After hitting a deer and it causing some serious damage to my car I found out about these guys online and saw their great reviews and now I know why. They did an amazing job with my car it looks exactly as it did the day I bought it from the dealer. Repair was a little timely but thats to be expected when youre doing such high quality of work. And they only use genuine parts which is even better. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for damage repairs.

I highly recommend Whitesboro Frame and Body! Customer service is superb. When I brought my vehicle over, I really appreciate that they explained how they are going to fix my Jeep. They were very helpful and even went out of their way to bring my car to a professional who does rust proofing since I wanted one and they didn’t have rust proofing services. Someone smashed into my car while I was doing some business and sped off before I got to my car. I was suggested Whitesboro Frame and Body by my insurance company and Im glad I went to them. Between one of my jobs and the other my car was parked and became involved in a car accident with two other cars. Some people have all the luck, I know. Every body panel on the drivers side was damaged. I called some folks I usually have do my maintenance work and said, Im in Utica. My car is driveable but the side mirror is gone (so not legally any good). I need a rental like now where do I take this car? Without hesitation I was told Whitesboro Frame. I called, explained my.urgent situation, got right in. They took some photos, drew up a rental contract that would work for my needs. I was only a half hour late for work and that was due to the time it took to give everyone my info and wait for the cops.These guys were extremely thorough, kept me up to speed with anything and everything that came up and even put up with my fussiness regarding some work that they did with the driver door. They worked well with my insurance and kept me out of the annoying parts of the process for the most part, which I found to be incredibly refreshing.Mike, Bill and everyone Im the office proved to be some of the most curteous, friendly and understanding folks I have ever put my car in the hands of.If and when someone calls me and asks where to take their car for collision repair I know for sure what I am going to say, Whitesboro Frame!

Wow!!! Just picked up my car. The body work is outstanding. Looks like new! They even cleaned my car inside and out AND gave me a tote bag. Great place. Some idiot backed into my truck 5 days after I got it. Not only did they make it look brand new again, they washed it and cleaned the interior. They have a rental car place on site and they deal with the insurance company for everything.

If u need excellent quality work and an honest, knowledgeable staff to do the work, THIS is the place to go. Cannot thank then and recommend them enough.
