This is a fairly large Goodwill store and it is organized and the people working there are nice and I didnt notice any kind of attitude. Very easy to find and plenty of parking, I forget their hours but Ill say that they are decent.

Good selection of very low cost used books. They also have a small selection of clothes and shoes there.

It Looks small but its bigger than expected, they have a lot of good books, and the prices are great.. they have a small section with clothes and some glass items. A few antique stuff as well.

Gems can be found there, Ive gotten comics, cool books or even a knick knack. The staff arent very friendly or helpful but it is worth the visit to hunt for a deal or two.

I have quite a bit to donate right now and I split the stuff between different Goodwill stores and this store always accepts clothes!

Nice people work here and the selection is good, but they close for donations hours before the store closes. Like, your donation room is right there. Why cant we just drop off our bags and get on with our lives? No, I cannot come back at 10 am tomorrow, I have a job, just like you.

If you are looking for a particular book in popular fiction they may have one on hand . Very limited items since they primarily focus on books however they get nice paintings and prints occasionally.

The woman at the register was taking her sweet time scanning my items. It doesnt take 5 mins to scan 8 items.The employees at the store looked annoyed. If you guys want to close early, then dont be taking your sweet time scanning each item.Definitely not worth coming back here again. Id recommend going to the one on 7th street in Upland. The employees are cool and respectful there.

Nice find! Has a few other things besides books, but great selection if you are looking for a book. I loved that they separated them into categories to find what you are looking for more easily. Good concept

Has a lot of college book and foot note books. On some day some classical cd or books on cd. No clothing or funiture. Some seasonal nick nack. If lucky you might find roll playing games for xbox 360 or ps3

Good place to find old books

I dropped off books with minimal effort & great appreciation. Then I shopped & got several other books. Prices are inexpensive & I got a 2019 hardcover novel for $2.99. The search is part of the fun. Books are arranged in broad categories & then by author (sorted by first letter of last name). I make it a stop whenever Im in the area.

Oh I love these book stores. Never know what you will find. Sometimes its nothing. Other times I might buy 4-5 books. You never know. But thats half the fun!

I adore Donation Center. Im here at least once a week; its a great community spot. Their new fiction display is especially great; I work in the book industry, but whenever I go to Porter Square Books, I find new things to read.

I love getting lost in here and spending time just walking around browsing.Lots of little nooks for you to read a bit before you decide to buy!Theres an adjunct storefront down the street that has their graphic novels, music, and assorted things.

This is a great place to buy books cheap! Most are like new/unread in quality and something different to find every time. The staff is helpful and friendly, and always ready to lend a hand when I pick up too many books! If you want to just sit and read, there are couches and chairs you can sink into and get lost in a good book! I advise to visit often so you dont miss a thing. I do!!

Smaller than most goodwill stores. This one is mostly geared towards books and some videos. Super nice employees.

Small, not a spectacular array of items and the gentleman working there were NOT at all interested in customer service. Not even a simple greeting.

I always find the books that help me here and usually I enjoy a nice quiet 2 hour shop. Not so on my last visit. The store is separated from the indoor donation processing area by a thin walk that doesnt reach the ceiling. You can hear all of the conversation in the back . I learned that the manager of this store doesnt realize just how hard her people work, and if she wants a certain young lady to do anything extra its time to talk about a f....n raise.This conversation went on for an entire hour which must be how long breaks last. It saved me at least $15.00 as I left sooner than I usually do

Interesting titles at a low low price

Love this bookstore. I find some great things in good shape, and the staff is super helpful and friendly. I had one girl look through every single childrens book to try to find a book I was looking for - above and beyond! I had another girl call me to let me know a book was there that I was looking for. Again, very nice staff.

This book store has more than just books occasionally they get house hold decor items. I love visiting for childrens books as well as specialty items. The staff is nice and always helpful. It is always a surprise as to what they get in, but everything is priced well and a value for the shrewd shopper.

Got a world atlas in perfect condition. Could have browsed for a while as the have a large selection of books. I found exactly what I was looking for. They take credit cards.

The store is very clean and inviting. Theres a couch and coffee table where you can relax and peruse your selections. Although its a small store, theres a good variety of topics, from fiction to calculus, and stacks of Cliffs Notes to shortcut through the reading.

I hope this place stays open. Nice book selection for school 20 minute reading requirements. You can buy used books or sit and read.

Fun shop.cute layout. Pricing is fair. You have to ask for help ...they are busy in the back room a lot.

Nice goodwill

Always found things I want at this store especially books. I am a reader, so I am excited to find books that I want. I can never understand why people get rid of these items, but who cares. I can get it

Chris and Jessica were extremely friendly and helpful today in accepting my donations that were refused (without explanation) by another Goodwill store. The Upland Goodwill Bookstore has a great selection of books to choose from, and a friendly, comfortable atmosphere in which to peruse the books.

Its small but I always find something. Lots of books. Small section of toys, art, furniture and knick knacks.

Very expensive..they help people I understand but so does 3 way thrift stores and things are soo much cheaper. Lower prices and more customers will come, it was empty.
