I would never want to come back the this place I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone. I purchased a bed set from them got it delivered. My payment once late which I get it but they just showed up at my house saying I need to make the payment right know he wanted to fallow me to the bank so they can get the money he threatened and said he we’ll take the stuff that’s fine I told them I’ll make the payment on Monday since it was a weekend he came. I said after work before you guy close I we’ll come he came while I was at work my house and told my mom he we’ll call the cops that is very unprofessional and uncalled for I wouldn’t recommend even to a homeless person to this store😡😡.

Their philosophy is that customer happiness is their top priority. It is false advertisement. The store manager which is the face of the store and the role model of the store. The store manager is unprofessional and should get training on how to treat EVERY CUSTOMER, no matter who they are. I Would NOT recommend this store to anyone! 😡😡😡

Do not waste your money with these people. They are shady and dont do a damn thing to work with you. I had spoken to Heather and told her my mother was ill and in the hospital and I would be in with some kind of payment. Today we had some errands to do and we hadnt even been home for a half hour. I was getting ready to make a payment when RAC showed up. They wanted stuff back fine whatever I am not going to fight. They got there bed frame but in the midst of getting their merchandise back put a hole in our box spring. When we told the manager about it he said oh lets just call it a wash.. meanwhile we now have a broken box spring. They are completely unprofessional!!

They do alot of talking... Not every helpful. Did have a new TV wanted to give us a used tv... They want to much info to be giving out used stuff...

Me an my boyfriend purchesed a king size mattress from them. For the longest time our payments were on time . every saturday we make a payment . that followin monday they are blowin up our phones lettin us know we have a payment due next saturday. Than around after christmas time we got behind we managed to pay them up to make our payments all caught up .they demanded 126 dollars an wouldnt take anythin less at that time or else they were gonna take back my bed or press charges. Part of that 126 dollars was my next week payment that wasent even due yet. I asked if they would work with us just this week untill bc we are going To pay them off come tax time. They are bugs i will never rent to own anythin again .had they worked with us an other people around holidays. an not be bugs right after people pay them there money .i think if a person is all caught up on payments u should not be callin my phone 48 hours later . Maybe i would deal with them longer if they werent bugs but here in the next week in half im payin off my bed an will be done with them im sick of them callin my phone . next time i will jjust out right buy somthin in full its not worth the scam an aggeravation
