I decide to go with Fusion for a full install on my Grand Cherokee of door speakers, two amps and a two 15 in subwoofers. They put in a system that literally shakes my car. I wanted bass and I got massive bass!! During and after the install I had a ton of questions for Cameron and he was patient with me and did an excellent job of explaining things.Here is a one month update. The sound coming from my door speakers was unimpressive so I went back to Cameron with my concerns. He told me that he turned them down to protect them from being blown out. Eventually I had another shop tuned my amp and take out the bass in my door speakers. Wow! It definitely made a difference. Cameron did a great job of recommending and installing my system. Even the guy who tuned my amp admitted to that. Im giving him three stars because of the following:1)$) I wanted a loud system. Why would he turn down my speakers without consulting me? 2) The speakers were covered in dust because he didnt clean them off during installation.3) the box he put the speakers in was old and not the correct fitting box.4) I wasnt given an itemized list of the cost to put in the system. He literally did the number in his head. Make sure he gives you an itemized list of the cost to put in your system or walk away. The guy who tuned my amp gave me an itemized cost based off what I had put in my car and it came out to be around 350 dollars cheaper. Again ask for a cost break down or go to a shop that will provide you with one.

Im so glad I called fusion auto sound, they totally saved the day for me. I needed a new radio/CD player wired up, and I had done all the prep work besides the actual wiring. Not only did they get me the parts I needed, but they dropped what they were working on and wired up the new radio harness for me. Its been a long time since Ive experienced this kind of customer service. I am so thankful for these guys and I highly recommend!!

I usually never leave reviews but was so impressed, I felt that I had to this time. I used Fusions website to inquire on a remote starter on Sunday. By Monday morning, Cameron had promptly called me back. I explained that I live in the Twin Cities and needed a remote starter to be installed on my dads vehicle. My 70 year old dad lives in the Des Moines area and speaks limited English . Cameron was very professional asked a few questions and guided me to the best and most economical model to meet my dads needs. Cameron scheduled my dad for a Wednesday appointment and it took less than an hour from start to finish. My dad was treated very professionally and Fusion made the process so easy. This morning I received a call from Cameron informing me that my dad had dropped his debit card on the floor when he was there. I really, really appreciate this. My dad said the remote starter works well and he looks forward to using it regularly. The level of Fusions customer service is outstanding.

I had 2 P1s Rockford fosgate 10 inch subs and a 500 watt amp they installed for me and my remote start did a great job.

I had to have a breathalyzer installed in my car and this place was close to my house. obviously i didnt have a valid license as i needed the breathalyzer to be driving. i drove straight from my house to this guys shop. the owner told the police i dropped it off myself and i was ticketed. this guy is a real jerkoff, dont give him your business.

I walked in not knowing anything about sound systems and they helped me pick a radio and speakers that I have enjoyed since the day I got them. I look forward to driving because of these incredible speakers. They were very fast when it came to installation (a little over an hour). I had no problems afterwards and couldnt have been more happy with how it turned out. The man that helped me was informative and polite. If you plan on getting a remote start or new speakers installed on your car I would choose Fusion Auto Sound 10 times out of 10.

Way to expensive, I think they charge to much for installing a remote starter system on my vehicle ; over $400..I notice that few days later searching the web the same system cost $120, basically they charge me almost around $280 for labor, I though that was a good deal.I kind a disappointed.

I would highly recommend anyone to find another location for any electrical work or Intoxalock work. They flat out refused to calibrate my Intoxalock when the shop was still open for another 40 minutes even though the process takes no more than five to ten minutes to complete. I also noticed a number of electrical issues that started with my car after I had left it there overnight for a calibration including speaker disconnects and rear window defrost stopped working. If I could have rated it 0 stars I would have. The owner responded to this review and denied this incident claiming that I needed to contact Intoxalock first even though the calibration had already been scheduled with the store at that time. If I could share a screenshot of my call log I would but alas... I cannot. The only reason I hadnt brought up the other issues was because I had no proof and didnt trust the shop not to make other problems for me if I did.

I had this place as 5 stars as most of the time I deal with them for intoxilock they have good service. However, I called recently and had a few questions. The gentleman I spoke with acted like I was already supposed to know the answers to them somehow. Was COMPLETELY RUDE! I wont ever be going back here for service. And if youre not sure of something make sure not to ask them or they might blow up on you and make you feel like a complete idiot. I wish I could h give them negative stars.

Excellent service! I purchased a remote starter for my wifes car. They told me it could take 2 - 3 hours (if there were problems) but had it done and I was back on the road in 1 hour. They asked me questions about what I was looking for and told me both the pluses and minuses of my choice. One of my co-workers is thinking about a remote starter and I will let her know of my highly positive experience with Fusion Auto Sound.

I had to have a interlock ignition device put into my car for a DUI, Intoxalock had me set up with Fusion Auto Sound. they put the device in my car and ever since my keys have been getting stuck in the ignition and the car will not turn off. when I had my car taken in to have it removed I let them know what was going on. they told me they had nothing to do with my IGNITION not working... even though they PUT IN and TOOK OUT an IGNITION interlock devise. they would not fix the problem they made, because before i had it installed this never happened once. I do not recommend these people they dont know what they are doing.

Paid them over $470.00. To install good quality backup sensors. They charged me $250.00 for crime stopper backup sensors that cost $25.00 on the Internet. That do not work as promised. Would not remove the sensors to get my money back as they said they would. Setup to install 4 sensors and only installed 2 they said 4 would not fit but still charged me for 4. Looked up information on the Internet and found where you can install 4 sensors on my jeep Cherokee sport. Scheduled another appointment for the other 2 sensors to be installed. Still not working as promised. Looked up model/brand of the sensors which were listed on the payment receipt and that is when I found out they only cost $25.00. My recommendation is I dont recommend using this business. Would not work with me on the price of the sensors that they gouged up by $225.00.

Ive never had a business open their doors on a holiday just to help me but thats exactly what they did today. I live in rural North Central Iowa and due to the cold was needing an auto start for my mothers car. Explain to them she had a part-time job daily with the post office and had to get out every day in the cold to drive to the office she works in and with her age I was very worried. We met him there and within an hour we were out of there. Excellent friendly service. you guys truly Rock thanks again

Scheduling an appointment should mean the work will be done in the time quoted, not the the car sitting outside, with the work not even started when the owner shows up at the quoted time to pick up and pay. Took my money down the road to Car Audio and got in same day, without an Appointment, with a better product for less money, and work was finished ahead of scheduled time to pick up (even though they were squeezing me in). If customer service is important to you, avoid Fusion Auto.

Had multiple cars taking here to get a security and remote start installed. They did an excellent job. Very happy with the install, nice and clean. Also the job was finished within the time frame I was quoted. Will be a repeat customer.

I’d complain about the customer service, but there wasn’t any.I was greeted in a reasonable amount of time, but that is where any sign of customer service ended. I told the gentleman I was looking for coax 6 1/2” Type R’s & he told me they don’t carry Alpine. I said okay, do you have anything that is comparable? Yes, Diamond something. So I walked to the display & asked, is that this one? No, it’s above that. Physically above that was component speakers, so I’m not sure if he meant the component or something that wasn’t on display. At this point he was looking something up on the computer, I thought for me (because I was in the store, asking questions & such), so after about a two minute uncomfortable silence I asked if I could listen to the speakers & I was told the display wasn’t working (clearly, because there was no head unit in it). Might wanna put, “fix the display”, on your bucket list.Went a mile down the road, listened to everything I wanted to & picked out some speakers.

Im VERY HAPPY with my new amp and speakers. Professionally installed. Great customer service.

Got me in real quick every time I needed device serviced. Was always a quicker stop than I planned. Had a problem with my truck starting, but that was on intoxalocks end, shop replaced the relay no charge to me and got me back on the road.

Having bought my new Sierra truck I really didn’t notice how.bad the bose system sounded.I went to fusion because I drove by and was curious about this company.I wanted some bass and clarity.I have always liked car audio These guys hit a home ruin with my set up..From remote start to everything in between I have never heard a system like mine ever .

Got a remote start just installed about 2 days ago and it works great! No problems what so ever and great customer service. Will go back whenever I need something done to my car.

Had them install an aftermarket backup camera kit that would work with the OEM sat-nav system for my European car. Despite not being a product they carried, and I had ordered it from the UK, they were very helpful- first in looking at the installation manual PDF to provide me with an estimate, and then to actually doing a superb job installing it. Very professional- would use them again if needed.

Had them do a stereo on my 30 Regal Cruiser boat and WOW!!!!! Did it hit hard!! Two tens and 4 6x9s. These guys know what they are doing. Best part is they installed a digital amp and that allowed me to be able to crank stereo all day with no worries of boat starting due to the added efficiency. Highly recommend and knowledgable guys!

I’m a 20 year old woman and the owner made me cry multiple times after I tried to explain to him why I was upset with the work he did. He installed a backup camera in my car, but neglected to tell me that the backup camera would cause half of my steering wheel buttons not to work, as well as make my aux cord and charging ports completely unable to function. He continued to tell me that it wasn’t his job to tell me these things— as if a 20 year old female was just supposed to “know” this would happen. Anyways, NEVER going back.

I went in this morning to pick up my car after having it serviced. Im not sure if it was the owner that I dealt with, however if it was, that is very sad. He was probably the rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I have NEVER walked out of a place feeling so low. I would never recommend this auto shop to anyone I know, and I will absolutely never step foot in there again. Its really not that hard to be nice. Every other auto shop that I have experienced were always so friendly, and the customer service amazing. My experience with Fusion Auto Sound took me by an unpleasant surprise.

Extremely positive experience. Prices were very reasonable. My install was in a motorhome and involved a back-up camera. Cam and his team worked through unexpected compatibility problems with my existing backup camera, figured out a solution and was extremely fair in discussing additional cost for the added work. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

These guys did an outstanding job on what I would consider a relatively complicated install to bring my car into the 21st century (navigation unit with custom mounted USB/AUX/HDMI inputs, backup camera, remote start, diagnostic utilities, etc). They were incredibly easy to talk to, unlike a lot of places that tend to talk down to the less knowledgeable. On top of all of this, their prices were very competitive. I would have payed roughly the same amount to have some part time kid to do a slapdash job at some big box store, and still not end up with half of what I wanted. I would gladly do business with them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

They stand behind the products they sell. I put a set of LED low beam headlights in a Corvette and they are WAY brighter than the HIDs it still has for the high beams. I definitely recommend Fusions LED kit over the HID kits you can buy on the internet.

After having to have a Intoxalock put in my daughters car from a DUI. The unit began having trouble. Her and my husband showed up at 4:30 pm they close at 5 and they were told they did not have time to take care of her. Then my husband said this place is a disaster, and the man said you (to my daughter) are the disaster for the OWI. Very rude individuals at all. she called Intoxalock to complain and they said a lot of people have complained on them, and they are changing her service location. Would NEVER RECOMMEND THEM AND THEY NEED TO LOOK UP WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS.Funny part is took it to place in Grimes and 15 minutes in and out. No dash pull out.Your response is bull and you are a horrible business man. obviously you have to monitor google post. I came in to pick something up once for my daughter and your business presence was horrible. You will never see us again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!THEN TO TOP IT SHE WENT TO GRIMES AUTO REPAIR 1-29-2018 AND THEY SAID THE UNIT WAS INSTALLED ALL WRONG AND THEY ARE HAVING TO REINSTALL.ALSO FUSION SOUND REMOVED MY COMMENT ON GOOGLE. 110% satisfaction. When I went into Fusion I had made up my mind for what I was looking for. I had been to two other places down the street and downtown only to be quoted prices for the type of product I was looking for. Cameron at Fusion went out to the vehicle to see trunk size etc. then asked me What kind of power are you looking for? and asked questions on what I wanted to hear and not so much about a particular product. He educated me more on the sound output and what is needed for maximum sound. He put one 10 P/3 (1/3 of RMS watt of my old Fosgate T2) in a custom built box for the trunk and this sub sounds better and louder my old Fosgate T2 1500rms 12. I showed Cameron the T2 and right away he noticed the box I had it in was just a $40 prefabricated box cut to hold a 12 sub but not built for max performance. The T2 was a 600.00 sub and the guys downtown just put it in a cheap box. I only wish I had known about Fusion 6 years ago. Everybody that has listened to my system now is impressed when I pop the trunk only to find one 10 sub. Most think there are 2 back there. I only had 2 must haves and Cameron delivered. 1) thin box not taking much room and easy to take out if needed; 2) clear clean bass with enough power to sound like there is a system in the car. Not only am I a permanent customer of Fusion but I have already became their biggest promoter for their service and quality of work.

Terrible customer service, we had a remote start installed here and I paid $526 after tax. After the install the car would shut off when opening the door, they claimed that this was a safety feature and was rude when we had questions about it. They didnt even offer to fix the problem, just took our money and shooed us away basically. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!
