Usually shop at this office depot for necessary items. Yesterday I was assisted by a young employee by the name of Alex who made the experience much more pleasant. Hopefully the corporation will recognize him and award him accordingly.

Recently I went to Office Depot to return ink cages that I had for the printer. Each printer has different numbers, brands and so so on. I was ready to return what I purchase and I kept being told that I have the right ink cages. I told them I didn’t have the right ink cages. It turn into arguing of back in forth. I end up leaving, of count of being frustrated on their customer service. You are not posted to argue with the customer(s). I don’t recommend going to the location to purchase anything from them. I suggest going to other locations or online to purchase.

I would avoid the store at all costs. Now I know why Amazon is so successful. Hardly any staff, without any knowledge of products. I could not find what I was looking for which was a presentation folder and ink for my printer. Stood in the store waiting for help at 8 PM and ordered the items I needed on Amazon with delivery in the morning. This was after a staff person couldnt find what I was looking for and suggested I go to target

I dont embrace eveything tech. I found the staff patient, courteous, and genuinely interested in my satisfaction. These are damn good traits to lead the way. Good job.

Just want to give a shout out for great customer service!! I accidently left my instruction manual for a desk I bought on the counter in the store. Thinking it was lost and was just tossed away when they clean up @ closing. But much to my surprise I called & they had saved it in their lost & found. Amazing, these days for someone to save this and it was easily found. Usually it is I dont know & you are transfered to many different people & get no where. This was a welcome surprise. Thanks!!

Seem like nice people just not customer service inclined. I went there looking to print stickers, The fella working there let it be known that it is an outsourced job. I then told him I needed same day stickers if they sold sticker paper there that way I can print on it. He politely pointed me in the direction of a paper company thats two cities away. Lol Im in shock that he would not just let me know that they sell label paper there. Why run me around when you can get the job done in house? This is not my first encounter at this location with bad customer service. I would really consider some serious changes in corporate training. Too bad FedEx Kinkos isnt closer.
