Constantly having the same problem with this Walgreens location Everytime I bring in my prescription for inhaler they fill the medication with a generic version and then they lie and say my insurance doesn’t cover name brands but every other Walgreens has filled my inhaler with the authentic version. So why does this location lie and give me a hard time my doctor even asks me why this location does this he’s spoken to them many of times and has had it changed
Absolutely terrible customer service. I have never been treated so badly in my life picking up a prescription for a sick family member. Staff needs immediate retraining on respect and discrimination. Absolutely zero compassion and could give no reason why they denied half of the medications. They wasted hours of my time and they couldnt even give a reason. I do not reccomend this place to anyone.
I like the 24 hour part but it is the longest lines and even to get a phone call in there ur takes at least an hour. I have experienced this the last five or six months and I’m going to be changing pharmacies as this is getting ridiculous. They are questioning everything and they are very understaffed.
The management team assumes anybody African American steals and will have police remove you from store for simply being of color. The management team also lacks great customer services/Deescalating skills. I get staffing is hard but Walgreens please hire staff worth hiring.
They said that their restrooms are closed after 9:00 pm. I’m in this store completely sick to fill a prescription at 11:00pm and they won’t let me use the restroom. Completely unacceptable.
So if you are that fearful of the virus to the point you put the customers change on the counter instead of their hands. Then maybe you shouldnt be working as a cashier or anywhere dealing with people. I find it disrespectful that I handed the cashier my money only for her to put my change on the counter. HAND SANITIZER AND WASHING YOUR HANDS was a thing before the pandemic. Yet she was okay handling the dirty bills that she had to count out. But made it a point not place the change in my hands. I will not be spending anymore of my money at this Walgreens.
Be careful if your a person of color. They are quick to violence at this location. They put innocent people in harms way.
Awful. Been trying to fill a prescription for 2 weeks now. Theyve not bothered to order it nor call to update me. Total joke of customer service and a pharmacy which clearly cares nothing about the patients who rely upon medication. Avoid this place if at all possible.
They judge people on how they look. They disrupted an innocent man who just was shopping just because of the way he LOOKED. Horrible place, do not shop here. Do not support this place.

My family and I scheduled appointments to receive the Covid-19 vaccine at the Walgreens in Upland on Foothill and Mountain. We arrived 15 minutes early as specified. I waited over 2 hours to be called to get my vaccine! The woman behind me was 94 years old and also waited 2 hours. No where to sit, just standing there. The next day, my husband and son went to there appointment for the vaccine. They also waited 2 hours. No one is there to give them, we had to yell and complain to get someone to come out and give the vaccine. Just horrible! Now, we have to get our second dose. We are trying to reschedule it somewhere else. This Walgreens is the worst.
Whatever you do; choose another pharmacy. Went in for some vaccinations.First waited in line for 15 minutes and then the clerk calls the people behind me to the front, effectively cutting me. Clerk then apologized after helping them and I went on, ignoring that that happened.Then they realize they lost my paper that I filled out as they have seen that I’ve been waiting for a substantial period of time. 30 minutes.After I finally get called into the booth, the nurse ask me if I am getting the chickenpox vaccination. Wrong, I was getting an HPV vaccination and they somehow messed that up. This seems like medical malpractice.Now I have to fill out another paper for the CORRECT vaccination. I now have been in the store for an hour and a half.If you value your time, go somewhere else.
Doesnt even deserve a star,only way to write on here..If you need vaccines go somewhere else worth your time and customer service..woman in pharmacy was rude and horrible..yes times are hard but theres no need to be rude to someone coming for vaccines or any service..no wonder all the bad reviews..

Forgot to submit my photos for pickup. Manager asked for my number. In less than 5 mins they were ready.
BAD COSTUMER SERVICE.. I called at 9:25am Thursday, some gentleman was rude and seemed bother when i asked a question, he hanged up on me.
Waited for more than an hour for the vaccine, pharmacists are rude and dismissive.

2 hrs waiting in line for a booster shot. While waiting they messed up a patients order twice who was waiting much longer than me. Then they handled another 2 vaccine patients that came as a walk in 1 hour after me. All were handled by the same doctor. Mean while the photo department called for their personnel over the intercom 5 times in a row, to apparently no avail. Eventually I come to find out that my paperwork got wet in the sink and no one saw it. Is it a pattern of behavior, walgreens systems, or personal incompetence? Btw there were 8 people working in the pharmacy, not even exaggerating. Im still in line to this day... (This part is exaggerated)
I received email that my online order is ready after a week and then when I went to store they had no idea, and did even want look at the email I received. Lillian and the manager was very rude and they told me go complien since we do not like online ordering.
The pharmacy is staffed by slow...slightly rude employees.
I recently was having a lot of trouble with my prescription so I decided to go to this Walgreens. I had a great experience because Blanca helped me figure out what was going on with my prescription and my insurance. Blanca went above and beyond her job description and she helped me more than any employee that I have ever interacted with at Walgreens. She is an amazing employee.

I walk up to the photo counter and the guy behind the counter starts walking away. I asked if he was coming back soon and he said yes. He just has to help the other person who was ringing up customers at the register. The line was getting longer. Instead of taking 30 seconds to find the one photo I ordered online and sending me to the register where he was going anyway, he starts ringing up people. Fine......they were there before me. No big deal. But then he starts ringing people up that came after me. I sat there waiting 10 to 15 minutes watching him ring up person after person. When he finally finished ringing everyone up, he started walking back to me. He saw how dissatisfied I was and told me that there was only him and another person in the store at the time. When he got back to the photo counter, there was someone already helping me get my photo. All he had to do was get my photo and send me on my way. Horrible customer service. What a jerk. I wish I had gotten his name. Oh well, never going back there again.

Was on hold for 45min.... they would pick up then place me back on hold without them saying a word. The phone rang then played music for the whole 45min.... this ladies are horrible. Whoever is working right now June 25 at 11:45am

Love this store. The selection is great for such a small store. I am ALWAYS well taken care of by JIMAY. I call her my personal shopper and always seek her out when I shop. The 24 hrs availability helps alot also.
When I call the pharmacy I wait on hold for a long time and when it starts to ring they hang up on me.
Lady who answers the phone at the pharmacy likes to leave patients on hold for 47 minutes and hang up. Good one
Had went to the dentist and I had an infected tooth. So the dentist prescribed me a 150 mg of clindamycin every 8 hours and the pharmacy gave me 300 mg of clindamycin every 8 hours. They didnt tell me they changed it. when the dentist called them and asked them why they did that.they said oh we tried to call your office she said no you didnt I suffered with breakouts,diarrhea, chest pains and broke out all over because they gave me too high of a dosage that was not prescribed I will not go back to this location. Be careful always check your stuff. I didnt I trusted them.

Normally the service here is great. However, the pharmacist this morning was horrible. I took my prescriptions in at 8am and asked the cash price with the discount thats on my file. I was told a cash price of $190 but I could purchase a Walgreens discount card for $20. I again informed the pharmacist that I already have a discount plan in my records. His response was yeah well give me a call at 9am and I can tell you then. This is horrible customer service to have a pharmacist attempt to upsell on a service I already have and refusing to tell me the cash price with discount. I wish this experience would have went differently.
Best pharmacy as opposed to Riteaide, CVS!Professional service, fast pharmacy and Im so great full. As I just had surgery. I would recommend this pharmacy. Especially the No drama local RX
Have you guys ever worked in the customer service field? When I started working at Starbucks, my whole perspective changed. Cashiers and employees take a lot of flack from customers. Words can be brutal if used correctly. At least be a little more understanding in the fact that we all have those kind of days. I personally think this store is wonderful and has everything you could possibly need in a drug store. I find it cheaper than its other top competitors like CVS and Rite Aid. I would definitely recommend :)
Very poor customer service. Cant get a live person on the phone. Dr sent rx to store, problem with directions, saw md at 8 am, still trying at 9:55 pm to get the rx. They dont have enough staff to handle the workload. Fill your rx somewhere else.
Customer account wasnt all that good. But the store had a lot of really good deals I count refuse. Now its my favorite Walgreens
...... I stopped at this Walgreens this evening, the pharmacy, and I was treated spectacularly, like a VIP! Reymundo and this wonderful Latina named Cassandra who worked both the counter and the drive-through window, got my prescription within a manner of a few Minutes, despite being very busy! It was Fantastique! Im very grateful for them and their upbeat attitudes as well! Grazie! Grazie Áncora!
This Walgreens Store gives all Walgreens a bad name. They refused to let me use their bathroom, then stalked me and my Children through the store like as we were suspects for theft. Also sensed a case of decrimination due to racial overtones...
Very clean. Mostly nice staff. Got enfamil formula for just under 2.00 each and was told marked wrong. The woman was curt but must have known law as we were checking out. But when we went by Isle on way out from pharmacy area ALL the marked down ones had red labels removed. So someone screwed up! Great deals though. Theyre honest and have integrity to back up marked prices without arguements.
I needed toothpaste and my phone told me to go here. After purchasing the toothpaste i returned home to use the toothpaste. My teeth and i are pleased with the toothpaste, and therefore, pleased with walgreens. When i run out of toothpaste I will return to walgreens to purchase more toothpaste.
Everybody here is very friendly, especially the pharmacy staff. Its always clean in the store, even in the restrooms.

This is the first time I have ever visited this store and the last. Cashier is very rude. She was literally throwing my things inside the bags and some of that stuff could break. I respect my elders and just asked to be helped by someone else to keep me from saying anything innapropriate. Another cashier was helping me and I told her that the previous cashier was giving me a very hard time, she said She gives everyone a hard time I dont know why but, dont take it personal. Then the manager shows out of nowhere, when nobody called him to come fix the situation and gives me attitude as well. I told the cashier that was helping me Sorry, I cannot provide my business when you have employees behaving that way with customers so, I ended up leaving the store and I never plan on going back there!!

Can I give negative -10 stars? This place is a joke. Theres a woman in the pharmacy that is a complete @$$. So rude and unprofessional. NEVER EVER going back.

The are horrible when it comes to phone calls coming in im next in line it says then it rings and ring for 2 min and someone answers but to just put me on hold in stead of answering that they will be right with me nothing it did this 5 times.

These guys are just slow in filling prescription. Told 30 minutes, which is long, and would be called. After an hour, waited in line, and told one ready and second in 10 minutes. Its now 10 minutes and nothing.
