This place is great. Even during sales, everything is in stock. Everyone who works here is knowledgeable and helpful. Today Tanya went above and beyond. She not only knew about the product I was asking about, but had tested it on her friend (specific hair color). She suggested a different product, and I couldnt be happier!

Omg I wish I knew her name but I don’t 😩 I’ve been taking my hair from dark brown to blonde for the past few days and nothing was frickin lifting my brassy color and I went in Sally’s, ready to cry, at my wits end!! And a tall, pretty, black girl, with long red braids was soooooo sweet and helped me find the toner I needed and she didn’t push me to buy more bleach even tho that’s what I originally thought I needed. She gave such great advice on product AND she helped me pick out a straightener and curling wand while I was there too :) She was the greatest and I just had to say so 💘

I had made a terrible mistake...I stopped at this Sally Beauty Supply a few months ago when I totally screwed up my hair by using Punky deep conditioning overcolor on my already-dyed copper hair. After a few washes (when it should have been out of my hair), the ends were magenta and my mid lengths and roots were a faded brassy mess, it looked horrific.With a friend’s recommendation, I stopped into Sally to see if there was a product there that could be used instead of the $150 consult + correction cost that the salons were asking for. Luckily for me, Jasmine was working at the time and had absolutely every answer to every question I had!!! She was so sweet and her smile was infectious when all I wanted to do was literally shave my head out of desperation. She helped me find the perfect dye that would be safe for my hair and lift the nasty color out, with an even finished color, and be a fix-all solution! I couldn’t have been more thankful for her expertise and for just being so incredibly kind and helpful! I have been purchasing all of my at-home coloring supplies from there ever since! Thank you sooooo much!!!!

I was having a hard time coloring my own hair, so after two bleach treatments and an attempt at getting it purple, I decided to go to this Sallys to get some professional help. The ladies working were actually knowledgable about hair color and styling and told me exactly how to get the color I wanted. They also helped me save on my bill by getting a sallys card (which got me $5 off my first purchase + a $5 coupon for my next one and no signup or monthly/annual fee) which meant I was able to touch up my hair 3 weeks later for free. I was so excited when I was able to make my own color turn out GREAT. Thank you so much to the ladies that saved my hair!

I tried. I really, really tried. I tried to make the employees here pull their hair out over the amount of questions I tossed their way. I combed over every topic, brushed over many more, and in the end they ironed out every curl in my understanding. Not only can one purchase almost every hair product one can think of at this one, but the employees are simply the best Ive had the pleasure of speaking with.

Never been here before, prices seemed very reasonable though. Well organized shelves, well lit, lots of options, helpful staff
