This Arlington Center property for Public Storage is very well run by Arlene. She is always present and helpful to take care of any administrative or maintenance issues. I needed more space and she not only found new space for me, but it was also close to the 3 other units I rent. I purchased someWardrobe boxes and was going to drive my car over to load them up in my car... but instead she had walked them over to me. I had a great experience with Hema, who placed a lock on my storage unit when I was unable to get to the physical location. Great customer service and really nice employees!

Arlene was prepared for us, and the unit was quite clean. We had trouble with the lock they sold us, and it was replaced without any hassle. The new lock worked fine.

We had called ahead several days earlier to see if they had space since they were close. Everything was prepared when we arrived. Luckily information was on an I-PAd, but there was way too much stuff to have to review, Arlene showed us the unit which was vey clean, and we purchased some drying material. We also purchased a lock and locked up the building. The next day before moving I checked out the lock and it was not working very well. Arlene replaced the lock with no questions asked and it worked as it should. Do not know about long term consequences of storage there,

Wow what can I say. Arlene was one of the most kind hearted customer service employees I have ever dealt with. Nowadays customer service is often overlooked and not considered. This was the not the case with Arlene. She did every thing you could possibly think of to make a person feel like they belonged. When I moved into my unit it was a down pour and I had to leave my mattress out of the unit overnight to dry off. Arlene respectfully called me to let me know it needed to be moved. When I arrived I told her that some glass broke in my unit and Arlene went out of her way to provide a broom and dustpan to clean the mess. Most places wouldnt have thought twice to charge extra for the mattress being out over night. Arlene truly looks out for her customers and deserves an abundant amount of praise. You truly hired a saint Public Storage. This will be my first choice in storage from now on!! Thank you so much Arlene !! (:

Very nice area, I love the employees here very personable and friendly. As soon as I figure out this damn iPhone I’m going to give the young lady at the front desk a five star rating! She went above and beyond to make me comfortable and feel at home and show me the units there and even showed me how to use the machine. Sometimes I’m a bit not so tech savvy!!!

I picked this place because it was the closest possible storage unit to my apartment. It’s clean, and the people are nice, but I do think it’s a little over-priced. If you live in the area and don’t have a car, I highly recommend it, but anyone else might want to shop around.

This Public Storage (24342) is nice little secret! Tucked away in a cute little neighborhood youd have no idea it even was a storage facility! Great area and even better service! I came in today to pay my bill at the Arlington location and it was Arlene’s day off so Jenny helped me. I have never worked with her before and I was pleasantly surprised. She was very friendly and helpful and she helped me figure a few things out. I asked for her card so I could be sure and come in on the days she works. I love this location. A bit hard to find at first but I called and was promptly helped by Beth. Once I found the clean, well polished location, I was treated with the upmost respect and kindness. All of my questions were answered clearly, and the units and property are quite well maintained. 5 stars, 2 thumbs up!

This is a very nice facility in a pleasant residential area - quiet and convenient. The manager - Arlene - is very helpful and went above & beyond to help us with a move we made from her. We had some rain damage (leaky roof) a couple of years ago, but Arlene and the insurance provided through Public Storage paid the damage and repaired the roof.

At first, it seems like a great place. Its in the middle of a nice neighborhood, so there is less risk of people breaking in and stealing stuff. Other than that, though, theres not much to recommend it. The storage unit we have is made of concrete walls and floor and corrugated metal ceilings. The concrete is not waterproof and becomes very moist during rains.A few years ago, we moved into the unit and put our boxes in there. Within a few months much of what we stored was ruined by mold because the place was so damp. I mean, there were big mold colonies growing on the boxes, it was so bad. To top that off, the manager, who was initially nice and friendly when we moved in, had become uncooperative. We needed to throw some box material away (due to said mold) and she was very hesitant to let us use the dumpster. Apparently they rent out the dumpster to make additional $$$, leaving customers with nowhere to throw away their trash. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and not only because it came so soon after the company jacked up our rate by a huge amount.I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you dont want your stuff ruined, dont store it here. And dont listen to all the 5-star reviews. They ask you to leave a 5-star review shortly after signing up.
