We could not have been happier or more impressed with Drew Hill, the manager of this Verizon store! My husband and I both had 3G cell phones on Verizon Pre-Paid plans that needed to be upgraded to 5G phones. Drew listened to our needs and concerns and found a solution to meet them that will enable us to keep and use the accumulated account balances. He sold us the accessories we needed but did not try to upsell to fancier phones. He also transferred our contact lists and photos to the new phones without asking and made sure we were comfortable with the new features. While he was carrying out several tasks related to our transaction, he was listening to every other conversation in the store, paying attention to two other customers waiting for him, and supervising two employees. We highly recommend Drew Hill and have given his business card to a friend who also needs to upgrade his 3G cell phone! Many thanks for exceptional service.

These folks are so helpful. They went above and beyond to help me, even when there was nothing in it for them.My Google phone stopped taking a charge, so I brought it in to this local store to see how to get it fixed. In the end I had to send the phone to Google: a process that would take 10 days. I really need my phone, so I was distressed about what to do. These folks rummaged around and found a phone they could loan me for 10 days! There was no new sale in it for them. They just took care of me. Cant say how much that loner saved me.This is an authorized retailer: not the cellphone companys own store. I dont know that Id get such good customer service at an actual cellphone company store. (Just my opinion.)

Drew was extremely informed and cool under pressure. He was working by himself and managed 5 different guests at the same time. He assisted me in selecting as well as setting up my new phone. With the information Drew shared with me, I was able to make a sound decision and select the Samsung s21. Drew is a total class act in salesmanship. Whatever you pay him, it isnt enough.

This is by far my favorite Verizon location to use. Theres rarely a wait and the staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Ask for Drew, he goes out of his way to help you out. Dealing with new phones and phone issues is never fun but it always seems to go easier at this location.

FABULOUS! Zak was lovely! His kind demeanor and friendly personality put my anxiety at ease. I was nervous getting a new iPhone, as I was upgrading from an iPhone 5s (yeah yeah, I know). I wanted to make sure that all my photos, contacts, music, etc was going to transfer and Zak made it so easy. I was in and out quickly. I cant believe how easily everything transferred over! I visited this store because my new phone required a different size SIM card than what I currently had. Drew not only supplied a new SIM card, he also transferred my apps, contacts, etc. from my old device to the new one for a very reasonable fee. He offered to erase the data from my old phone if I was willing to donate it to a Verizon supported charity which provides cell phones to victims and survivors of domestic violence. Drew genuinely seems to enjoy his position and was a pleasure to work with. I had no idea that this level of service was available and highly recommend this store to anyone needing assistance. This location is amazing!!!! I have come here multiple times for them to help me with problems with my phones and also helped me with my upgrades. They even followed up after my last visit to make sure my new phone was working correctly. Staff is always so friendly and helpful.

Employees at this location are excellent. We visited this store to start a new phone plan and walked out satisfied with our purchase. The manager is very knowledgeable about the products and went above and beyond to assist us with switching over our phone numbers and getting set up on the new plan. Both employees are welcoming, provide excellent customer service and never made us feel obligated to purchase anything extra. We highly recommend this store!

Zak was able to help me with my new Pixel I purchased last year. I purchased the liquid glass and my screen cracked anyway. I was never able to get in touch with anyone at the company but Zak gave me a refund on the liquid glass anyway on principle. Thanks Zak for all you do :)

They both stuck with me while my plan was being verified and helped me change my phone settings to best take advantage of Verizon’s plan. After having a horrible experience at the Grandview store, I drove over to this Lane Ave. location. Matt and Adam were there and they were extremely helpful. I wish there were more sales people like them. They truly cared about giving me as much help as they possibly could. They got nothing out of it, but they took their time helping me download the smart switch app and transferring my apps, photos etc from my old phone over to my new phone. They were super pleasant to work with. They even took the time to tell me about benefits that I was missing out on (promotions, etc) and looked at my account to see if they could save me any money. They went above and beyond and turned my bad day and mood around completely! Will ALWAYS go back to this location moving forward. Thanks again, guys. Came in to upgrade from my old iPhone 5. Max is very helpful and juggles several customers seamlessly. He assisted my husband when he needed help with gaining access to our Verizon account. Answered my questions about settings. The store was short on iPhone models since I had expressed a desire for the iPhone 7 and had to take an 8 at more cost because they had just sold the last 7. Would feel confident recommending my sales rep Max.
