I was very pleased with the care I received. LP Pineda, a licensed optician on Dr. Bui’s staff, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. LP assisted me with the choice of frames, the utilization of insurance benefits, and, because I was purchasing more than one pair of glasses, she alerted me to certain specials available at the time. She also prepared me for what to expect during my eye examination. Because of LP’s patience and guidance, the entire process was easier for me to manage, and the outcome was completely satisfying. I was seen by Dr. Kiet Bui and helped by Sarah the appointment went so smoothly I was in and out in no time at all. Dr. Kiet Bui explained everything as he went. Sarah was very kind and did not push at all for me to buy lenses like some places do. I left with a copy of my prescription without even having to ask for it. Very positive experience.

Terrible. The lady called LP is rude and argumentative. I had to send my glasses back twice because she messed up the prescription. It’s been almost six weeks, and I’m still waiting for my glasses!
