My experience too started out good, and just went downhill from there. Andy sounds like he knew what he was doing on the phone, he would have no problem getting the graphic on in a timely manner once approved, but thats not what happened. I had to email them to see what was going on multiple times. Terrible communication between Andy the owner and the designer, and the customer! Once I approved the proof, I had to reach out again becuase I hadnt heard from them in two weeks. I promptly mailed their check. I then had to e-mail them again ten days later to see if they got it and were planning on scheduling a time to come out and place the graphic. They just gave me a day, no time, nothing. When I showed up to work the morning of the install, they placed the graphic on the WRONG WINDOW! No, this was not a huge job for this company, so maybe thats why they lacked in customer service. But i think even smaller jobs the customer deserves some courtesy!
