Incredible ustomer service. We were looking for an ice cream place at night and made it there right before closing and the two gentleman accommodated us and a group of girls after us. Every thing was delicious and so fresh. Definitely go check it out!

Been here for the first time.. good experience.. the way the ice cream is made is catchy and on the other end it’s neat and rolled in front of us,live.. good staff.. small and neat place.. menu has variety of items however I happend to try choco ice cream which tasted yummy. Overall good experience on pleasant evening.

Wowsa!!! Very “cool” experience that turned out to be a journey worth taking. The choices are endless, the combos unique and the results all seem amazingly good. Take their suggestions as is, tweak their suggestions or go “free-ze style” and make something up. The owner and people working their are a rare mix of fun, super professional and kind of ice cream artist with a cool vibe. Thanks for working your arms off to make this experience wonderfully memorable. Bring your friends young and old (too young and they may not appreciate the unique factor).

The owner was very rude. I brought my 3 babies in to get ice cream & he had the biggest attitude. I felt very uncomfortable. I didnt want to stay but I promised my kids ice cream, so I stayed but every second was irritating. Hopefully if I ever come back here, he isnt working. Very sad.

This is a nice stop on a hot summer day. The crew member was courteous and friendly. He waited patiently for my son to decide his order and then made it relatively quickly. Custom ice cream rolls take a little time to create. The result was quite cold and tasty. Stop by and try it.

This place is seriously awesome! Me and my boyfriend just stumbled upon it one night after dinner and it did not disappoint. We both got the seasonal apple pie rolled ice cream and they use an actual slice of pie! It was to die for— it tasted so fresh, and watching them make it was really fun! Overall the staff was really friendly, tasted great, and it was an awesome experience!

The most excellent ice cream! Rolled ice cream that they do right in front of u. Kind of like a hot plate, only in reverse. It is a super cooled surface that they spread and roll the ice cream on. Has my favorite flavor that I can never find anywhere......cinnamon! Only had it at my early childhood hometown dairy in Springfield Ohio. Been looking for it everywhere since 3rd grade!

Super delicious and fun to eat! Not too sweet, but can be if you’d like. They even have a dairy free option. Love the poster with the suggestion for topping and flavor combinations. Monkey business is my favorite! Bringing all of my friends and family here!

Waited for over an hour while I saw the workers push past my order to fulfill others even though I placed mine first. When I questioned them they shrugged it off and I finally realized that only one employee working knew how to make my order so they avoided it. I also saw people wait nearly 30 minutes to even get their order taken because again only one employee seemed to know how to do the codes on the register. After what seemed to be a manager arrived, things seemed to move more smoothly but overall it was a very bad experience.

Went there a few minutes before closing, so I cannot comment on the wait times. But the workers were great and the ice cream was delicious. A lot of options to personalize it and make it your own

Its a different way to have ice cream. The staff wasnt the friendliest, and the front windows were very dirty both inside and out. The work space seemed very clean. I think if they could improve the two areas mentioned above, it could be great.

Place isnt what it used to be when they first opened. New staff arent friendly. He takes my order but dont write anything down just stares at me.. then tell me to repeat my order.... then doesnt say anything to anyone, no hi welcome in or how are you or bye thank you.. Will be going elsewhere for rolled ice-cream from now on

Freeze Style is the only place you should go for rolled ice cream in Columbus Ohio. The staff is super friendly and the products are great! I love the oreo rolls. Delicious. Worth the trip. Also, you get a lot of ice cream for the price.

Was awesome experience

Ice cream was great. Staff was great. Music in the store was very inappropriate. While sitting there eating ice cream with my 11 year old daughter, the staff was listening to music that was talking about having sex and using the f-word. I had to get up and leave the store so my daughter didnt have to listen to it. Very disappointed. If you are going to serve ice cream, please make it a family friendly experience.

Fun place with unique ice cream. This was our first time trying the rolled version. Whats not to like? Everybody loves ice cream! Friendly staff and easy to read menu.I did not like how small the store was. Limited seating, and awkward seats. I didnt see a restroom, so thats an issue with me, as I have small children.Not really the fault of the store, but we experienced a very rude group of women allowing their older children literally run around in this tiny store. Really? I expected more manners being in this neighborhood.It will only get more crowded the coming summer months, so we will probably wait to come back.

Nice place great ice cream

It was my first experience here and it was nor good or bad. I didnt like that there were only college kids. I think if your promoting a brand for college students, it should be on campus. It took a long time to get my ice cream and had 2 graham crackers and a marshmallow on top. I think there should of been more toppings but thats just me. Went to try this place for the first time 8/14/20.. the online hours and sign on door states they open at 2pm.. we were there at 2:10pm and the place was closed!😔.. even tried calling after we left and no answer..

First time visiting Freeze Style in Upper Arlington. The experience is really neat and the ice cream is very good!! I will be back for sure. Oh wait... I came back the following evening. 😊

The flavor of the ice cream was great, but the texture is so weird. It crumbled all over the place. It wasnt bad, but I wouldnt go back.

The rolled ice cream was so good. My sister and daughter had it delivered to Riverside, it was that good.

First time visit, it did not disappoint, staff was very helpful and friendly, they seemed to really enjoy what they were doing and took extra time to explain everything and make us feel like valued guests, the ice cream was great, I love the suggested combos and the fact that you can tweak the recipe to create your own favorite combos. This is my new go to Ice Cream stop! Yummmmo!

Didnt buy anything because line was extremely long and service extremely slow. Every serving has to be custom made makes it impossible to accommodate a large crowd.

This place is pretty mediocre for an ice cream place. Dont come here if youre on borrowed time because it takes an unnecessary amount of time to put the ice cream in rolls. Im not really following the trend. Maybe their boba is good..
