Wonderful service! Quick and efficient oil change, and they are now my go-to when something in my car acts up. The diagnostic was reasonably priced, and the fix was thankfully an easy one so they got Everything over and done with within 3 hours. I cant remember his name, nick? Ej? Jimmy? I will find out tomorrow and update it but he was out of this world helpful and very nice.

Will not be returning here again. I blew a tire and towed my car here to get a new one. I was looking to get a Firestone brand tire like the ones I already had on my vehicle. I can’t blame the location for a national backorder of my tire, however, their communication was abysmal. Every time I called to check on my car they said they would look into it and call me in a hour. They never once called me back. I called and asked if they would be able to get the tires from a different location and they did a quick search and said their was nothing within the SoCal area. So after days of waiting to hear from them I decided to do some digging on my own and called a few other locations and was able to track down the tires I needed. Once I confirmed with the other locations, I called Upland and they said there was nothing they could, or would do. The other locations were willing to work with Upland to find a way to make things work but even they couldn’t get them to do anything. I figured since I was a previous Firestone customer that they would do their best to keep my business but they definitely lost it with this.

WARNING!! catastrophe alignment :ive been taking my veicles here all the time but this time went to far. i took my truck for alignment on sunday and monday my wife with the kids drove the truck, later she called me scared, one of the wheels were crooked, i checked and one of the lower control bolt were loose, i straight the wheel and tied the bolt on monday i took it to the shop and they said since i touched my warranty does not apply anymore. i hired an attorney, i will close my account and NEVER NEVER will take my cars there anymore. so BECAREFULL PEOPLE

Changed oil for my truck like 4 dollars higher then walmart in and out like 30 minutes walmart 3/4 hours best at Firestone. Valvoline wanted like $ 130.00 no way Id go there. $76. And change at Firestone full synthetic oil.

During my visit waiting, Danny explained everything in detail and made recommendations and suggestions to any service needed at the time. Im so happy i did it. Both very professional! I feel safer getting the maintenance done now. Very grateful they were open on a Sunday. Appreciate them giving up their Fathers day! I love this place. Customer service is amazing. They really do make you feel part of the family. I brought my wifes car in for services. They found an issue and instead of recommending they wanted to show me what the issue was before recommending anything. I love it.
Everything worked fine but went in for my routine alignment. They messed it up. Car now pulls to one side, steering wheel off center, and traction control alert on dashboard turned on due to how off the alignment was. Took it back turns out they didnt tighten some bolts and stuff got lose and bent. No apologies, no ownership of work, just a well it wasnt me, were not perfect attitude. Warning lights still on, will have to take it to the dealership now.
Fantastic customer service. Great job done repairing my truck. All repairs explained in detail at the time of my estimate and also when I picked up my truck. My truck runs 100% better now.

The manager Richard quick is a liar and a thief. My daughter took her car here to have the air conditioning checked. It was running really cold and then would switch to hot air intermittently.Richard asked her if she would want to have the whole car checked out, or just the air conditioning. She said I only want my air conditioning to work all the time. When she called him over an hour past the time he should have got back to her, he stated that she needed to have a pressure check done because he thought she had a blown head gasket. Also, he said that she needed to change the thermostat because her car was overheating. Her car has never has overheated! Then, he said she needed to change the heater hose underneath the supercharger because it was leaking. The heater hose has nothing to do with air conditioning, it is for heating your car. He was trying to charge me about $1,000. Do not go to Firestone in Upland, unless you want to be lied to, overcharged, and ripped off! I would give them a negative 5 Stars if that was possible. Richard Quick, you should be ashamed of yourself!

I will NEVER use Firestone again. They make appointments only to have you wait over 2 hours. They alway try to add on more stuff for you to get just so they can make more money. They dont give you any updates on what is taking so long. I just cant believe I wasted my entire morning at this place for an oil change. NEVER AGAIN. I will simply pay more for better service. Yall suck big time!!!!!!
There’s some nice people that work there, But their labor prices are crazy expensive pretty close to 200$ a hour and they up the prices of parts by way too much. They keep the simple things low like oil change tire rotation, but when it comes down to under the hood parts and maintenance even the little things be ready to pay no less the 1,000 dollars. Especially if you don’t know parts and there cost they going to have fun with your wallet lol.
We broke down in the street(Grove). We called Firestone and they ran to help. We cannot only say great things about this Firestone!

I’ve dealt with Firestone for very many years now and have always received five star service. Will recommend to anyone with any type of a car issue. Paid $10 for a full vehicle inspection and did not get a crazy amount of repairs totaling $10,000. Remember honesty is the key here guys in this company is honest.
Went to get new tires at Firestone in Upland. Had the manager BJ Scott help me pick out new tires for the wifes car. I gotta say they were very helpful and very friendly. Also, he told me about all the sales and discounts and what would be the best recommendation for this car. I would definitely recommend this Firestone and to ask for BJ Scott if you need help with your tires. Definitely a place to go to get your car serviced also.
The guys are friendly although sometimes I feel like Im being over charged but you have to trust something and someone. Theyve never done anything to my car that caused a problem theyve always been spot on. Im not one that likes taking my car to different people looking for a deal I want it done right the first time and thats the service I get here done right the first time.
Absolutely terrible. The worst experience. Terrible customer service. I will never go here agian. They were trying to pull a fast one on multiple customers in there. It seem like every customer that came in had the same problem. Everyone had some kind of leak that they could not find I just paid $10 to check my ac. They went ahead and put freon in my car. When they told me they were going to charge $200 to put some dye and freon in the car. And when it run out then they will see where the leak is coming from and it will cost $1200 to fix. When I told them that is way to much they told me to have a set because they need to drain the freon they put in there. So I had to actually sit there and wait until they reverse the job they did. Therefore actually waisting the product. Sick. I will never return.

I arrived just before 10 to have an alignment and tire balance completed. When I checked in, I was told 2 hrs.At 1hr and 45 minutes, my truck had not moved. So I asked how much longer. The response almost floored me.Its not 2 hrs to complete the work. Its 2 hrs before we start working on your vehicle, and another 1.5 to 2 hrs to complete the work!Are you kidding me?Wasted 2hrs! Guess I need to make a first thing in the morning appointment.

Great service they always try to get you in and out as quick as possible, they let you know if they find anything wrong with your vehicle, I my self left a couple of things “in done” with my car to see if they would try to add more things to it but no! Exactly what I had needed to do to the car the told me and offered a solution so I was very happy about that. The Uplan Firestone team is great and even though they are further then two other Firestone’s I will continue going back to the uplan location. Thank you guys for great service!

These guys are great. They dont charge an arm and a leg for services, they are open and honest with their customers. They also give good advice over the phone too. Ive been taking both my vehicles there, and have never felt like I was being misled or over sold on something. Ive worked with several of their technicians, and have never had a bad experience with any of them.
I am changing my original review. I came into Firestone in the middle of being treated for cancer. Firestone sold me tires that would not last for my vehicle. They sold me 50K mile tires and I got less than 24K miles of use. I also bought the lifetime alignment and I have had my vehicle in for numerous checks, alignment and tire rotation. Not once did they rotate my tires as I had instructed. Now my tires are wearing from the inside. I was never told this was happening until they were severely worn and my only option was to buy new tires. When I spoke to the store manager Richard Quick he said that He has two Lexus in his driveway and replaces the tires every 18K miles, so I proceeded to ask him why would they sell me 50K tires knowing full well they would not last? He did not have an answer other than I could buy another set. I have notified corporate about this and am awaiting their response. I have been taken advantage of. It would seem that they took the opportunity to charge me top dollar for all of the services I purchased and then failed to do any of the work that was required. I would not recommend Firestone. Save yourself: Money, time and aggravation. Dont give your hard earned money to Firestone. I would give them zero stars if that was an option.

BJ thats a sales manager. There is a fantastic person for a manager. I think hes great. He gives excellent service. He takes care of our seniors. I trust my car with bj at Firestone in Upland. The Montclair store is a terrible stair. The staff is bad the managers bad, but the Upland store is fantastic. I think BJs doing a perfect job. I give you that store and him a 10 plus. Good job, BJ.
I have taken my car here the last 3 times to have my tires rotated and aligned and I really like this location. The guys a very professional and are quick. I had just had my tires rotated and align on Monday and on Friday I had a slow leak. I called and spoke with Steve to see if they could take my car and he said to come right in. It was a broken stem. They fixed it and I was out in less than an hour! Awesome!! I would highly recommend this place!!
Ive been a Firestone customer for 25 plus years. I remember getting a new set of tires on Saturday then on Monday the terrible May 3rd tornado hit Moore & OKC. Theyve always been good to me, from tires to brakes to A/C work on many vehicles. Now the local shop in Upland has done some work for me and they to be very careful and competent on the work Ive needed. Thanks for the great customer service Richard Quick and BJ.
I stopped in the Firestone Store to have my tires air pressure checked. Not only did the Firestone dealer air up all 4 tires. They also rotated all 4 tires. And the best thing was every thing they did, it didnt charge me one red cent. Because I had a 50,000 Mile Warrenty on my 4 Firestone tires. Stop by and say hi on the corner of Foothill Rt 66 and Grove.
No mechanic is perfect, but they generally do good, very quick work. The owner/manger seems to know what hes doing and is really good with customers. In my experience they usually dont recommend unnecessary work.
This Firestone is awful. I have been ripped off twice now. They told me they could fix my air confditioner. 3 hours later they didnt fix anything and hand me a $40 bill. Then I call the manager the next day and he gives me the run around. Extremely dissapointed. Would give zero stars if I could.

I scheduled an appointment with them for 1pm. and I came in time. They said it might take 1 hour. I was waiting for the car just walking around that area lol. I came in an hour but they didn’t start even working on it! I was shocked. I had to take Uber to come back to work because I had only an hour for this. In about another hour they called me to take the car. I took Uber again to come there for my car. Despite this they did a good job on my car. Thank you.

I came into this location after have horrible experience at their Montclair location. As soon as I walked in BJ greeted me and when. I told him what I was looking to do he say ok, no problem. He spoke with me with respect and offered excellent customer service since I walked into the door. Im glad I was able to find and stopped by this location. If I need anything done and Im in the area this would be the place to go. In addition, I was let known of something that could be an issue. Made me feel comfortable and made feel that my car was in excellent hands as I would be back on the road safely.
Great service! Took my Bmw in for service told them about an issue I was having with it. I had an alternator and battery replaced at Jeep of Ontario, two months after I purchased vehicle on their lot. Jeep sales department refused to cover any cost, so I paid out of pocket to replace battery and alternator.Picked the vehicle up and check engine light was on. Told the service writer about it, he said no a problem they will try to take care of the problem but I would have to leave it.I didnt have the time to leave it cuz that was the only vehicle we had at the time.Took it to Firestone few days later and told them what work was done at the dealer. After 1 day they called me and told me that dealer must damaged one if the wires that goes to my thermostat and to take it back to Jeep since they were the one that replaced the alternator which cost me over $1000 dollars.Firestone didnt charge me a cent for diagnosing the problem, which they had every right to. I took my previous vehicle to them prior to this time, told me exactly what it needed after i already knew and fixed the problem for me. That just showed me that is one honest place. I will continue to take my vehicles there and recommend it to my friends and family. Thanks again Firestone!
I sent my mother in today for a basic oil change. They recommended she also changed her cabin filters and she agreed. Someone nonchalantly tells her she is leaking some fluids and she should go to the dealership and get it checked. Of course she is puzzled because she is old school and always checks her garage floor for leaking fluids, checks her fluids often and knows her vehicle. She drives the 1.5 miles back home to wait to talk to me about the dealership and now the car is overheating. A vehicle that NEVER overheated!! She takes it back and no one could or would tell her what the issues is and how it was created. Richard the manager claims no responsibility for the issue I’m assuming they broke something that they can’t fix which is why the dealership referral instead of an honest answer.
If I didnt know any better I would have thought I was at my buddies garage, great atmosphere, extremely friendly staff, most importantly no pressure.

Absolutely amazing is an understatement. These people helped me to the max. Not only were they kind and upbeat, but they were very informative. Explained everything in great detail and made sure i digested all the information they were feeding me. I just got my car worked on today after receiving a diagnostic from pep boys ( who btw completely stole my money). Milton and the shop manager Richard or Richmond (sorry) completely coached me with everything as far as dealing with pepboys and with my vehicle. They had me sold from the moment I walked in. They were very busy but still greeted me with a smile and made me feel that i mattered. They listened to everything i told them and did JUST THAT. I totally trust them with my car, and will only do business with them from now on. You guys are running your shop well! Keep it up!!

When it co.es to mechanics, we all know how hard it is to find a good honest mechanic. Well look no further than Firestone in Upland/Rancho on Foothill Blvd. They not only took really good care of me and my auto needs alas when a hubcap went missing after they replaced all four tires for a really reasonable price. They said no problem and replaced all four caps for FREE!!! Who does that these days?!! Firestone does thats who!!! Now lets go one more step above and beyond the normal mechanics. My car was still up on the racks being worked on when I got the call that my Kitty Sylvester was ready for pick up from the vets office. Only, I had no way of getting there when the clerk working with us said, here take my car it has a full tank! Omg again who does that these days! ***UPDATE*** Supervisor called me after reading this review and repair the damaged items at no cost. They also realigned the car at no charge. Would now recommend. ***ORIGINAL REVIEW***Car was taken here for alignment after new tie rods were installed. They damaged the inner tie rod boot on both sides of the car by twisting them until they ripped. Now they need to be replaced which would require a new alignment. Damage could have been easily avoided.

What can I tell you, service was awesome had my 2 granddaughters and our yorkie with me. We were having battery trouble they fixed the problem and did a courtesy check on our vehicle and caught something the tire technician (from another Co. In N.M.) had missed when he gave vehicle the ok to travel to California, let me just say if they had not caught the deteriorated front bushings our trip home could have ended differently. Thank You gentleman. We now visit the boys when we travel to Upland.
Came in to have my massive flow sensor REPLACED now car is loud oh and my ac/HEATER doesnt work anymore but worked fine before i took it in, went back to adhere to that issue now no hwatwr check wngone light is on after 800 in repairs yea DONT COME HERE YOULL REGRET IT!!!! A BUNCH OF MAN WOMEN!!!

The work that this Firestone performs is very good. The problem I have is they tell customers other things are wrong with their vehicle when its not. I have actually sat in the lobby and listened to the manager tell each customer after inspection that the same thing was bad on their vehicle that he told the previous 3 customers. I dont believe them. To me they are not trust worthy.

Courteous professionals took care of three tirea when I said I needed two and threw in an oil change despite being extremely busy and me arriving 30 minutes late.
They sort of seem to take their sweet time with services, but I was more than highly satisfied with the overall care of the service done. Thank you, I will come back in the future for more.
