Came in for a somewhat complicated series of printing, notarizing, and scanning a document, and the entire experience could not have been smoother. Prices were great and everything was easy.Really happy with the process, I would go back to this location.

According to UPS customer service this site would be able to provide packaging materials as well as pick the shipment up when it is ready and send it on its way via UPS; however after calling the store they informed me they cannot pick up packages and directing me to the 1-800 number for UPS which I had already called and was told to call that store to arrange pickup and shipping. Sounds like a run around in the making.Someone needs to update the facts with ups.com :(

Cant pull anything over the heads of these crack shipping experts so dont bother trying. They realized right away that my lasagna covered cat was trying to mail my lovable but dim witted dog to Abu Dhabi

I think this place is great. I ship a lot of USPS packages and this UPS Store always accepts my USPS packages and helps me package my items. Its always a really fast, efficient and professional experience. Im a fan.

Very rude staff, need to get notary service on a new born application OCI form but the staff clearly not aware nor interested and simply referring to other store, have clearly explained him and told my wife and kid is in car waiting outside they can come, it’s a form parent signed need to done and notarized but he didn’t even listen, have to take my wife and 6 month kids to the another Graceland UPS store, there lady was so humble she did it wonderful job..!

I had a great experience with the gentlemen at this UPS store for my package being sent 2 day return signature receipt with insurance. I had forgot the signature part and the employee didnt mind my request to start over with the transaction to add the signature receipt requirement. He also helped me with the door in and out of the store.

I went to the store with very confusing printing request but the person (William) who was helping me was very patient and helpful to get the job done. I made multiple visits and every time he was trying his best to help me out.

Rude, rude, rude. Went in to send an Amazon return. I printed a label to take with me but Amazon instructions said I need not package my return. Man at the counter said I needed a code (never needed one before - have done several returns this way.) He shoved the materials back across the counter and repeated his statement. I said ok and turned to leave and he shouted after me All you have to do is follow instructions. SOOO many other ways he could have handled this politely - sell me an envelope, actually look at the return so he would know what was happening and TRY to help. Customer service here is awful as per previous reviews.

Worst customer service ever. The system kept sending my packet to the wrong address twice and the manager and the staff had no sympathetic attitude toward my frustration. DO NOT GO THERE. Whatever your problem is they will add to it with their attitude, not listening and “deal with it” kind of approach

In this most recent review of our store with one star, I personally reviewed and searched for the name and no such person has shipped a package from our store and to my knowledge never used our printing services. The staff at this new store was personally selected by me from other stores in the Columbus area to give the best service to the UA market. Any issues should be addressed to the manager for prompt resolution . They are the best of the best when it comes to customer service. I guarantee it !

I would definitely recommend this store for shipping and printing needs The special printing of banners (graduation, etc) were an extra feature that may be of use for both businesses and special events.

I was at this store yesterday, with a bunch of Christmas presents that needed to be packaged and shipped. I came in feeling very overwhelmed with all of it, but the guy who worked there (cant remember his name) was so friendly and helpful and never made me feel like I was inconveniencing him in any way (which I have felt at some other UPS locations in the past). He smiled, and helped box everything up and apply the labels and get them on their way. I left feeling happy and as cheesy as it sounds, I could feel that holiday spirit. I will never go anywhere else again for my packaging and shipping needs, and I am recommending this location to my friends and family as well.

I was home all day waiting for a package. The delivery driver never rang the bell. A note was left and re-delivery was never attempted. I had to drive out to the store to pick up my delivery despite calling in and requesting a re-delivery. They told me they would attempt a second delivery and would ring the bell this time. They never did. This isnt the first time something like this has happened. Theyve lost my business and my familys.
