jonathan when we visited the store at 7pm. We were looking for a twin mattress for a boys loft bed. Jonathan took us straight to the area where we had options . He listened to what style we needed and the purchase was made very easily. Jonathan was knowledgeable and professional and gave us really good information about the delivery expectation. We asked if they would take the old mattress which they will do for a small charge if we personally bring it outside. There would be a $100 if delivery had to enter the home but that was not necessary for us. I would highly recommend Mattress Firm for both their well displayed showroom and also the very pleasant, friendly and competent experience we had from Jonathan. Their business hours until 8pm made it possible for us to purchase from this store.

Travis from Upland Mattress Firm was great to work with. Fortunately, we knew exactly what we were looking for when we went in to look at mattresses and Travis guided the way. He made our decision so easy to make. I think it took us about 30 mins to decide on our mattress and maybe another 30 mins to complete the purchase process. Overall, it was a great experience! We also had a couple of issues with our bed when we were setting it up. I called the store and spoke with Travis and he immediately put me at ease and told me all the ways he was going to try to get my issue resolved (note: issue was not a Mattress Firm issue, more of a user error on my part 😉). He was able to provide me with a resolution within 24 hours. We cant thank Travis enough for all of his help and we definitely recommend purchasing from Mattress Firm!

This place is great! My husband and I finally got around to purchasing a replacement mattress and started with Mattress Firm. Very happy with our purchase so far. Clarence was our sales person in the store and he made the expensive purchase process painless and with zero pressure. We had our bed delivered the next day and the delivery people were great and set everything up perfectly and walked us through using the remote.

All individuals are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, but not pushy. The actual store itself was fine, the “red carpet” delivery service not so much. Delivery team stepped in feces, attempted to wipe feces off on my porch steps and rug instead of at least trying to use the lawn. Delivery team then proceeded to track feces into my house, very cool, should change “red carpet” delivery service to “brown carpet” delivery service, for $99 you kind of expect more.

I was able to get a new mattress and bed platform in under an hour. I told Travis my budget, what I didn’t like about my previous mattress, and he directly led me to the value zone. I put on hand sanitizer supplied by the store and got my pillow with a paper cover for Covid-19 precautions. With the president’s day sales going on let’s say I saved a lot! After testing out different mattresses, I selected my favorite one and we got started on submitting my order to the distribution center for pick up. While filling out paperwork, my mom got to test out the Infinity massage chair and I was astounded by its impressive features, I have never seen anything like it. Only downside to this mattress mission was picking up from the distribution center. It took nearly half an hour for them to finally bring my mattress to my car. I don’t think this is necessarily the Upland Mattress Firm’s fault but negligible actions by the distribution center.

Matress firm has beds you can feel, touch and sense whats best for your back. Its different from buying online.. I prefer in person matress purchase ever since I purchased the avocado bed online.

The delivery was on time, very courteous and professional. They noticed a little damage to the base as they opened the box and being very honest discussed my options regarding the damaged product and the replacement of said product. I thank you for the honesty an professionalism of your delivery team I will ask to have them deliver if I purchase another product from you guys.

Super impressed with my experience! Clarence at the Mattress Firm store in Upland was ABSOLUTELY thorough. I was in a big hurry and needed a mattress for the next day. I was told over the phone that there was a mattress for $369 available. When I got there Clarence explained to me the difference in quality between the cheaper mattress and the one I tested out. Long story short I went with the $849 mattress! It arrived today as promised. I highly recommend asking for Clarence when you visit this store. This guy knows his stuff.😊
