I bought 2 cars from this dealership in a 60 day time frame, 2018 Porsche gt3 $189000.00. they did not submit dmv paperwork . only after a demand form my attorney did they submit paperwork and complete transaction . car 2 1982 Toyota fj 40 $68775.00. after 30 days I get a call from Joe telling me they forgot to smog the car. its illegal in Califorina for a dealer or private party to sell a car without a smog certificate .the following day I take the car to get smoged in Costa Mesa, I discovered that all the emissions equipment in the car had been removed . impossible to repair. impossible to transfer title, impossible to sell in Califorina, illegal sale on the part of the dealer. searching the web I find the fg 40 was purchased at a Mecum auction by the dealer, the Auction listing clearly states not to be sold in Califorina . I have a 68,000.00 hunk of junk with no title . danger stay away . search yelp I am not the only buyer from lotus of upland that has had title problems
