Best place to buy a new bed!If buying a bed were just about ordering the average or most popular bed blindly you wouldnt even need to go to a store, but even if you end up in the typical bed its about the process of finding out what your needs are and being sure youre making the right choice.Michael took a lot of time to go over the build and construction of the beds so we understood which would hold up well over time. He also explained that all the floor models (except one, which he pointed out) were two to three years old so after many various people bouncing around on them it showed how much they would soften up over a period of several years.We ended up with the right bed for the right reasons, and feel secure because we tried all the options and we know theres a 120 day exchange even if we changed our minds later. What a great experience at Sleep Outfitters!

Bought our mattress from this place a few years ago, and it is still holding up really well. We paid a fair price for it, but it was definitely worth it. Only giving it four stars because the negotiation with the sales associate was kind of sketchy and he reneged on some promised discounts and then acted like he was doing us a favor when he gave them back.

This place is amazing! The personal service was among the best we have experienced anywhere for any product. We did not start out at this tore and we now regret it. Every time we returned to the store, Dave remembered us and the my wifes back issues. He spent quite some time explaining the mechanics and science of mattresses and especially Tempurpedic models. My wife usually will wake with a backache. We were able to try out one model for a month and a half and then, after a small restocking fee, Dave made a game-saving suggestion that alleviates her morning pain. The Luxe Adapt Soft did the trick. If, like us, you are not expert in mattress lore and you are particular about the feel and comfort of a mattress, this is the store to visit and Dave McKiernan is the person to see. Both deliveries were on time and made by people who were good at their jobs and very friendly.

Wes was great at explaining everything and directed me to a better quality mattress at less cost than the one I was looking at. He also got me scheduled for delivery on the day I wanted. I received both email notifications and a phone call right before delivery, as promised. The delivery guys were willing to move my mattresses around to accommodate the delivery, which they didnt have to do, and noticed that the queen box spring would not fit down the basement steps. Id forgotten to mention that to Wes, so in the end I kept my existing split box spring and the guys took the new one back and said Id be issued a refund. My husband loved the sleep he got that first night (it was his birthday) and now were just waiting for the box spring refund. Thanks for everything!!

I was recommended a $150 pillow so I thought I’d try it out. I went to a different store a couple days later to get it. Come to find out the pillow that was recommended to me was for bigger people and I’m petite so it really hurt my neck. All I wanted to do was exchange it for something smaller, it was only used for like 5 hours so I called the store that recommended it to me the next day. He told me he would but since I didn’t buy it at his store that he can’t. I called the store I bought it from (the store manager was really rude when I bought it so I figured he wouldn’t help) and he told me no and to call customer service so I called them and they told me it’s up to the store . I gave up and decided to call customer service again a few days later hoping to get someone that would understand that I spent that much money on something I can’t use and all I wanted was to exchange it for the same price and brand. He told me he would call the store I bought it from and see what he could do. He got back on the phone and told me since it’s been a week since I bought it there was nothing they can do. I said ok but I called the day after I bought it and was told no so I was calling again today. Pretty much the store apparently tells customer service how things are going to go because that’s exactly how it was both times. Mabye they shouldn’t be recommending stuff when they have no clue what they’re talking about and won’t exchange it. Probably a commission item for them.UPDATE: I thought it was worth a try to call Tempur-Pedic even though I didn’t buy it from them. I asked them if there was anything they could do because the company I bought it from wasn’t willing to help me and I explained everything that happened. The lady was soooo friendly and understood how frustrating that was. She spoke with her supervisor and THEY made it right even though the company I actually purchased it from wouldn’t. They sent me a FREE complementary pillow of a smaller size and told me I could just keep the original one I bought. Seems funny they’re willing to help even though this situation had nothing to do with them. Thank you Tempur-Pedic. Screw you sleep outfitters. Get it together 😊

Salesmen was very polite, however I felt as if he was trying too hard to sell me a bed. I wanted a pillow, had my brand picked out, and he kept trying to steer me towards sealy instead of the temperpedic, which I had set my eyes on before.He liked to talk but gave very little actual information on the product. Not a lot of substance to the sales pitch...Came in for info and help, felt like I had a guy pushing a sale i didnt want or need. Didnt get any useful information. Will not return to sleep outfitters, poor experience. Purchased the product based on my own research.
