Connor was very knowledgeable on all products. He listen to what we wanted, and made sure we got what we wanted. Definitely going back to his store every time

Shannon was great! Very knowledgeable and no-nonsense. We were in and out in record time (many times we have been in the store for over an hour getting everything done and ready). I just need to return for the fast charger adapter that fits on the cord. I didnt understand that the cord would not have a plug-in. I hope Shannon sticks around!

I dropped my phone leaving my place of work at 6:30 the other night. I knew this location was still open; but closing at 7- so I rushed in, asked what the chances were of getting a new phone and within 15 minutes we had picked one out and had my contacts transferred over! The staff were friendly, and extremely helpful considering this was right before their scheduled closing time! I switched from android to apple and Connor was so helpful to show me how to navigate my phone, and also let me come back the next day to finish up transferring of photos etc. . I love this store and US CELLULAR!

We went in to US cellular to get a phone for our daughter. This would be her 1st phone ever. We were greeted nicely and helped promptly. We discussed why we were there (to add a line and get a phone) and Romell explained some of the best options that could possibly work for us. We didnt want to spend a lot of money and in the end our bill will only go up $15 for the extra line. The process was kind of lengthy and took awhile as we were changing phones around between myself, son, and daughter. Romell kept us entertained and chit chatted while we waited.

The gentleman was very sharp when downloading my photos and messages from my broken phone which only had about a half inch of screen but was very important to me. he was friendly and went way beyond what his job description required of him. even at the end of his day he still joked with us heard our stories and never once looked at the clock even though we was running past store closing .very good at his job and would highly recommend him to anyone that was looking for a new phone

Pleasant comfortable experience. She answered all my questions and she knew the answers. No wait no looking up on note pad etc. she put me in a better plan than my previous provider and helped me get the plan and phone that fit.She set up 2 phones and an iPad faster than I expected for 1 phone. If something wasn’t acting right she took the time to make it right.I have no doubt if I have questions or problems in the future she or someone at that location will take care of it.I left the office feeling comfortable and satisfied with the transaction.

I didn’t catch their names, but the two gentleman working today (one being new) were excellent & replaced my cracked screen protector no problem. Great customer service! Thanks again guys!

This place is a joke! Nearly EVERY is cellular place I walk into IGNORES you!!!! This one had 3 sales associates working.. 2 of them were with customers the 3rd was just messing around at the counter. I didnt get a greeting when I walked IN or OUT of the store... I about said THANKS FOR YOUR GREAT SERVICE as I walked out!!

Helpful staff even when I was in there canceling my service. It was great cellular service except I travel out of their home area too much and kept bumping their data limit when out of state.

Bought new motorola Z2 phone Jan. 15th 2019 and went bad by Marrch 20th. display would not accept apps, nubers would not work,always says system not responding restat. 10-15 times a day. There rep. Bonnell (?) tild me it was all our fault and they could not do anything about it. (What happened to the customer is ALWAYS right. Logged for 6 weeks daily 10 -15 times aday of problems and restats. Brought back and al they say is I don,t know. Rep. raplaced phone and i asked for a new one and they gave me refurbished and did not tell me. Kept bring back and logging 6 weeks and all i get is I dont know . all system not responding app buttons not working or pulling up different app than pushed. After 6 weeks they gave me a new phone, i was told as good as or beeter. My last phone was 64GB the better phone 16GB, only 1 camera and the other pgone had 2. phone did not have enough storage for even my apps.Outlook would not load on it. Called by agian and asked for Moto Z2 (new) and they set me up as new one. Did not tell me it was not new, it was refurbished, and more problems than the other 2 Z2s. The customer service is worrible, the most popular thing they say on almost every question is I dont know) Mty opion is if the company wasnt providing the phone i would definantly use a different carrier. I give a 1 since you cannot go below that.

They dont offer as much a corporate store, but I like the location in Waukee. They have a wide selection of phones and accessories. I have been there once, service was okay. Just stopped by to purchase a charger.
