I love Big Lots, they always have beautiful furniture and home decor alongside of a cooler section . Also a wide variety of drinks and snacks and much more! There is a lot more there also toys and car stuff. You name they just might have it.

STORE IS always Dirty, floors look like the employees dont care.. weather store is clean or filthy bathrooms are barely usable cant sit down and sometimes cleaning supplies are left in bathroom,, Big lots should take an inventory of quality over quantity and work ethics within their emply..

Knew what I was looking for when I went in, and the Associate who helped me wasnt familiar with the furniture department but was 100% into helping me find the chair that I was comfortable with...I was in and out in less than 30 minutes!!

Absolutely love Big lots had coupons from there and saved a lot of money and buying furniture thank you Big lots

Usually the workers are nice and polite but not this time I went in for the freebie hand soap and the cashier was very rude she said rudely youre not buying it I said no its free she rolls rolls her eyes and says put your number in when normally they just ask me for my number and they put it in. I wanted to pick up my sisters also so shes says another one then scoffs. And says its a dollar Im like ok its free that annoyed me dont get mad because you at work keep your attitude in check you can get a freebie too just sign up. 😡

I bought towels, washcloths, a toy for my kitten and some Siracha Chili Garlic sauce that is hard to find. The store was organized yet there were parts that looked like it was under reconstruction. There were quite a few good deals on coffee pots and furniture. The lady who cashed me out was very friendly and helpful. Thank you Jasmine!

This particular store is crowded. They have more merchandise than the space required to display it all. But Big Lots is a store full of treasures with very reasonable price tags.They have everything from food to furniture.Its handicapped accessible. The associates are friendly and helpful.

Big Lots is located about a mile from my house, yet I seldom go there. However when I do venture in looking for a specific item, I often come out with more than what I went in for. Great finds most times, but today the store was poorly stocked, likely due to the COVID-19 pandemic

North Utica Big Lots is always packed with goodies. Incredible variety of summer patio items and massive amounts of other cool items. Also the prices are softer at this location rather than the terrible New Hartford location.

I stopped to shop and use the restroom this afternoon. I have a medical condition that prevents me from wearing a mask. My son and I were only allowed to enter if we wore one. We were 2 hours from home and needed to see the rest room. This violates HIPPA and the ADA. I cant believe we experienced this directly from Michael the manager. I stated that I was unable to medically tolerate and get did not care.

We were looking for mens socks and underpants, and jolly ranchers but did not find 2 of the items. I think that we may have just gone in during their seasonal changes because some shelves were quite bare.

Its okay. Prices are nice, and the do have some good sales at times. I only have a 3 because the last few times I have stopped in for a specific item... They havent had it. ie: color catchers, and (yesterday) rock salt.

I go weekly and lately then have had a lack of employees and customers have to wait more then ten minutes to get checked out we waited almost 20 minutes . They have made it cleaner and the employees are acting nicer.

Nice store. They have a variety of things from food, candy, kitchen, bedding, laundry, bathroom, auto, furniture. I think they purchase left overs or damaged freight loads, as somethings they discount are damaged and they seem to have alot of older or items that have been out for awhile that other stores stopped carrying.
