Ordered a hat online, 3 days ago. Got an email confirming order was ready to pick up. Drove 60 miles 1 way the NEXT DAY. Waited a long time until I told the workers that I couldnt wait any longer because they couldnt find my order. Suggested to do an even exchange with something that cost the same, didnt even bother to look into it. Simply said no. They said you can come back for it a different day. So I requested a refund and they said I couldnt cancel my order and get a refund until they actually receive the order?? They said well call you when its ready. Dont understand why they sent out an email saying my order was ready. Havent received a call. Drove all the way there for nothing!

And my friend asked about some clothes that he was looking for. And the girls helped him nicely, looking for what he was looking for. And they told us that they dont have the clothes he wanted. And then they asked us nicely again if we will like to know if the clothes was at another store. So for all the good service that they all did, I will definitely recommend this store to anyone.

Bad service!!!They obviously do not want to sell, as soon I walked in got told to go back outside and wait do to many people in the store, ok, so I did I understand do to covid. (I honestly did NOT see more then 10 people in the this pretty big store) So I waited a good 10 minutes. 3 people walked out, an employee comes out and tells me to continue waiting because they reached the capacity. So I asked what is the capacity because they just walked out. 15. BS! They didnt want my service so left veryUpset. So this location is no good.

Huge variety of boots! This place was like a one stop place to shop for all your cowboy needs. Im not into that kind of apparel, I went in there for work boots, but if I was into that kind of apparel this would be my go to place. Staff was friendly, showed me a lower price for my boots online and matched the price. I recommend this place for sure.

This place is buried in the back of a shopping center and can be tricky to find. However, the selection of boots is fantastic and the quality of the boots is really high. I got a pair of Merrels for hiking and Doc Martins for welding here. The staff were very friendly, and offered a lot of advice and gave excellent suggestions.

This location is crappy Ive been there twice the first time I asked him about a specific hat she made me look up the Hat information instead of going into her own catalog. The second time I called and ask them if they can steam my hat that I got from another location they said no to come in at another time with very little information as to when to come in to have it steamed the customer service here sucks

First let me start by sayng that they need to train their managers more..i been here more than a couple of times to buy things and the afternoon manager just doesnt have patience when u have questions or wanna try a hat or boots..sorry but she needs more training..gonna try other stores hope i see better management..

When you go there everyone is nice and willing to help unless you have an issue. I was told by multiple sales people that if the shoes don’t ended working for me that I can return them and get my money back. The shoes started to hurt my feet so I took them back after 1 day of wearing them. The lady manager at the time was extremely rude and didn’t want to return the shoes. She had just a bad attitude and the other employees agreed with me. In my opinion the female manager with the big cheeks should be fired. I will never go back there because of her.

Decent selection of boots and hats, thats for sure!But, I had a bad experience a few weeks ago. There was a sale running for a certain brand of boots. We were given a flyer, but in no way did she indicate that ONLY the boots on the cover of the flyer we on sale, but that that brand was on sale. We picked out some boots in the particular brand, get up to the counter, and no dice. She would not budge.. even after we explained the situation. The girl who gave us the flyer was called up to the counter, and proceeded to act like we were stupid and didnt know how to read. We left, needless to say.
