Just recently started going here and absolutely love it! Never have to wait long very nice man always takes care of me and even told me about printing labels there so it’s more convenient for me! Highly recommend

My wife had a package to send to a family member who is currently living in Sri Lanka. Due to Covid concerns, USPS would not handle her package. A friend recommended DHL. She looked up DHL and found the ShipRite office on Utica, NY that would take her package. Her clerk was wonderful.There was a problem with her shipping address. There are 2 villages near each other, USPS delivers to one, DHL to the other. After discovering the problem her clerk explained the issue and cheerfully took the extra time to find the correct village and get the package on its way. ShipRite and this clerk are commendable.

Not too impressed with this place; I brought down items to get packed & shipped on a Thursday, and now it’s Monday and they still have not been shipped yet. So I call them to ask what’s going on, and they tell me they haven’t even been packaged yet!! They claim they are waiting for the right boxes to come in; you think I would have been told THAT after paying $180 for their services! What’s worse, I was never informed about this delay; no phone call at all. I had to call THEM to find this out. I am NOT HAPPY!

1st class convenient way to ship a box the USPS wanted an exorbitant fee to ship across the country. Gave me a much cheaper UPS rate.

Shiprite is awesome. This new store is just beautiful, with tons of free parking right in front. Its a little South of RiteAid and in the back of the bank. Great service, knowledgeable staff and good people. I ship all my eCommerce from there.
