The windows are just beautiful and matched my existing windows perfectly. The quality is very good! The price was much better than anywhere in the area.

Window town installed 5 windows for us about a year ago and the finished work looked like children did the job. They walked in our home with wet shoes, smoked cigarettes on the outside of our home while installing the windows.Trim work fell off the windows, the windows were scratched and the calking was absolutely amateur.I was told the job was finished and to sign a little ipad, not being told what I was signing.When we started to inspect the work it was noticeable how bad it was - but because they were in such a rush to leave, it was too late to address.When we called Tom Swift, the sales rep - he came out the next day and came up with excuse after excuse. Stating we signed off on it - instead of clearly seeing how poor the work was. No real craftsmen would live by the “sign off” but rather the craftsmanship.We fought them on the payment over the last year as we did not feel we should pay for such horrible work. Tom would call and text us inappropriately and sometimes late at night, seemingly in an altered state of mind.Finally it got so bad that he actually apologized for his behavior and he went away. We thought it was resolved until we looked at our bank statement, to find that they had taken our previous payment information and made the rest of the payment on our behalf.The owner, David Perkins refuses to contact us and make this right, continually pointing out that we signed off on the work. Taunting us to take him to court.These people are absolute criminals and scum bags to put it lightly. I wouldn’t recommend them to an enemy, let alone a friend.

Has 15 windows installed after a 4 month wait due to covid 19. Installation was fantastic. Installers were very professional. Cleaned up nicely. Looking to put in 16 more.

Company does not live up to ad for $309 windows installed. One small window was $709 which they say add-ons are mileage, hauling away old window which there is none and trimming which dont need. Dont go there.

Work for them and am proud to.Owner trained me in installation and adhering to all Covid regulations.Been in construction 20 years and it is the best company I have ever worked for

Window Town is absolutely THE best company to deal with ! From the prices, people, and quality of the windows to the installation, we are so impressed. Tom Swift is absolutely so professional and knowledgeable . I love the fact that they are straight forward. There are no lengthy sales pitches and the prices are exactly what they advertise. No hidden fees. We had other estimates and people come.. and they could not compare. Do not even waste your time with others. These are seriously the best windows. Service so far is amazing, very knowledgeable reps, decent pricing as there isnt a middle man to go through since they make their own windows.Still awaiting install of windows, will update after.UPDATE: Windows installed. Quick fast and painless. Had 1 basement window come cracked, was set for a warranty claim. Only complaint is that the warranty claim took one month longer than stated, with no updates from the store, had to call in multiple times to ask.

Working with Window Town of Utica was a much better experience then with other local window companies. None of the hard selling tactics, I even needed a custom cut door and I thought pricing was very reasonable. Everyone was polite, especially Dave who came to provide our estimate. So far Im very happy with the product and work provided, everything was tidy and neat upon completion. Will need more windows done in the future and will definitely use them again.

We ordered 2 sliding glass doors with foot step locks, and they were installed without the locks, several months have gone by and still they have not returned to finish the job we paid for. Very disappointed in there service department and scheduling.

We got all our windows replaced by Window Town. Very professional and the price was reasonable. It was a good experience end-to-end.

Very reasonable prices and extremely polite employees. Everything from estimate to installation was quick and easy. And installation of 18 windows took a day and they left everything clean and tidy when they were done. I will definitley use Window Town of Utica for the remaining windows I need.

Replaced all windows in house. The cost was half of the competitors.

Had my windows replaced about 15 of them. the wrapping on all the windows are horrible. they put nails in the front of the wrap so you see everyone of them calked half of them. didnt cut right length some are to long some are to short. sent in some pictures to windowtown to show them the work. we are not pleased with the work on the wrapping of the windows looks like a child did it. for the thousands of dollars we spent to have this done the wrapping looks horrible and now makes the house look worse.
