I bought 1 bag of large shrimp on Nov 1, and went to buy another 2 bags today. the self-checkout cashier was told by the service desk girl that I could not use the digital coupon again; and took away 2 bags of shrimp from my shopping cart! that was absurd!The digital coupon stated “Redeemed Nov 1 - can use again” what it really mean was “Redeemed Nov 1 - can NOT use again”

It is painful for me to write the review. Been shopping at this Kroger since it was built - over 40 years ago. The staff at this store really friendly and helpful, and I feel badly for them. Corporate has decided to increase profits by forcing customers to use self-check out. The problem is, the self check out lanes are super small - they area is too small for medium to large grocery shoppings - they are better suited for 10-12 item quick trips. There is no way to even do a large shopping in self check-out unless you put items on the floor - it overflows. It’s a mess - I’ve tried and it is a total pain. They close all the cashier check out lanes to just one open lane - so shoppers have to wait in line 4-7 customers deep even when the store isn’t busy. Their other staff who would do cashiering are picking orders for pick-up and delivery customers. Kroger’s competition (GE) has regular sized self-check out isles that can accommodate larger orders. If this location doesn’t fix this, by adding more cashiers or larger self-check out lanes, they are going to start losing loyal customers.

The store floor is in disrepair. They are often out of stock of many items on my list. The employees are not friendly or helpful. The prices and coupons often dont ring up correctly. I live nearby and am concerned that it will impact property values. Its really that bad. I hope the company actually addresses these issues. If they dont want to fix the store, then please close it so another business that cares about their customers can take its place.

Poor food safety in the deli. No hand washing nor changing gloves. The meat was thrown over the case and hit the floor. I just walked away and left.

Visited Pharmacy and several other departments in the store. Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technician friendly and helpful. Supermarket items in stock and easy to find. Checkout cashier and bagger friendly and efficient. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Becky was outside today setting up pallets of Christmas wreaths and decor and was smiling and so kind. The most friendly employee I have ever encountered at this location!

This store is starting to look like the northern lights store until they closed. Went there today needing five items and only walked out with one, had to visit marc store across the street to get the other items, of course it came with a price. My advice, close the store, youre no good if you dont keep the shelves stocked.

I really like this store but theyve stopped in forcing the mask rule. Im in line right now and I see two customers with no masks. One lady is just standing in a checkout talking to the cashier and no one else want to stand in that line. The manager is at the checkout in front of me helping someone with a coupon and ignoring it.

Love the chain grocery store, generally, and this location was no exception. Though moderately busy, it didnt take too long to get through the check out line with an able cashier at this clean and modern site.

Stopped at Pharmacy- then shopped many areas of the store- had all sale items on my list. Very pleased with visit. Felt safety protocols were being followed. All in all, a pleasant trip in this coronavirus age!

Everything is easy to find the staff is always friendly it is well stocked

Went shopping just before noon. Shelves were well stocked, however, there were over 10 people waiting in line to get through the six self-scan stations which were the only check-out options open. There appeared to be no cashiers operating from their five or six stations in addition to the the fact that the store failed to open the other six self-scan stations. Consequently, this meant that only six out of a potential 16-18 check-out options were in use. It is unjustifiable and inexcusable under the current situation how this store can be operating in such a manner, therby inconveniencing and forcing 10 customers to have to wait in a single-file line whether they had two items or 20. If the store chooses to operate in this manner, they should advise customers of the wait when they first enter the premises.

Very close to my place so that is why I come very often. It has all the expected stuff and is well ordered and clean (even while its being remodeled). They carry a large selection of beer and wine so that is good. It has a pharmacy which is also good.

This is a decent Kroger. Checkout people are fabulous. Today it was Vikki and she was great!!! She gets 5 stars! The only reason I give the store 4 stars is because they seem to move everything around randomly. Im sure its not random to Kroger; rather, product placement. Sometimes short-term profit goals do not succeed long-term. Just look at Big Bear.

I went to the little clinic of this place waited half hour and found that they dont accept my Buckeye insurance. I want to pay cash and they said it is not allowed. Yet the staff was super nice and keep apologizing. She even helped to suggest some over the counter coughing drugs to me. I am impressed with her attitude.

Very poor service! Had a terrible time. Henderson Kroger is the absolute worst store I’ve been to. I asked the self-checkout associate where I can find a product. He was extremely rude, and said “You go find someone yourself!” in a condescending voice.

Store is infested with mealworms in their dry goods. Be careful buying pasta, cereal, flour, baking mixes,etc.

An employee named Faith helped me find Kefir drink that had been moved from the location where it had been for years. She wasnt sure where the new location was, but she checked with other employees who were able to direct me to the new location. All this was late in the evening when the store is on reduce staff.I have been going to this Kroger location for over 25 years and all of the employees have always been extremely helpful, courteous and pleasant. It is a great place to shop!

Friendly staff, weve done basically all of our grocery shopping here every week for the last 2 years. Consistently has what we need and at reasonable prices. Ive only had good experiences here.

Average krogers nothing special but nothing bad either

They have baby carriers! You can strap your car seat safely to a cart. Plus the customer service staff is awesome, the cheese lady is incredible, and there are people who know how to actually cut meat.The parking lot sucks, but thats usually the fault of the other drivers.Locals tip: If you just need the clinic, there is a secondary door east if the main for that is right next to the clinic and parking is easier.

Just shopped there and will not return. Store is too small and the majority of people that were shopping as well as workers do not practice social distancing.

This location has been under renovation for a while so things are in flux and moving around. In general though, this location has more amenities and greater selection than the location nearby at Dierker Rd. I typically go in, but Ive also used the order ahead pickup and thats worked flawlessly.

This is probably a smaller one compared to a Marketplace Kroger. It works for me though. Their pharmacy staff is actually very good to deal with. This store is in my rotation of stores I go to most often.

Very clean store with great customer service. The store is set up so you can find items quickly if you are a first time shopper. Great location with ample parking.

Havent had an issue with Kroger yet other than their delivery guys steal your order. Are too busy to respond to your request for a refund. The app sucks and I wish they actually cared about their employees and customers.

Home with a cold. Ordered in morning. Picked up in afternoon dressed in pjs. Aaron was awesome. I realized I had forgotten cold medicine. No problem, he went back in to get! Everything was as ordered...no broken eggs!

Been coming here for years but the attitude of your older meat and seafood clerk with the mustache might just make me shop elsewhere.I understand that the economy is hurting and people are stressed out but I don’t deserve to be treated so rudely when I ask a simple question if something is in stock. If he doesn’t like his job, he needs to retire and sink into senility.

Great meat and produce selection compared to other Kroger locations in the immediate vicinity. Shopping cart fleet could use a refresh. Parking lot has more potholes than I prefer. Staff is friendly and professional.

The employees are easily upset when customers request assistance. Management says many work doubles and become tired towards the end of their shifts.

My favorite grocery store and love love love their sushi!

Checked my receipt and most things I bought were not priced right. This store straight up robs people. How hard is it correctly price your items?!!??! False advertisement!!! You might want to hire someone that just price checks your shelves because its out of control. I may write a letter to the BBB and other relevant people because this is unethical.**EDIT**If you are on a tight budget and/or use coupons... This location isnt for you. Ive been to just about every location in the northwest area and this store is by far the worst offender for not matching the ticket price. Every time I shop here, its always something, and were talking up to $2 more per item than what the price tag says. I dont have time to price check EVERYTHING. Im actually wondering if theyre running a scam because its seriously that bad.

Every time there is always a problem. Rottenor moldy fruis or vegetables smashed bread missing items. Just one time it would be nice to have everything and not have it spoiled or destroyed. We are going to try giant eagle or Walmart to see if if its better.

Horrible. I dont understand why they feel the need to rearrange the store so often. I also dont understand the need to walk halfway across the store just to enter it after 10 PM. The store on Bethel doesnt do this and its less than a mile away. I would recommend going there instead. The staff is also much friendlier on Bethel as well.

It was 5:57 on Christmas Eve, and all I needed was baking soda. Knew exactly where it was. They had closed the entrance doors and werent letting people in.I asked them what time they close, and they said 6 PM. Wouldnt let me in. I had 3 minutes. Never coming here again.

This Kroger is consistently out of products and their produce department is abysmal. I live near this location so its very convenient to shop at but at least once a week Im purchasing rotten produce. Do not go to location when Bethel is so close.

I have lived near this Kroger for two years. What a disappointment!! The produce is rarely fresh, rarely stocked, and a complete mess when you go in there. The organic section is rarely stocked properly. There are multiple items that are consistently out and it takes weeks upon weeks for them to get the items in the store. The staff is generally rude. Sydney works self-checkout and is very rude. There are also several women at the customer service desk that should not be in customer service as they have no idea what it is. The managers...wow!!! What a bunch of lazy people!! One manager in particular is so lazy, that he will look for a cashier to assist a customer for 10 minutes, than wait on the customer himself. I rarely go here, I almost always go the Krogers on Bethel. I just think the company should be made aware of this, and maybe they can actually try to fix some of the problems at this store.

EXTREMELY LOUD ANCIENT FAN NOISE FROM BACK OF THE STORE & CANCER CAUSING, LUNG & SINUS DAMAGING DUST !It has been very frustrating that almost every time I shop there is no Luvsome Silica Crystal litter. That said, when I have managed to get some the last two times there were issues. Luvsome is a Kroger brand.Overall I like the store itself... but the issues with the litter, and the horrible noise coming from behind the store and invading my HOME and my Patio is getting me very very frustrated. I reported BOTH the noise issue AND the litter issue but neither seem to be getting resolved. For a company that seems to want a good reputation in the community, they don’t seem to care enough about the QUALITY of their product OR the noise coming from the ancient industrial fan in the back (roof?) Of the store. We reported the noise to the city but apparently not to the right person. I will very likely have to contact city council about why the city ORDINANCE regarding noise is not being enforced.The guy we spoke with who apparentlyis supposed to Deal with the noise ordinance issues made it seem like he was powerless to actually enforce it. He “talked to” Kroger, but then made it sound like it’s up to them - and then voiced his doubts that anything would be done because “they are thinking of closing this one in favor of a location on (Morse? Road). I spoke to someone else recently who told me that rumor has gone on for years and they still haven’t moved. Here is an idea for you Kroger, if you REALLY care about your community. FIX THE PROBLEMS and QUIT MAKING EXCUSES! (caps for emphasis, not yelling) I want to love your store but the issues are getting in the way!So the horrendous noise AND ... CANCER CAUSING DUST!Well.... I managed to find some of the silica Crystal litter,Luvsome (Kroger’s brand) but now the litter I loved is also starting to have issues. II did manage to post this on the page for Luvsome - I really hope Kroger cares enough to do something about the issues being raised.The last two times I managed to find litter at this particular store (which sadly it’s rare that I can get it because it’s never there when I shop the vast majority of the time ) the last 2 times the litter had quality issues. The first time, I reported it and the person who responded said they would get in touch with quality control. The bag had mostly the large crystals, but also had a lot of fine blue particles.... I wasn’t sure if it was silica dust or dye. I trusted the rep would get in touch with QC and that something would be done to ensure that the bags don’t contain the fine particles (which produced clouds of dust every time I stirred the litter)I managed to get another couple bags of the litter a few weeks ago. I didn’t need them immediately, but considering that they rarely have it when I need it, I bought them on the spot.Now it’s not just dust in the bottom of the litter, but the ENTIRE BAG is tiny tiny crystals a huge clouds of dust! There are a FEW large crystals instead of the whole bag being large crystals! I am SO frustrated! Luvsome silica crystals litter has been the only one I could find that had the right size of crystals and hardly any dust, as well as a decent price. Now the price has gone up $2 while the QUALITY (size of the crystals /dust) is going DOWN!Huge clouds of cancer causing, lung & sinus damaging DUST !The DUST causes lung problems, sinus problems and can cause CANCER! PLEASE FIX THE QUALITY of the Luvsome SILICA CRYSTALS LITTER or I will have to find an alternative! I will NOT sacrifice the health of myself, my family or my cats for litter!

First off its a very average Kroger. Really the only good thing about this place is the staff. Kroger in general is a disappointment for any foodie as they never carry anything interesting and have questionable standards on ethically sourced meat. But really this review is based on the “new” layout of the store. Its horrendous and whomever made that decision really dropped the ball on that one. If you looked up the definition of bad design this store would be in the dictionary. The dairy section of the store used to be open and easily navigable and now its a claustrophobic mess. Worse yet all the healthy food items were conveniently located in the same section but now they are mixed in all over the store. Just really bad choices from management.

Customer service desk staff (admittedly after it, but not the store, was closed) were surly and borderline rude when I stopped in to exchange an item for a like one bought in error. Otherwise unexceptional selection and arrangement of products. Do not recommend.

Love the place, with one hopeful request, during Ohio State Football games could you play the games over the in house audio? That would be heaven! Usually during the games the store isn’t too busy, and shopping would be a breeze! Ok, the occasional “Produce please call register 6 for pricecheck” would be there, but think of it.... 40....30....20...10..... Touchdown!! Ohio State defeats Xichigan, yet again... joyous noise ensues.. just think about it Kroger people.... you know who you are, and I’m just a loyal customer, nothing more...Update9-15-21…….And like you still haven’t gotten the OSU game on the radio, I would think Paul Keels would be proud, and 97.1 the Fan would be as well. Get the game on!! Who really cares about getting groceries when there’s a game on!!! Right?It could happen…

Not so great pick-up experience..

The cart guy is rude, and does not acknowledge that you are even speaking to him. I will be going to the other Kroger that is less than half a mile away on Bethel rd. And has better customer services.

Nice clean grocery store with great cheese and wine selection. Has an urgent care as well.

Kroger has fruit, vegetables, meats, cereals, breads, beers, juices, trash bags, paper plates, sea food, medicines, protein powder, not to mention many other things. Its like a grocery store.
