Great company and staff! I had 2 blankets that I needed embroidered for my friend who just had a baby. At the time they were to be finishing my blankets, their machine had a glitch and was down for a few days. In the meantime, they found another embroidery company and borrowed their machine to finish my blankets in time! Such an awesome customer service experience and the blankets turned out perfectly! AND, their new machine was arriving as I was picking up my blankets, so they are up and running, again! I will definitely use them in the future, and will refer everyone there who is looking for this type of service. Very happy customer, right here!

Their staff, particularly Dayton Dean have provided expert engraving and customized rulers for my applications in biomedical photography that are used throughout laboratories in the US and in several foreign countries. I had used other engraving businesses both locally and on the internet with only headaches and poor craftsmanship. Custom Awards & Embroidery are second to none and one of the least expensive I have utilized in the 33 years of my Biomedical Products for Educational Photography business.
