Picked my car up from the scene of the accident, handled my claim from start to finish. Made a terrible situation so much better. Car is as good as new!!!!

I had a terrible accident and the owner of this establishment is rude and unprofessional. They charge $45 a day to keep your vehicle even though they are CLOSED during the weekend, they still charge!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would never recommend these services to anyone. I own a business in the Utica/Rome area as well and I am appalled at how I witnessed them treat a client in front of me when I was picking up my car. The owner is rude, racist and completely uneducated. I will be filling a complaint much higher, I intend to shut this business down for good as a racist you should NEVER be a business owner.

Id give 0 stars if I could. The driver was called for my sister in law and took over $180 to tow her less than a mile!!!! No receipt, no explanation. Car still ran, just needed a jump start, considering reporting to the BBB...beware this company.
